Friday 4th July
This afternoon David Icke was prevented from attending a public meeting where Davis and Bob Geldof were going to ‘debate’ the loss of our civil liberties. When David tried to enter, having a valid ticket, the meeting suddenly turned from being a public one to a private one. David Davis is a fraud and his resignation is a scam.

Why are ‘Neocons’ behind the Big Brother State supporting David Davis in his ‘opposition’ to the Big Brother State

So, what are we to make of this?

A well known tactic used to manhandle debate is to put up your own false opposition (in this case David Davis could well be playing that role) and use it to A, raise the hopes of people who genuinely support that position (in this case the mass of people in these islands) and then B, conduct a pathetic campaign that absorbs energy and support from true supporters but will ultimately fail and thereby dis-courage these decent people even further.

Another possible example of this bogus “stalking horse” syndrome is the failed referendum bid by Stuart Wheeler in the High Court. It fits the same pattern. It is possible we do a dis-service here to both David Davis and Stuart Wheeler, but please bear this in mind as these little scenarios run their course.

Czech president says Lisbon Treaty project is over

DAVID DAVIS’ DECISION to leave the Conservative Party over the unlawful decision by the so-called UK Govt to impose 42 day detention on anyone they choose, means he now becomes the only MP (or ex MP) worthy of the title “Honourable”.

The thieves and liars of Westminster and the mouthpiece media have, like the trained show ponies they are, trotted out the predictable comments and criticisms of his actions. But they are missing the beat. Big time.

Check out any of the comments made on the main newspaper sites here in the UK, and you will find overwhelming support for Mr Davis’ action. One of those supporters is Dr Sean Gabb who heads up the Libertarian Alliance in the UK.

Embedded within the following email received from Dr Gabb is the 13 minute radio interview conducted with him on Talk Radio yesterday. The first interviewee however is one Geraldine Smith, apparently an MP (Mainly Puzzled) who’s comments are sublime. Never has so little sense been spoken by so shallow a mind as this. We anticipate that Geraldine Smith is likely Common Purpose trained or at the least strongly influenced by that comical crew. Any confirmation of that would be appreciated.

You should be most stimulated by the interview and particularly by Dr Gabb’s  comment that “marxism rots the mind”. Geraldine Smith may want to bear that comment in mind although it is possible, certainly from hearing her speak, that she lacks sufficient mind in which to bear anything of any sense whatsoever. We wish her well with her recovery.

For the sake of my non-British readers, I will say that David Davis, the Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party, has resigned his seat in Parliament, and will stand for re-election. This is to let at least some of the British people give their opinion on the administrative detention law forced through by our Labour Government. This law will allow the authorities to lock up “trouble makers” without charge for up to 42 days.

That is, any one of us can be dragged off the streets into a police cell, held for six weeks without charge, then booted into the street, still uncharged, but with our lives ruined or severely disrupted. So what if trial by jury remains unabolished when all due process of law can be short-circuited in this way?

Here is a brief account of what has happened.

This is an important election. For what it may be worth, the Libertarian Alliance has already given Mr Davis its unconditional support - this in spite of any unlibertarian things Mr Davis may have done or may do in other areas. Here is our NEWS RELEASE

About an hour ago, I was interviewed on TalkSport UK about the resignation. I spoke against some Labour MP (Geraldine Smith). When asked if I’d like to meet her, I replied that I might have trouble deciding on an appropriate greeting - whether to laugh at her or vomit over her.

It is worth sending letters of support to Mr Davis, especially from abroad. It is also worth letting the British media know there is interest from abroad.

The pro-Labour BBC has already started a campaign of propaganda to suggest that Mr Davis is deranged to call an election on this issue. As was once hoped with regard to Zimbabwe, visible foreign interest might encourage our corrupt media to report the election fairly.

