Who could have missed the MPs expenses “scandal.” Anyone who believes that the details of MPs receipts were leaked to the Telegraph by a someone with any sense of duty is nuts. This is classic “problem-reaction-solution.” The problem of corruption within Parliament has been clear for years, the reaction systematically exaggerated by every single news bulletin for the last month. So it was only a matter of time before the “solution” would be out in the open.
That solution was announced on Sunday’s interview with Gordon Brown on the Andrew Marr Show, on BBC1. Brown made it absolutely clear that the target is the British Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights.
Brown said, “Hold on. Let’s see what the big constitutional issue is. What people are worried about is the disengagement between the public and those people who are in power. So parliament has got – and the executive – have got to be more accountable to the people, and the rights of people have got to be better protected than they are at the moment.
Now how do you do that? It’s quite major and surgical constitutional change that is necessary. And I started this process two years ago, I think you would admit, when I proposed a major constitutional reform. We took powers away from the executive. We gave them frankly to parliament. Parliament has now proved that it has got to be better at representing the public. So I’m looking at the Bill of Rights. We’re looking at whether there’s a case for a written constitution.
I’m looking at the case for votes at 16. I’m looking for the case for extending freedom of information. The House of Lords cannot stay in its present form. And all these issues which would come to making – and you’ve written about it, Andrew – a new constitutional settlement, these are the issues that are now on the agenda because it’s about parliament’s accountability to the people.” [my emphasis]
This is classic Fabian “wolf in sheeps clothing” stuff. More accountability? Broader freedom of information? NO BILL OF RIGHTS!

IMHO the Constitutional Reform Bill must proceed quickly because this Nation is founded upon the principles of Common law which is wholly incompatible with the ‘corpus juris’ EU system. The illegal signing of the Lisbon Treaty has plunged us into this mess and the SOLUTION to the engineered expenses scandal just had to be an attack on our constitutional systems.
The calls for an election by the SNP and plaid are but another unwelcome distraction.

Forgive me if am wrong but what I took from the Stoke Conference was that we have a constitution albeit written in a number of documents. Bill of Rights, Queens Oath and the Magna Carta. So why do we not just pull all the relevant areas from each of these and put them into One Document and call it the British Constitution?
Then they can be argument, and then we can educate the masses that this is what we are and this is what we stand for. Then if anyone challenges it or goes against it the full weight of our allegiance to the country will be brought down upon them. For example if a political figure tries to turn the public away from it, they driven out of office and shown the errors of their ways.

My opinion for what its worth is that any party that tries to interfere or modernise the constitution of our country MUST have a referendum and let the people decide on what is good for them. We can not afford to let party politics get involved, it’s far more important than point scoring and ego.
As for Brown meddling with our rights well am afraid he is in no position to do anything of that magnitude he has neither the brains nor the backing to undertake such a monumental undertaking.
If only – The US constitution is over 200 years old and is under greater attack now than ever in their history. Free speech areas what are they? – Areas where protest is permitted. I’m afraid this is the long answer.
We most certainly do have a Constitution and the documents you have referred to form part of it. Legal principles, to which I referred in my post above, can also be traced through judicial decisions recorded in the official law reports. Unfortunately, the bulk of these are not available online. There is also a hierarchy of courts with decisions of the higher courts having binding effect on lower courts. This is known as ‘stare decisis’ or the law of precedent.
There are similarities between legal research and the task of researching your own family history. Just as you would identify and examine primary and secondary source documents to provide evidence that one generation of your family has provable links with an earlier generation – so could you trace decided caselaw until you arrived at the ‘root’.
A simple example would be the tracing of the origins of the historic public right to fish the foreshore. One fairly recent legal judgement stated:
“The historical background can be shortly stated. Before Magna Carta, the Crown made grants of ‘several fisheries’ (private fishing rights) in areas of tidal waters, but this was regarded as an abuse which Magna Carta ended in 1215. Thereafter a private right could only be justified by reference to an earlier royal grant, but proof of long usage could mitigate this rule in favour of private owners by giving rise to a presumption of a lost pre-1215 grant. We can also travel back to the earlier case of Brinchman –v- Matley [1904] 2 CH 313 @ 315. Within the judgement Buckley J stated
“by the common law all the King’s subjects have in general a right of passing over the sea with vessels for the purpose of navigation and have prima facie a common fishery there and they have the same rights over the portion of the sea which lies over the foreshore at the times when the foreshore is covered with water”.
I gave this as an example because only last year the government announced plans to introduce licences, expected to cost £25 a year for adults or £5 for children, for anyone fishing from a beach or a pier.

