Thames Valley Police - Guilty of Misprision
Treason October 20th, 2007An interview conducted with Albert Burgess in September 2007 in which he outlines in detail specific aspects of this case and his purpose in bringing it before the police.
The letter shown below is all the proof a court needs that Thames Valley Police is guilty of misprision of treason.A government department is guilty of misprision if it has been made aware treason has been committed, and does nothing about it.
Policeman against the police
Albert Burgess, a retired police officer, who knows police systems inside out, has presented overwhelming evidence that Treason has been committed with the signing of the 1972 European Communities Act.
In the attached letter Superintendant Jim Trotman decides not to investigate because “he believes it is not prudent”
Police concealing crime
There cannot be anything less prudent than to refuse to investigate a crime that allows your nation to be abolished in favour of an EU communist state and enslavement for our population, but Trotman seems quite happy to break the law and be an accessory to the greatest criminal act in our history.
Official Secrets Act - 30 year rule
Mr Burgess has used secret government documents
released under the 30 year rule that prove Ted Heath and his colleagues, many still alive today, knew they were committing the ultimate act of treason and knew their treachery would abolish Britain around the turn of the century.
They also subborned the Foreign Office and the BBC, in a campaign to deceive the British public about the EU, and ruthlessly undermined the anti-marketeers. This is a criminal misuse of the Foreign Office for Heath’s private political agenda. One example
of hundreds of pages of proof is the letter on the right facing page.
The damning evidence includes the FCO 30/1048 document, which is among those available on the eutruth.org.uk website.
A jury to convict
This evidence is conclusive; a typically corrupt judge would dismiss it with the usual dishonest phrase “lack of evidence.” A jury, however, would convict. Mr Burgess had foreseen that Thames Valley Police would refuse to do its duty, and is proceeding with the steps available inside the system to force them to obey the law.

Sara Thornton
The Chief Constable of Thames Valley is Sara Thornton. How did she get promoted to the top job over the heads of many more experienced officers? She is an “active aluminus of the Windsor Leadership Trust,” which works closely with the EU’s criminal Common Purpose control organisation, which is the quick route to power.

Wow I’m absolutely amazed! I’m glued to what was said & intend to continue reading what the outcome will be. I sincerely hope those that are responsible for traitorous acts are duly bought to book & charged & the severity shown by any courts in sentencing. I wish my little nation called Wales could rekindle its spirit of old as another a little Island Nation although this one is bold and with a hard won constitution has had the guts to tie the hands of their so called elected representatives and put the European Union power mongers back in their holes with a resounding NO vote against the Lisbon Treaty.
The Lisbon Treaty was being touted as just another simple change to the rules of the EU that binds the member countries in the EU and hence it was desired and hoped that the changes by virtue of this Lisbon Treaty, would be in place by the end of the year. But be warned people it more that just that. The Irish God bless ’em saw through it as we all should
Ireland was the only member nation of the 27 that allowed the people to have a say through a citizens referendum. How interesting it was that Ireland was the only member state that said, NO! The rest were all parliamentary acceptances of the proposal and to hell with what their citizens thought.
Whilst the powers to be touted greatness for all in the EU by accepting this Lisbon Treaty and spun that the changes were really only simple, but necessary alterations, those simple alterations went so far as to remove the power of VETO for specific situations such member states would be obliged to vote upon.
They lied to the people, while those people’s representatives acquiesced for whatever reason, to accept the new rule’s incorporation, reasons you all, each and every one of you, can individually decide were, for yourselves.
This was a new EU constitution in disguise, salted with slick sleight-of-hand fine print, but this time the ambiguity of the fine print was a step too far. It use to be that when the people spoke through the ballot box that was it, full stop and the people’s wishes were respected, and all moved on under the mandate, of waited patiently for the next election, or in this case referendum.
Here today the danger signals of Herr Europe are flatlet staring us all in the face…in the form of open hostility to the free voting Irish NO–-this must be an ominous sign for us all and from here, I for one would be pushing for an all Member States referendum in future on all major EU issues.
There is no doubt that Herr Europe is out to belittle and diminish people power.
Remember folks that when the Irish were given their constitutionally bound opportunity to speak, they didn’t just speak for themselves, they spoke for the hundreds of millions of disenfranchised citizens throughout the European Union who have been brainwashed and denied the an opportunity of a referendum in their own member state.
The have had the right to vote taken from them by the very politicians and legislators they elected to look afetr their best interests–What the hell is happen people are we really that indolently sheeeeeeeeeepish!
Yes sure the dictatorial power hungry forces within the leadership of the EU were dealt an almost lethal blow, but it look like only for the time being and Herr Europe will soon raise its monstrous head in anger. They are hissing at spitting at Ireland who stood not just for a paltry few million no-nonsense Irish, but for all the little people, in the entire European Union and that is you and me
I think its safe to say that we all wish a true democracy to be delivered to us the people anywhere in this world. If that be so then the first thing the power hungry elected representatives of the people have to understand is, its the people tell you, what they want, and then it is your solemn duty to see and make it happen.
I for one really have to laugh at us Brits, so anti terror as we are, that I am forced to think of Martin and his Guinness. No wonder us stupid Brits have always left with kicked arses stinging when we have confronted the Irish.

God gave the Irish an Island so they’d keep to themselves, Brussels has just found out why! Yet people, somewhere along the line I think that used to be said about this great sceptred island nation as well..God our forefathers would turn in their graves.

Ive got a lot of respect for Albert. He’s a very well spoken man and knows his onions. But on learning today that Stuart Wheeler has lost his court battle for a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty, then I fear the corrupt powers that be will do nothing. I’ve just left a comment on The Daily Mail site but I bet my pension it won’t get added to the other comments. I’ll try and find out if The Express has got a story about it.
I think that some here need to be very careful in their underestimation of the personal powers of the Queen.
The queen is far from the hard done by suffering little lady at the hands of those who claim to control her royal prerogatives—the queen in fact is the main string puller and if anything the description, “the enemy within,” would be highly appropriate!
IF THE QUEEN DOES NOT WANT BRITAIN IN EUROPE, THEN BRITAIN STAYS OUT- Q.E.D!

We often hear it said that there are many treasonous acts taking place right now against the queen. I would suggest that the queen is guilty of more which is why appealing directly to queen as John Harris HAS DONE TO RE-ESTABLISH HIS POSITION UNDER COMMON LAW, AS ADMIRABLE AS IT, WOULD PRIMA-FACE APPEAR– A WASTE OF TIME, AS IT CAN BEEN LIKEN TO ASKING THE DEVIL TO FREEZE YOUR WEEK’S SHOP FROM ICELAND.