Just over 40 days ago now, John Harris journeyed to Buckingham Palace to file an affidavit for redress of grievances. Under Article 61 of Magna Carta, the sovereign (see above) has 40 days from receipt of said grievance in which to put things right. As was probably anticipated by many, the 40 days passed with no correction of the grievance. And so . . .

And so we see the next step. Mr Harris has now released his Second Affidavit in reinforcement of the first. His report and the affidavit in full are shown below.

I, JOHN JAMES HARRIS DO DECLARE that as from and including this present date, and for all such time as may now be required to restore Elizabeth the Queen to Her Freedom and to The Lawful Dignity & Authority of her Crown, I DENY AND WITHHOLD ALL ALLEGIANCE AND OBEDIENCE TO ELIZABETH THE QUEEN, to the precise purpose of providing some defence to Her Majesty’s Person; Royal Estate and Freedoms, by the process of denying all and any lawful recognition to those Evil Persons who now hold Her Majesty captive to their own Treasons; Evil Designs and Unlawful Purposes, contrary to law –

I NOW DECLARE to All Persons claiming a legal authority to exercise the power of government, in the name of Elizabeth the Queen that their authority to govern me in any way whatsoever is both DENIED and ENDED.

I HEREBY PLACE ON RECORD of all persons that I, John James Harris after said lawful process have entered into Lawful rebellion, which is my right under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 and therefore have become, from this 1st day of May 2008, a Freeman of England within the Freedom of Common Law.

I FURTHER DECLARE to all such persons that my personal freedom comes directly to me from God Himself, and that the walls and doors of all and any prisons now under the control of Traitors to the Crown & People of the United Kingdom will crack wide and will open at the behest of God Himself, if they should seek to impose penalty upon me for my departure from their mischiefs.

FINALLY, I give Full Notice & Assurance that I will return to my allegiance and obedience to the Person; Estate & Imperial Crown of Elizabeth the Queen when Her Majesty is entirely released from the bondage that now prevents her from the free exercise of her lawful authority and duty to Govern Her Peoples in accordance with their own laws & customs; which authority requires Her to Defend Her Peoples; Her Kingdoms; Her Realms and Her Territories in full accordance with the terms of the Oath that was Sworn before Almighty God & The People on 2nd June, 1953.

THE COMMON LAW OF ENGLAND is my birthright and at any future time of returning to a condition of Full Allegiance and Obedience to the authority of Elizabeth the Queen, I will require and expect to receive The Queen’s Own Freely-Given Assurance that the government of my country will from that same time be conducted in full accordance with the laws and customs of my people; which laws and customs require and demand that the activities of all and any parliaments and governments of the United Kingdom be constrained to act within those provisions of the law that provide for the existence of such parliaments and governments.

May God in His Mercy, Defend the Right & May God Save the Queen from those who now hold her in an Unlawful Captivity.

We expect further communications and updates in relation to the actions being taken by John Harris and will bring them to you as events unfold. His conduct demonstrates that lawful, civil action, under the protection and empowerment of Magna Carta and Common Law, holds out the means by which each individual can act to reclaim their country. Those individuals who would continue to abuse their position of power, power which is temporary and theirs only because it is lent it to them by the people, are being put on notice that their behaviour is unacceptable. Those good individuals within the corridors of power who have been intimidated into not speaking out and acting against the subversive forces which seek to eat out the substance of our country, can take heart that the people are awakening and will no longer tolerate bad law and a so-called leadership of liars.

Communism is supposedly a Russian, Chinese sort of thing. At least this is what most people have been led to think. Like many views foisted upon us, this too is also incorrect. The simple truth about communism is that it was designed and built in England, albeit with the use of immigrant labour. This of course at a time when we still built things. “Magna Carta is such a fellow, he will have no sovereign.”

John Harris read the Magna Carta and saw that it was good. So good in fact that he decided to make honest use of it. Particularly article 61.

Article 61 is the longest and most powerful of the clauses within Magna Carta of 1215. It proved so unpalatable to subsequent monarchs that when Magna Carta was craftily re-draughted in 1297, article 61 was not to be found.

