UK medical authorities give HPV vaccination to a 13 yo girl without mother's knowledge or consent

Mother of two, Charlie May, posted a video on social media a few days ago. She had just discovered a puncture wound on her daughter's arm. The girl, aged 13, had been injected whilst at school. Charlie had not consented to this, and, in fact, had specifically prohibited further vaccination of her children following a serious adverse reaction to a previous round of vaccinations. Her daughter did not know what she had been injected with.

Charlie raises the alarm concerning the practices of engineering consent from children for medical procedures that their parents have expressly forbidden.

How can a 13 year old who does not even know what the injection is for, let alone the contents of the vaccination, and hazards and risks and risks of accepting it, be deemed to have given informed consent?
