Maarten Vroegindeweij (aged 35 as of 2021) is an entrepreneur in the construction industry in the Netherlands who has undertaken a wide range of projects and surveys, including in southern Africa. He is an experienced traveller and an eager reader of history, and writes as a concerned citizen. He obtained prominence in Dutch media in October 2021 when he took inspiration from his namesake, Martin Luther, and affixed 95 theses to the door of the Great Church of Dordrecht (a site of world significance to Protestant history) regarding the bizarreness of current "Covid measures”.