But one man’s unpalatable article is another man’s invite to freedom. Enter John Harris, Public Defender and committed common law practitioner. Making use of Article 61, his recent visit to Buckingham Palace began his process of filing for redress of grievances. Here is his report and affidavit.

On the 22nd day of March 2008 I personally went to Buckingham Palace to serve an Affidavit on Her Majesty the Queen. My Oath, (which has been signed and sealed by a solicitor) states quite clearly, that I now give Her Majesty 40 days to dismiss the traitors that reside in the Parliament of this country.

I, John James Harris now declare my right under Common Law of England to Withdraw And Withhold all allegiance & obedience to the Person and Crown of Our Sovereign Lady, Elizabeth the Queen, and those who falsely claim to speak &/or to act in Her Name, and by such action, I will remove myself entirely from the authority of those Evil Persons who now seek to abuse & misuse me in the name of Elizabeth, the Queen and in absolute violation of the Common Law of the People to which I belong.

I hereby place on record of all persons that after said 40 days have expired, being the 1st day of May 2008 and the corrections I seek have not been made, by way of the dismissal of the Traitors in the House of Commons, then I John James Harris, will enter into Lawful rebellion under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 and therefore will become a Freeman of England within the Freedom of Common Law.

I will then declare myself free from all chastisement, Laws, taxes accorded to the state and any obligations there unto, by way of second and final Lawful Affidavit signed, sealed and served.

In Pursuit of Justice and Right, And in Full Exercise Of My Undoubted & Lawful Duty to My Sovereign Lady, Elizabeth the Queen -

I, JOHN JAMES HARRIS, now resident at (address supplied to her Majesty) and being the son of John James Harris (also known as Jack Harris) deceased, formerly resident at (address supplied to her Majesty) who was during his lifetime a loyal and true servant of the Crown and who was during his lifetime employed as a Personal Chauffeur to Sir David and Lady Bowes Lyons and Her Majesty the Queen, from time to time -

IT BEING APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that divers evil persons have falsely and unlawfully induced Our Sovereign Lady to believe that they alone are the true representatives of the people placed in Her Majesty’s Care by Almighty God -

AND IT BEING APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that these same evil persons have unlawfully and falsely induced Our Sovereign Lady to give an unlawful effect to legislation that has violated and continues to violate the Common Law: Which legislation further serves to undermine; deny and destroy the Absolute Supremacy of Her Majesty’s Imperial Crown, all to the prejudice of Her Majesty’s People, and in absolute contravention of the right of the people to live in accordance with their own laws and customs (as evidenced by the terms of the Oath that was undertaken by Our Sovereign Lady before Almighty God at the time of her Coronation) -

AND IT BEING FURTHER APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that the entirely lawful authority of Our Sovereign Lady the Queen to Uphold & Defend Her People is now so reduced &/or destroyed by the many processes of Treason that have been and are now being employed against Her Majesty’s Authority from within the ranks of those evil persons who have been and are now entrusted with authority to manage the affairs of Her Majesty’s Parliament & Government of the United Kingdom –

That my Security and Safety under the Rule of those Laws that are my inalienable birthright are now threatened to my personal detriment and danger and to the detriment and danger of my family; my people and my country in their entirety –

AND IT BEING FINALLY APPARENT TO ME that I can achieve no redress to those many grievances that I now have and which result entirely from the Unlawful Conduct of those Evil Persons who now surround the Person and Throne of my Lawful Sovereign, except by means of the lawful process that I now intend –

I NOW PLACE ON THE RECORD of All Persons who now claim to assert a lawful authority over me in the name of Elizabeth the Queen that unless there is correction to the many processes of misgovernment & abuse that have been and are now being imposed on me; with such process of correction being commenced; undertaken; evidenced and given a first and lasting effect within a period of 40 days from this present date –

