ARE YOU A TERRORIST?

Have we seen this?

Where is this in the UK Media? TV? Papers?

How come we have to look on RT to find this?

Stupid questions really.

Well, The Telegraph for one did feature it - not that their readership is so big.  Don't underestimate The Telegraph, though.  They give space to Christopher Booker's reporting on family court shame,  and they also broke the MPs' expenses stories.

Apart from the general privacy issue on this one, you know, the servers and machines recording all this and making "connections" get it very wrong anyway, and can fit you up with all kinds of associations you'd never dream of.  Example:  we happen to have a friend with a common Muslim name who used to send us the odd e-mail about medicine, though normally we simply saw each other in a friendly work situation.  He's a very loyal Brit.  Can't think of anyone else with a Muslim name we have worked with lately or been associated with.  We also, in the past, visited a particular website to do with Indian medicine.  Hey presto, our ISP started bombarding us with offers to join an Asian dating service, and we started to get spam in Arabic (at least it looks like Arabic).  Still do.  But we decided to do nothing about it .  If they think our e-mail address belongs to an Asian Muslim interested in computer dating, let them.  That might be quite convenient actually.  It just might send them on wild goose chases.

This isn't meant to undermine the seriousness of the surveillance - but to warn about how relying on technology for evidence of anything can lead to absurdity.

Good point but the reality is, The Telegraph is still an elitist puppet.

If this act is not a covert declaration of war against the UK public

then I don't know what is.

The criminals in Parliament still naively think that just by using the term 'anti terrorism'

it gives them a free hand to do anything against freemen.

They seem blissfully unaware that hundreds of thousands are now well clued up

to the fact that terrorism is home bred in Westminster and has been for years.

How can we respond snd counter?

Actually it may be easier than we think.

There is a countless number of communications in the UK every minute.

They do not have the manpower to cover all these but they do have the electronic

system(Drunk in place.

These rely soley on keyword/phrase recognition.

For instance, if the words or combination of words such as......

terror, how to make a bomb, fatwah, jihad, demonstration, activist, extremist etc, the list is long.

are used frequently by people and groups then these will eventually be flagged and noted electronically.

There are many people and  already on their radar screen but we can add many thousands more.

This would set up multiple wild goose chases and red herrings and would rapidly overload the system.

My suggestion is that we spread the word and all use such words/phrases and more, in a random way in

all emails, texts, telecoms etc.I will be doing this from today.

Other thoughts and ideas please.

They fight dirty ,we can get dirtier with enough numbers!

I told my wife tonight that I should post on FaceBook  'Im going to blow up the Houses of parliament' and see how long it takes them to bang down my door. Ok not the brightest idea and I wouldn't like to test it really but I can imagine a scene like the one in Spartacus.. 'No I'll blow up Parliament, NO I will blow up parliament and so on' that would surely mess up the system if everyone took part.

I believe this whole crackpot of a system will be over soon but I fear it will get worse first... and I probably just triggered the alarms in MI5 by mentioning 'Blow up Parliament' so I should point out here that I have no idea how to make a bomb and I have no intentions of blowing up anyone.

David, your mentioning of Spartacus was apt.  For those readers who have not seen the movie, there is a scene where the centurions are coming after a character called Ben Hur, who is inside a very large crowd.  They call for Ben Hur to come forward.  A voice in the crowd says, "I'm Ben Hur!".  Then someone on the other side of the crowd says, "I'm Ben Hur!".  Then they all start saying, "I'm Ben Hur!", thus preventing him from being arrested.   The power is with the many, not the few pulling the strings at the top.  It just takes the recognition of it.

They can't take us all on - but they want us to think that they can.  A similar point was made by the Harrison Ford character in Witness, when the police come to shoot him.  In the climax of the film, he is confronted by his enemy, with a gun, in front of an entire Amish community.  "What are you going to do, kill us all? " he says.   (Of course not - there were only a handful of bullets, and lots of witnesses.)