Let me approach this from a factual basis. From the records of history itself. Any objections ?
1. The notorious INTOLERANCE of Roman Catholicism is a plain fact of world history.
Of which there are literally thousands of examples.
2. The doctrines of Rome ARE intolerance towards those who disagree with it. I can present you documentary proofs of this from papal documents. For example, the freedom of religion is outlawed in the papal encyclical known as the Syllabus of Errors. This document being a papal teaching and deemed to be ‘infallible’.
3. The Roman Catholic church in the 20th century repeatedly printed approved documents in the Vatican authorising capital punishment for heresy ! Er Robert, I’m a Catholic and my first duty is to God.
Here’s my problem, I find myself agreeing with both Crush and Robert. I’ve looked into the Jesuit angle (Phelps is not the only one with information on this topic) and the ‘false Jew Masonic’ angle and see merits in both. The conclusion I’ve reached is that both elements are ‘on the same team’ and both are our enemies. The key question is which element is higher in the power structure. Personally I’m happy to leave that as an open question and rather than waste too much energy attempting to puzzle it all out. Then concentrate on trying to do something to resist the agenda both are actively involved in, whilst still remaining open to any further evidence. Can we just agree to disagree on this?
There is one other possibility. Several researchers claim that the Vatican is merely a front for the ‘bloodline families’ who really run things. Seeing as it was Constantine who helped in the creation of the Catholic church this, along with much other evidence, seems a reasonable suggestion. We must enforce the law we have – Common Law, not Statute, most of which is unlawfully passed anyway.

This is the only way forward. Any other option is not going to work. For example, as I have said elsewhere, resigning from society, thereby collapsing society, will result in millions of deaths in this country. We have to find a way to force the scum out of power, preferably by luring them out to sea for drowning like the rats that they are, and then use the power of a coherent society within a soverign nation state to rebuild the basic economic infrastructure we need to support 60 million people. Not least agriculture, health, power, water.

How i see this in our present circumstances is that we don’t have the power to fix this system, we don’t have the power to directly attack it to destroy it and replace it, but “other” is that we can build a new, better society right alongside the existing one and gradually take its place. We could then print our own exchange notes and introduce them without debt or interest for use amongst Free England members. I agree and my understanding is that we are entering an age of awareness/consciousnes, a sort of evolution. At a conference I recently attended this was discussed in great detail and there is a view that those of us who are awake (and as per your post: evolving to unconditional love, with an open and simple heart, forgiveness, and cooperation with less ego competition) will have a greater chance of survival. The way they put it, it will hit those who have ‘evolved’ like a wave and for those who have not ‘evolved’ it will hit them like a bus – breakdowns, heart attacks, that sort of thing. My, we live in interesting times.
The true identity of God will be revealed. The truth of inter dimensional travel and inter dimensional beings will be revealed. The truth of immortality also !

Having looked again at the British Constitution Group’s declaration and having read the comments on this page there are a couple of points I think need clarifying.
Firstly if we are to ‘reject any constitution but our own’ it seems there’s an urgent need for a clear expression of exactly what our constitution contains. Is it possible to draw upon the existing documents and create a single document that everyone can read and understand?
Secondly, there are many here who are sure that the Royals are at the heart of the agenda. Whilst I understand the wisdom of reasserting our existing constitution could there be an agreement on the need for an additional mechanism for removing the Monarchy if there involvement can be proved (assuming one doesn’t already exist).
Finally, for me probably the most important area requiring reform and one that would cause the most damage to the elites is banking and monetary control. I know the Editor has spoken about reasserting our sovereign rights which include the ability to create our own money but could this be made clearer in the declaration? Could there be any greater gift to the world than to defeat the money power right here in it’s control centre? Their power across the globe would surely crumble.
There is most definitely a need for a clear and simple rallying point for all those who wish to resist and defeat the New World Order. A Britain specific one that serves its purpose in this country could serve as an example for others around the globe. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to what form it should take or what should be included. The Declaration seems to be a good start without quite going far enough.