SUCH PROCESS OF CORRECTION being fully evidenced by Her Majesty’s dismissal of the Assembly of Traitors that is now falsely describing itself as the Representation of the People within the House of Commons AND WITH SUCH DISMISSAL providing the entirety of the People themselves with full opportunity to speak and to act on their own behalf in the election of representatives that are truly loyal to the purposes of Her Majesty’s Throne & People -

THEN I WILL WITHDRAW And withhold all allegiance & obedience to the Person and Crown of Our Sovereign Lady, Elizabeth the Queen, and those who falsely claim to speak &/or to act in Her Name, and by such action, I will remove myself entirely from the authority of those Evil Persons who now seek to abuse & misuse me in the name of Elizabeth, the Queen and in absolute violation of the Common Law of the People to which I belong –

AND I GIVE NOTICE that I will return to my full allegiance to the Person; Estate & Imperial Crown of Elizabeth the Queen only when Her Majesty the Queen is released from the bondage that now prevents her from the free exercise of her lawful authority and duty to Uphold the Common Law that is my birthright and to ensure for all time to come that the government of my country is conducted in full accordance with the laws and customs of my people.

May God in His Mercy, Defend the Right & May God Save the Queen from those who now hold her in an Unlawful Captivity.

MAGNA CARTA Article 61.

61. Since, moreover, we have conceded all the above things (from reverence) for God, for the reform of our kingdom and the better quieting of the discord that has sprung up between us and our barons, and since we wish these things to flourish unimpaired and unshaken for ever, we constitute and concede to them the following guarantee:- namely, that the barons shall choose any twenty-five barons of the kingdom they wish, who with all their might are to observe, maintain and secure the observance of the peace and rights which we have conceded and confirmed to them by this present charter of ours; in this manner, that if we or our chief Justiciar or our bailiffs or any of our servants in any way do wrong to anyone, or transgress any of the articles of peace or security, and the wrong doing has been demonstrated to four of the aforesaid twenty-five barons, those four barons shall come to us or our chief Justiciar, (if we are out of the kingdom), and laying before us the grievance, shall ask that we will have it redressed without delay. And if we, or our chief Justiciar (should we be out of the kingdom) do not redress the grievance within forty days of the time when it was brought to the notice of us or our chief Justiciar (should we be out of the kingdom), the aforesaid four barons shall refer the case to the rest of the twenty-five barons and those twenty-five barons with the whole community of the land shall distrain and distress us in every way they can, namely by taking of castles, estates and possessions, and in such other ways as they can, excepting (attack on) our person and those of our queen and of our children until, in their judgment, satisfaction has been secured; and when satisfaction has been secured let them behave towards us as they did before. And let anyone in the country who wishes to do so take an oath to obey the orders of the said twenty-five barons in the execution of all the aforesaid matters and with them to oppress us to the best of his ability, and we publicly and freely give permission for the taking the oath to anyone who wishes to take it, and we will never prohibit anyone from taking it.

And just for good measure, here’s Article 39.

Article 39.

39. No freeman shall be arrested or imprisoned or deprived of his freehold or outlawed or banished or in any way ruined, nor will we take or order action against him, except by the lawful judgment of his equals and according to the law of the land.

April 2008 Issue

In December 2007 human rights lawyer Chris Coverdale filed an indictment against members of the UK Govt for war crimes in Iraq. View the interview with Mr Coverdale here.

Make War History exists to hold Britain’s political, civil and military leaders to account for the genocide of the Iraqi people. In the interview Mr Coverdale makes the case that most UK citizens are, by paying their taxes, indirectly in collusion with the people charged in the indictment. He suggests one possible measure would be to undertake a tax revolt thereby cutting off funds and bringing about a rapid cessation of violence. This may be possible, though the smoke and mirrors culture which is central banking has always found ways in the past to fund warfare (its most profitable business) irrespective of the wishes or even actions of the taxpayer.