Hetzer, think we must be careful with what battles we take on and where we expend our energy.  Personally, we'd avoid using the words you propose above, just because there are still places like Guantanamo.   We don't want to lose you, you know!!  It might, however, be an idea to follow along with David's insight above on the "I'm Ben Hur" theme.  Turn the whole thing back on them.  Maybe we should all be peppering our communications with greeetings about our common purpose and how much we are all working in partnership with each other and reducing our carbon footprint and so forth.  Dunno.  That might bring about a great deal of hubris, and we all know what follows hubris.   But that too is a dangerous game, and we think David is right - it is going to get worse before it gets better.

Hypatia,

Don't worry, I am, since the weekend, well out of reach, believe me!

With my brothers again!

My point is that if thousands of us, en masse, stated using these trigger keywords,

these muppets wouldn't know where to start, the system would overload.

PS,, sent a card to Robert Green with our best wishes and telling him of our

support. The Scottish Crims will, one day, be where that poor man is now!

Am I a "Terrorist" surly this depends upon what people call Normal which well aimed NLP sets out to warp in the minds of people!

Normal according to wikepedia :- (in behaviour) Conformance to an average. [as opposed to conformance to that which is right?(my comment)]

(in sociology) Social Norms/Expected patterns of Behaviour studied within the context of Sociology! [these words add nothing to any understanding of the Word normal, are they not as useful as a human appendix?( my comment).

So if an average person becomes deceived in their understanding of anything then a sick mind shall be deemed Normal, therefore that which is normal in any Society could have no foundation whatsoever in Truth?.

To Confuse matters further Surely it could be argued then that those of us that have seen the truth of what is happening in and around the principailities and purveyors of power, and know that it is quite evil and fight against it, we then set our selves up as their enemies and cause them Terror because they know they are in grave danger if they do not cease and desist?

Therefore I am in one order of reality a Terrorist just as they are also albeit my actions have their foundation in Truth Justice and Love.

re our comment on Spartacus above, on the 22nd, it should read "I'm Spartacus" rather than "I'm Ben Hur". (!!) Don't know why we got the two movies, Spartacus & Ben Hur, conflated. (Tried to edit & correct the post above, in the way we could in the previous forum, but it seems you can't do that on this one.)   The error, though,  could have been prompted by hearing a radio advert recently that used the phrase "I'm Ben Hur", and then all the other voices join in shouting that they are Ben Hur too.  Strange how that can subliminally affect one's memory.

Thanks to David & all who read this mistake but were too polite to point out the error, but actually it's best people query things they think are misposted.

Yes H,

It is easy to confuse Spartacus with Ben Hur. Both martyrs of course.

People these days confuse Cameron with Bliar.

Look the same, sound the same, policies the same, both warmongering

dangerous, incompetent, traitorous muppets.

Perhaps they are the world's first successful face transplants.

As hetzer posted there are keywords that are monitored, so perhaps we should add them all to our posts/signatures!

Hail! Cloud!

Ah, poor things who drew up this list.  We pity them, unable to comprehend the true meaning of the most basic English, unable to behold the poetry of our mother tongue.  Shall we give them an education, readers?  Tell them they are committing the intentional fallacy?  We were just sitting here, musing, mulling over this point when

I wandered lonely as a cloud

That floats on high o'er vales and hills,

When all at once I saw a crowd,

          A host, of golden daffodils;

Beside the lake, beneath the trees,

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine

And twinkle on the milky way,

          They stretched in never-ending line

Along the margin of a bay:

Ten thousand saw I at a glance,

Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced; but they

Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:

A poet could not but be gay,

          In such a jocund company:

          I gazed--and gazed--but little thought

What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft when on my couch I lie

In vacant or in pensive mood

They flash upon that inward eye

Which is the bliss of solitude

And then my heart with pleasure fills

         And dances with the daffodils.

--------------------Wordsworth, 1804

So Chug, Hail to thee, blithe spirit!

                         Terrorist thou never wert.