I thought British Constitution Group were a lawfull element, and as such then you dont need any politics at all to make “change” to those laws,but just a government to administer within those lawfull guidelines.

Its important to get the terminology right. The Royal Family, the Crown, and the Monarchy are three separate things.
The Royal Family, the Windsors or Mountbattens, or Battenburgs or whatever you want to call them, seem to me to be one of the world’s biggest crime families. There is evidence to suggest that the Queen herself is not quite as personally involved in the family activities as it may appear. I suspect it is the males of the family that are the problem.
The Crown is the corporation that has the Monarch as “chief executive” and which is used to own, run and maintain the physical assets of the Monarchy. The Royal Family does not own Crown property.
The Monarchy is the Constitutional institution which the Monarch represents, and is the Executive Branch of government in Britain. Royal Assent, for example, is a function of the Monarchy, not the Monarch. Royal Assent is supposed to act as a check on any insanity of Parliament, particularly any treasonous removal of soverignty to a foreign power. EU, anyone?
Now, when the Monarch is not doing their job, they bring the Monarchy (the institution) into disrepute. The present Monarch has broken her Coronation Oath on so many occasions that she has done exactly that. She has allowed Gordon Brown to remove Executive powers, unlawfully, and hand them to Parliament.
In these circumstances, there is historical precedent for removal of the Monarch. I don’t think we need to be chasing her to Ireland, or cutting her head off, though. We also have the issue of who would replace her from her really fairly horrible family. I think we would need to get some very serious assurances from her successor, whomever that might be.
Of course, it may not come to that. She should be given the oppportunity to do the right thing.

The declaration should not cover this stuff. The aim of the declaration is to state our position at this time, while we invite membership. The position of the organisation later will be decided by the membership, and that will become available in the form of organisational material, and detailed content on the website. Our goal at this point is to build a movement. So no, the declaration should be clear and simple at this time.
I think you are misrepresenting Islam a little, by the way. I don’t really see much difference between the actions of some sections of Islam today and much of Christanity, particularly Roman Catholicism, over the last couple of thousand years.

Would it be possible to make a nice plain english readable Constitution , Bill of Rights, which we could send a copy of to every householder in the UK? Regarding the MMR jabs…It’s quite disgusting that any government or group of medical practitioners should think they have the right to enforce such things upon everyone. Not surprising, but quite disgusting. Freedom of choice is extremely important across the board in man’s development.

His position seems to be that the Queen is an innocent victim and not at all involved in any way in the agenda we see unfolding. I have to respect what he says but I don’t think I agree with him. I know the Editor suspects that the Queen is far less involved than the male members of the family. That may be the case but it would still make her an accessory to it all. I can’t help feeling that some people find it difficult to face up to the complicity of the monarchy and the Queen in particular. I can certainly understand that and I do leave open the possibility that I’m wrong. Though I doubt I am.

Most of us here know that organised religion has been used to control people as well as politics for thousands of years.
So what Bible Law do you not agree with specifically, either Spiritual or physical ?
This nation gave birth to John Wycliffe, to John Bunyan, to John Wesley and was for centuries a haven of toleration in matters of faith and religion. But it’s today assaulted by all kinds of counterfeits. A fact which will surely, and soon, give rise to a brutal dictatorship in England. And an England today presided over by a slothful dynasty, an unelected monarchy to which all political parties and their MP’s pay their allegiance. A monarchy which, from the time of Magna Carta onwards, has prostrated itself before mamon and been sworn to upholding a marriage of church and state. An error that dates back to late Roman times. And which, still today, postures as being the ’sovereign’ of England in place of our true national sovereignty. The same Parliament who, today, have again convinced you that our national soereignty has been sent to Strasbourg in a suitcase. And you believe this myth, that national sovereignty can be bought, sold, exported, traded away, lost, surrendered, or negotiated on. When it cannot.
The problem is the solution. It was and is the declaration of English national sovereignty, a final and democratic end to all vestiges of feudalism. An end to the scandal and the curse on our nation that is a marriage of church and state. An end to the iniquity of English land ownership and the Constitutional recognition that we are, at best, the stewards of this land which God us to live in. The declaration of English national independence and the writing of a Constitution for England by we, its own people. The election of a parliament of men chosen as individuals to serve it. And not of political parties.
Since the political system, itself, is riddled with corruption.
Westminster, the monarchy, the system of party politics, the invasion of evil forces loyal to a ‘New World Order’, the rise of globalism, and of occultist influences within our national and local governments – all these things are ended by the assertion of our national independence. And by nothing else.
Nothing short of a declaration of English national independence, the calling of men together to draw up its Constitution and to oversee the election of an English government can save this nation as a whole from reaping what others have sowed.

