Secret Courts - No Need To Wait For The Legislation, It Seems

Judge Andrew Vickers has imposed a secret court and issued a ‘Gagging Order” against the Oxford Mail and Oxford Times.

A concerned Oxford resident has made the UK Column aware that Operation Bullfinch, the police investigation into the Oxford paedophile ring, successfully called for District Judge Andrew Vickers to gag the two local newspapers.

The Oxford Mail had been reporting the court case of a man who appeared in a separate court at the same time as the court appearance of six men accused of being part of the main child prostitution ring.

In addition to the gagging order, the Mail reporter was required to leave the court hearing itself.

Student Abuse At Oxford & Cherwell Valley College Continues

Following the UK Column’s exposure of the shocking sexual, racist and physical abuse of students at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College OCVC, we can now reveal that yet further complaints have been made in the last few weeks. Far from prompting a major investigation into child abuse by Oxfordshire Child Safeguarding Panel, the latest complaints have been channeled back into the very system that originally failed to take proper action. Is this to protect the past failings of those implicated?

Another new victim coming forward, has also reported a catalogue of abuse, including foul and offensive language, threats and actual physical violence, intimidation - particularly to stop complaints being made, and extremely aggressive behaviour by a member of teaching staff who had been drinking alcohol on a regular basis.  Particularly serious allegations have been made against OCVC Tutor and Programme Manager Mr John Guiver.

Behind The Oxford & Cherwell Valley College Threat of "Action" Against The UK Column

Investigations into abuse, racism, pornographic videos, abuse of trust and neglect at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College have now restarted following exposure by the UK Column. But victims remain concerned that those who failed to protect them originally are again leading the investigation, and there will be a cover-up.

The news today that Martin Smith has hanged himself in his prison cell has both shocked and saddened us.

The news today that Martin Smith has hanged himself in his prison cell has both shocked and saddened us. In a way, we should not be shocked. Martin had made it clear that he would kill himself if he got the chance, and it saddens us that we could not do more to help him.

The stories in today’s media were disgraceful. Full of vitriol; painting Martin as a heinous, perverted paedophile, they destroy his memory while at the same time heaping praise on the disgusting system which permitted the miscarriage of justice that branded Martin with those labels.

Robert Green Convicted In Court With No Jury

On Tuesday, 24th January in Stonehaven Court, Scotland, Robert Green was found guilty of Breach of the Peace, and breaking some of his bail conditions. Three other charges were dropped. 

Barely reported in the mainstream press, this man has been found guilty of ‘crimes’ for daring to expose the facts concerning the rape and abuse of Hollie Greig at the hands of senior members of the Scottish establishment. Even before the latest 6 day hearing, the Scottish ‘justice’ system had spent over £500,000 trying to shut Robert up.

Children are being abandoned in Greece as their parents struggle to make ends meet. A four year old little girl was found on the street clutching a note saying "I can't afford her any more"

The tightening austerity measures in Greece are squeezing poorer families so hard that some of them are are giving up their children because they can no longer afford to feed them.

When we read about the financial crises and the enormous debt mountains, it is all too easy to to forget the human consequences. This article and the other recent news that paedophiles in Greece are being granted disability payments should ring alarm bells for anyone who is even half awake.

Greek disability groups expressed anger on Monday at a government decision to expand a list of state-recognised disability categories to include paedophiles, exhibitionists and kleptomaniacs.

Shock has been caused in Greece by the government decision to include paedophilia as a disability. This means that paedophiles, along with pyromaniacs, compulsive gamblers, fetishists, and sadomasochists  will henceforth be entitled to receive a higher rate of disability payment than people who have had organ transplants or who suffer from serious illnesses.

Given the austerity measures that the Greeks are being subjected to, it is incomprehensible that paedophiles et al should be given such favourable treatment.

The Torture Of The Breaking Family Unit

The agony of the family separating was indescribable torture. The children were given contact with us twice a week at our family home for 1.5 hours. We were always under visual supervision, with other “specialists” there observing us and our interaction with the children.

Constantly writing down what they wanted to see as if we were rats in an experimental cage. I was condemned for playing with the children, cuddling the children, lovingly caressing their heads in encouragement, indeed, every loving supportive action now done by a loving father was now taken as “grooming” ready for my sexual conquest of them. 

All physical contact with the children was banned, apart from a greeting hug and a hug goodbye. I may have well parted them by shaking their hand.

The Stealing Of Baby Harley

This is the statement of truth of Pat Johnston, and the following forms my true testimony of events which I personally witnessed on the night of 6.3.2011 in Ammanford Police Station South Wales. These are contemporaneous notes which were made as soon as possible after the events took place and within 24 hours. Around 12.30 am on 6.3.11, Marion, her young baby son, Harley and Marion's stepfather, John set out to travel from Marion's mother's home in Builth Wells to their own home in Swansea, by car. I followed in my car accompanied by Robin who is Marion's partner and Harley's father.

After a few minutes Robin and I noticed a car which appeared to be following us and we soon discovered it was was a police car when it switched on it's flashing blue light and forced my car to stop.

The trial of Martin Smith took place in Manchester Crown Court and lasted 8 days. Mr Justice Irwin presided and the Jury found Smith guilty on 11 counts of rape, attempted rape, indecency with a child and indecent assault. Sentence is still to be passed, but in the British media, and for millions of people in UK and worldwide, Martin is already a criminal and convicted paedophile.

That they can initiate this action from within a court that is already barred to the public and where press representatives are threatened with court action if they dare publish, is the clear start of a police state.

On 26 May 2010, unreported by British mainstream press and media, yet another ‘Child-Stealing by the State’ case occurred in Gibraltar. A 10 year old IVF girl was snatched from her mother (Ms G) in a secret Court, and immediately flown back to UK in the custody of Isle of Wight Social Services. What was the mother’s crime?
