Two articles in this weekends Sunday newspapers discuss a risk to Obama’s life.
Rupert Cornwell in the Independent quotes the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) which alleges that a major domestic terrorist attack or a direct hit on Obama is likely:
As one SPLC official puts it, every element is in place for a “perfect storm” of home-grown extremism. For the first time, the detested federal government is run by a black man. A struggling economy fuels discontent, with illegal immigrants accused of stealing American jobs. The military, long a breeding ground of the far right, is sending home veterans in vast numbers. Finally, there is the internet, which simultaneously propagates and intensifies the feelings of true believers–and the conspiracy theories they devour. The US has always had a taste for conspiracy theories, but rarely as now.
That’s a great paragraph, isn’t it? Just about every devil is mentioned – the “detested Federal Government”, “a black man”, “illegal immigrants”, “the military”, “the Internet”. Here, in one paragraph, we have the fears the establishment attempts to put on us, alongside their own.
And then in the Observer, an article from Paul Harris. Covering the same angle as the Independent article, he also carries a quote from Chip Berlet:
This is a very dangerous situation that can spin off “lone wolf” individuals who decide now is the time to act against people they see as an enemy.
So, it’ll be a lone assassin, then? A right wing, disenfranchised, lone gunman?
I don’t think so.
The danger to Obama – the real and present danger – comes from here. Blighty.
Obama’s British based handlers are disgusted with his botched attempts to get a NICE inspired euthenasia healthcare programme passed into law in the USA. Obama has failed, despite his initial much hyped popularity.

How did this happen? How did he, who, we’re told, walks on water, fail to get this legislation passed without fuss?
The answer, in a word, is LaRouche. If he had not spoken out in April this year, Obama’s T4 healthcare programme would, no doubt, have passed through congress without so much as a whisper of opposition. While ringing the national and international alarm bells during his webcasts, the LaRouche youth movement have been campaigning hard at the town hall meetings with their posters and their pamphlets.
We in this country should take note of this approach to campaigning – its the only way we’ll win this war we’re fighting.
Will I care if Obama is assassinated? Not really. Or, at least, I care if any human being is murdered, so I’ll care about that much if they get Obama. Even someone as narcissistic and incompetent as he is, has a basic right to stay alive.
Maybe, just maybe, if they try and he lives, he would finally understand that the way he is behaving today, he has no friends. Not a single one. The Queen won’t protect him!
His only chance is to stand with the people of the United States against the supra-national criminal banking cartels. For they are the assassins.
