So, at last you are all starting to see me for what I really am. You lot thought I was ineffectual, weak, empty headed and devoid of all personality. You probably thought I was some kind of soulless clone. You were right, but I am also absolutely determined to do what I’m told. As soon as Ken gets his whips out, I know what I must do.

But I am getting mighty hacked off by the speed that my MPs are willing to act. Don’t they appreciate who we are all working for? If they did, they’d work harder, I can tell you. Austin Mitchell has it absolutely right when he calls them “mundane hacks” not fit to be at Westminster. They’re going to get a shock. Because if we don’t succeed in meeting the targets I have been set, they will be right there in the camps with you lot. These idiots don’t know what’s good for them.

Who is promoting the introduction of a financial transactions tax, and, for what purpose will any collected revenue be applied?

Tim Montgomerie, Conservative Home, recently blogged that his readers had voted 'David Cameron's veto of the EU Treaty' as the political event of 2011. 'Proposals for a Europe-only financial transactions tax are a bullet aimed at the heart of London', George Osbourne said in an article for the Evening Standard prior to the EU Cou

Scientists have achieved a milestone in the effort to build the future ITER fusion reactor.

Nuclear fusion should be the future of any sane government energy policy. It is the most energy dense method of power generation that we are aware of. It's clean, and it doesn't emit any of those harmful, poisonous, carbon dioxide fumes we hear about from time to time.

Whereas nuclear fission - the type of nuclear power generation in use today - occurs when energy is released as the result of splitting an atom apart, fusion occurs when atomic nucleii fuse together to form a heavier nucleus. This is the process going on inside the Sun.

A new project was launched yesterday with the aim of bring hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles to the UK.

Launched at the Royal Society, thirteen industry participants, three government departments and the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding agreeing to share knowledge and expertise in an effort to evaluate the potential for hydrogen as a fuel for so-called "Ultra Low Carbon Vehicles" in the UK before developing an action plan for an anticipated roll-out to consumers in 2014/15.

Last April, the Mexican National Water Commission (Conagua), the World Wildlife Fund (WWF, for its acronym in English) and the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) announced an alliance to reclaim water used by humans for environmental use, ensuring water resources needed for the proper functioning of ecosystems. Since human use is not considered "environmental", the result is nothing less than murder.

Mexico is in the midst of its worst drought in over 70 years. 1.7 million cattle have died of starvation and thirst so far this winter, and crops have been devastated. The drought is affecting almost 70 percent of the country, devastating farm life, and is expected to continue well into 2012.

Despite this, the WWF and Conagua would prefer to see people die than permit the development of water power and irrigation systems in the region.

The Republican Party Presidential campaign could well be described as the best street theater since Punch and Judy.

As ever, it is a mixed bag of outright racists, homophobes, warmongers, religious demagogues and, last but not least, private equity carpetbaggers. Only libertarian leaning Dr Ron Paul, who is enjoying solid and surging support amongst young and independent voters, could be described as a remotely honest and genuine candidate for what is otherwise a pretty good advertisement for national suicide.

For some reason, a contact forwarded me a story from the Guardian originally published in 2002. It was just another example of WWF propaganda regarding the Earth's population. What interested me most, though, was the effort to demonise the potential for colonisation of space.

What is happening beneath the surface of March Hywel Mountain in south Wales?

This was the location less than two weeks ago of the mining disaster at Gleision Colliery, where 4 miners lost their lives, due to an inrush of water at high pressure.

Over the weekend local residents heard a loud rumbling noise at the other side of the mountain, swiftly followed by a torrent of highly polluted water which gushed out of the side of the mountain.

The UK's first hydrogen refuelling station has been opened in ... Swindon. Hmmm.

The press release describes it as a "collaborative" effort between the British Oxygen Company, Forward Swindon economic initiative and Honda, who's absolutely brillaint FCX fuel cell powered family saloon has been featured within the pages of the UK Column a number of times.

Honda is hoping that the station will serve as an example of the public-private-partnerships necessary to rollout the necessary infrastructure to support their hydrogen cars nationwide.

Our hearts go out to those who wait for news of their loved ones at Gleision Colliery in South Wales and right now the focus of attention must rightly be the rescue efforts currently underway.

Our hearts go out to those who wait for news of their loved ones at Gleision Colliery in South Wales and right now the focus of attention must rightly be the rescue efforts currently underway.

There are a number of people in South Wales however who are telling us that this tragedy is not wholly unexpected. One such has posted on Twitter.

Peter Hain et al knew five years ago that the explosives used in the LNG Project on top of the site would distort water levels.

The Quiet War Against American Independence contains exclusive interviews with National newsmakers on the font lines of the quiet war. This compelling program documents the treaties and UN Conferences that are undermining American independence and paving the way for global control.

Those same treaties and UN Conferences are also undermining the independance, freedoms and liberties of the British people. This video is presented in support of the evidence that I have previously presented in my Global Governance series of articles.

'Truth is the best weapon against global governance'.

Those readers who have been following my One World Governance series of articles will recall that in Part 5 I highlighted the fact that both David Cameron and Nick Clegg claimed that the new Liberal Democrat / Conservative administration was underpinned by a common purpose. In Part 8 I presented evidence that many MPs were also Members of the All Party Parliamentary United Nations Group and, additionally, that Vince Cable had helped to produce the Brundtland report Our Common Future which launched the concept of 'sustainable development'.

