Transcend

A NEW Approach to NEW Challenges..

A programme created to develop a new kind of leader for a new kind of world.

Transcend will bring together key decision makers from across the public sector in the West Midlands to tackle real challenges and issues that no single organisation can resolve.

This is not a ‘personal’ leadership programme; this is a ‘sector led’ leadership programme. The focus is on meeting the needs of the Region and how you, as a senior executive exercise decisions and judgements on the future of the public sector.

Transcend is using Capita and led by the West Midlands Chief Executives and you will be commissioned by them to work on some of the biggest public sector challenges in the Region.

Transcend is open to 50 delegates operating at an Executive level (Director or Assistant Director) with the potential to move into CEO role in the next few years. We are looking for people who are committed, can evidence a track record of success and have a clear desire to influence the future of public services.

All those joining the Transcend Programme must be nominated or endorsed directly, by their Chief Executive.