What we had under common law, was the means to cordial society, a chieftain structure with the chief role to absolve disagreements among the people. The chief only took power in a time of war, and the chief was the sole diplomat between all other tribes.
This was the system in Sweden, a system so successful, many countries would ask that the Swedes come in and create the same in their lands, not rule or govern, but to show the way of balanced existence.
This system was the basis of the African tribes, matriarchal in their expression, not patriarchal. It was found in the native tribes of the Americas, North and South.

In consciously taking on his initiation rite path, he undergoes the path into the labyrinth of the underworld. the underworld has many castles through which the hero must travel, the castle of sensuality, wealth, protection, power, etc, all these castles want the hero to forget his quest and remain with them, because they have failed on the quest.
This is symbolic of breaking down all the egoic aspects to man, for only the true immortal aspect to all man will leave all the castle behind to continue his journey to find the holy grail.
The final castle has the greatest of Kings, but this king is impotent, symbolised in his wound to the groin, the King cannot make manifest the spiritual realm into his kingdom, even though he is the greatest of men
The wounded king is so because he cannot give up his kingdom, thus he cannot enter the realm of the highest spirit. Parsifal of the grail stories is said to fail in his quest because he fails to ask the right questions of the grail . The hero loves Guinevere, she can also see in him that he may just complete the quest, and gives him her energy, thus Camelot is broken. Success!!!
So the grail story as we are given it, misses the real end, purposefully, to keep the idea of king alive and at the top, with the idea, Camelot must return as a kingdom.
The Lord of the Rings plays into this false doctrine also by presenting the idea we are at the time for the return of the King.
So what is the grail?
It is the place from whence we are born…it is the realm of the goddess in her highest form, because from the womb of the feminine energy is the universe born.
Can one see why the female is destroyed in the three religions of the line of kings?
They are the un-initiated failures of the spiritual quest, they are the shadow, who because they are refused the key to the kingdom of the heavens and LIFE itself… they hate spirit, they destroy mans chance to travel the quest for the grail.
Everything you know is but the shadow speaking, this is why good men join the sick parade and worship at the feet of sickness then wonder why they are not fulfilled in the spirit.
The Christian symbolism is this symbolism, Did not the King die….the pagan doctrines without the blood rites are also this symbolism.
Jesus did not die, his right to the Kingship died as he left the madness to continue his journey and teaching, the story is symbolic, but if you do not understand the story, the literal interpretation is then all you have, and as we know there are many who will happily pull you along by the neck with it ,for it gives them power……
Now it is time for all who claim to be Christian, Jew and Muslim, to understand my words and let us remove the sickness from power in this nation, and cease playing around with new systems that only mimic the shadow.

Just to say I find the quality of argumentation and constructive comment herein to be a cut above many sites I’ve seen. Currently I’m reading Julia Middleton’s ‘Beyond Authority’ and I’ve got much catching up to do to reach a more precise awareness concerning what’s really being done to our country and what might yet be done to restore/ safeguard our rights as we know them. I too all along have suspected that the expenses debacle was contrived as a means to far-fetchedly/ overreachingly introduce ‘constitutional changes/reforms’. Does anyone here have a clear idea concerning what form these constitutional changes are most likely to take and what political vision may currently be involved?
im pretty sure our rights will vanish in the new constitution, that way any complaints we have will be illegal and worthy of prolonged internment

Given the reality as far as the EU goes, the constitutional changes will have to be in line with complete absortion into the EU super state of regions. When you have each regional assembley in the UK and Europe having its own Foriegn Office…..Parlaiment and our democracy are to be dissolved.
The Queen did this very thing in Canada December last year, and instituted martial law. Things have changed dramatically in Canada since that move.
I fear we are miss-understanding the actual physical expression of martial law in its first stage, for me it has always been one of all out troops on streets, when in reality it is a system that still manages to remain in plain sight and just out of range… until…
