But victims remain concerned that those who failed to protect them originally are again leading the investigation, and there will be a cover-up.
On Tuesday, 24th January in Stonehaven Court, Scotland, Robert Green was found guilty of Breach of the Peace, and breaking some of his bail conditions. Three other charges were dropped.

UK Courts are now empowered to gag the press, media and internet UK wide from reporting family court cases. That they can initiate this action from within a court that is already barred to the public and where press representatives are threatened with court action if they dare publish, is the clear start of a police state.
On 26 May 2010, unreported by British mainstream press and media, yet another ‘Child-Stealing by the State’ case occurred in Gibraltar. A 10 year old IVF girl was snatched from her mother (Ms G) in a secret Court, and immediately flown back to UK in the custody of Isle of Wight Social Services. What was the mother’s crime? Robert Green, who has been working so hard to expose the case of Hollie Greig, has been rearrested and taken to Stonehaven Sherrif's Court. We at the UK Column are very disturbed to discover that Peter Watson, of Scottish law firm Levy & McRae, has allegedly taken more threatening action in a vain attempt to prevent the Hollie Greig story from gaining an unstoppable momentum.
Robert Green, the man who was brave enough to speak out about the horrific paedophile rapes of Hollie Greig, the most probable murder of her uncle Robert Greig to “shut him up”, and the sickening wall of silence by the Scottish establishment, has been arrested. We believe the charge is Breach of the Peace.
For those of us following the Hollie Greig case, it is particularly shocking that when challenged about the lack of action from Scotland's prosecutors and the police, instead of a statement from the Lord Advocate stating her position, a persistent stream of threatening letters from a Mr Callum Anderson of Scottish law firm, Levy & McRae have been issued on her behalf.