Following the failure to reach binding Treaty agreements amongst the Nations attending the Cop 15 Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen in November 2009 UK Column readers have probably already noted that media coverage of the 2010 COP 16 Conference in Cancun, Mexico was surprisingly low key. In fact the Wikileaks affair and the tuition fees protests might be viewed as yet another deliberate media attempt at public distraction.

In June 2010 Lord Hannay, United Nations UK Association Chairman conceded that

Have the interests of individual constituents been sacrificed whilst Parliament pursues a largely hidden agenda aimed at undermining the Sovereign Independance of the Nation State?

The UK public elects 650 Members of Parliament (MPs) to represent their interests and concerns in the House of Commons. MPs consider and propose new laws, and can scrutinise government policies by asking ministers questions about current issues either in the Commons Chamber or in Committees.

The questions to which I will be seeking answers in this article are:

Kyoto is dead. Copenhagen has fizzled into nothingness. if you read the comments people are posting on the maintream media websites when they publish "climate change" articles, it's clear that Cancun will go the same way.

No-one believes in Global Warming anymore, which, I guess, is why the Bilderberg Group wants to begin pushing "Global Cooling," and why we are encouraged to call it "Global Climate Discruption," from now on.

So I've been wondering for some time now, how would the green lobby respond?

Would they ramp up a massive advertising campaign? Would they strike back with some fantastic new scientific "evidence?"

Well, no, actually.

They have responded by threatening to blow up anyone who disagrees with them.

The use of batteries alone to power cars is clearly a bit nutty. Poor performance, a short operating range and long recharge times make their practicality limited.

Setting aside for a moment the even nuttier "reduced carbon footprint" excuse for powering cars, taxis and buses with electricity, there is one clear benefit - clean air. Just imagine how much more pleasant London or any of our major cities would be without the diesel fumes from the taxis and buses.

Some people have been imagining exactly that, as London recently unveiled its first pair of hydrogen fuel cell powered taxis, soon to be followed by five hydrogen fuel celled buses.

In previous parts of this article we have explored the architecture of the new system of Global Governance and the importance to that system of networked civil society NGO's and Partnerships. Funding for such networks being conditional upon them collectively pursuing  policies linked to Agenda 21.

The only other thing that I will eternally thank you for in the South West, is that one of you gave me the definition of the word Partnerships. 'The sublimation or the suppression of loathing in the pursuit of funding'. An expression that I am eternally grateful to you for, quite wonderful.

"Giant wind turbines with blade spans that dwarf the London Eye could be the shape of future green power, it has been disclosed."

So declared several of our so-called newspapers, when they each printed the same press release recently.

These giant technological marvels, based upon 9th century technology, more than 500 feet tall and with a diameter of 475 feet, will be making an appearance to a shoreline near you within the next two years.

A question which immediately springs to mind is, how much electricity will be generated by these monsters?

The Excellent Powder: DDT's Political And Scientific History is the title of a long awaited book by Dr. Donald Roberts, entomologist whose malaria research determined that the pesticide DDT works chiefly by repelling mosquitoes, which was launched at a Washington DC press conference on the 21st April.

Along side co-author Richard Tren, an economist from South Africa and chairman of Africa Fighting Malaria, Roberts stated that "millions have died" and "severe and greivous harm" because of the irrational attacks on DDT. He emphasised that anti-DDT groups have to be held accountable for the harm, that we have to recind the World Health Organisation resolution that stopped DDT use in 1997, and we have to remove authority over public health malaria decisions from organizations that prioritise "environmental" protection over protecting public health.

Wikipedia, the notorious online encyclopedia, which features the likes of Chip Berlet among its "editors," has been caught in the center of the climategate swindle. According to a report by Lawrence Solomon published in the National Post of Canada, a Wikipedia editor and UK Green Party activist named William Connolley, doctored literally thousands of entries, to conceal the fact that, during the Medieval period, there was a global warming spell, following the Little Ice Age.

As James Palumbo put it in his recent article in the Daily Mail, "The news is so bad that the politicians don't want the general public to know what's going on". I could not have put it better myself.

Every once in a while, a photo appears in the mainstream press which deserves comment.

Sunday's Observer newspaper carries an article entitled "The voyage of the Plastiki". Apparently, the world's richest eco-terrorist is about to set off on a voyage of activism on "a 60ft plastic catamaran, kept afloat with 12,500 empty bottles, across the Pacific".

Bully for him.

Half way down the article, the above photo appears.

When a good friend and confidant of mine in The City told me that MTO alumnus and highly respected military personage, Sir Jock Stirrup, was due to speak at a breakfast engagement at the Merchant Taylors' Guildhall on Threadneedle St, naturally I jumped at the chance both to take a peek around the inside the hallowed bastion of one of the oldest of the original livery companies in the Square Mile, and also to hear what the "chocks away" brigade might have to say to friendly company over a cup of coffee and a danish.

After the usual introductions, Sir Jock began his talk by noting that of the vast range of topics he could choose to talk about on this occasion, it was clear that in talking of military plans and objectives, there was a need for clarity about what is the underlying political vision upon which those objectives were based before any clearly measurable goals and metrics could be established.

And so began his pitch for the 21st Century British "Grand Strategy".

According to Reuters a few days ago, the Church of England has invested £150 million with Generation Investment Management, a London based hedge fund owned by David Blood, ex-Goldman Sachs, and Al Gore, racist and genocidalist.

Al Gore is not a very nice guy. Certainly not someone any Christian should respect.
