In 1748, French political thinker, Montesquieu, identified in De l’esprit des lois the three branches of government between which power should be allocated and separated: the executive which takes action to implement the law, defend the nation, conduct foreign affairs and administer internal policies; the legislative which makes law, and the judiciary which applies the law to determine disputes and punish criminals. According to the doctrine the executive cannot make law. Neither can the legislative determine disputes or any of the branches exercise the power of the other.

Student Abuse At Oxford & Cherwell Valley College Continues

Following the UK Column’s exposure of the shocking sexual, racist and physical abuse of students at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College OCVC, we can now reveal that yet further complaints have been made in the last few weeks. Far from prompting a major investigation into child abuse by Oxfordshire Child Safeguarding Panel, the latest complaints have been channeled back into the very system that originally failed to take proper action. Is this to protect the past failings of those implicated?

Another new victim coming forward, has also reported a catalogue of abuse, including foul and offensive language, threats and actual physical violence, intimidation - particularly to stop complaints being made, and extremely aggressive behaviour by a member of teaching staff who had been drinking alcohol on a regular basis. Particularly serious allegations have been made against OCVC Tutor and Programme Manager Mr John Guiver.

The Stealing Of Baby Harley

This is the statement of truth of Pat Johnston, and the following forms my true testimony of events which I personally witnessed on the night of 6.3.2011 in Ammanford Police Station South Wales. These are contemporaneous notes which were made as soon as possible after the events took place and within 24 hours. Names of the family and child only have been changed due to gagging by the secret family courts.

Around 12.30 am on 6.3.11, Marion, her young baby son, Harley and Marion's stepfather, John set out to travel from Marion's mother's home in Builth Wells to their own home in Swansea, by car. I followed in my car accompanied by Robin who is Marion's partner and Harley's father.

After a few minutes Robin and I noticed a car which appeared to be following us and we soon discovered it was was a police car when it switched on it's flashing blue light and forced my car to stop.

Who Is The Enemy?

How many times do we see round robin emails from people expressing a views such as: "Moderate Islam? ... you must be joking. There aint no such thing."

We regularly hear about mosques being built next to Sandhurst, or on Ground Zero. Or we are sent a hundred images of middle-eastern looking people with banners screaming "be prepared for the real holocaust."

A Very British Operation

The entire Islamic fundamentalist movement is British foreign policy. The "fifth column" which has been inhabiting our "establishment" (as well as that of the USA) since the end of the second world war, financed by international monied interests in the City of London and Wall Street, is the true source.

Gibraltar Court IVF Child Snatch

On 26 May 2010, unreported by British mainstream press and media, yet another ‘Child-Stealing by the State’ case occurred in Gibraltar. A 10 year old IVF girl was snatched from her mother (Ms G) in a secret Court, and immediately flown back to UK in the custody of Isle of Wight Social Services. What was the mother’s crime? To try and protect her daughter (Miss X) from paedophile abuse she had suffered from the age of two. What was the little girl’s crime? - to try and tell the truth about her abuse.
