Do you remember the videos of the dancing nurses? What about Boris Johnson slammings his fists on the table on 23 March 2020, when he insisted on television that everyone "must stay at home"? Diane "tracked and traced" how a coordinated effort between the UK and Scottish Governments, the NHS, the entertainment industry, and other organisations created an amalgamated fear-based propaganda campaign. Through techniques such as applied behavioural psychology and nudges, the campaign's tremendous success persuaded most of the population to accept previously unthinkable rules and restrictions into their lives.
