So, 2009 is here. It’s going to be a decision year for us all. We are at a fork in the road. The road we’re on leads to hell, and the other … well, who knows? That’s up to us.
Hell is a place we adults and our unfortunate offspring (who played no part in getting us there) will all soon know intimately if we try to work within the current systems of finance or government. “Go along to get along” does not work under present conditions.
The “alternative route” seems like the harder one to take. The risks seem higher on a road apparently paved with fear. But all’s to play for on this road if we have the guts to take it.
As the complete collapse of the financial system accelerates, so does the collapse of our real economy and the basic economic infrastructure it requires. Narco-terrorism continues to rise, and now we are seeing the spectre of civil unrest appearing in several European countries.
A major concern I have is that as more people begin to suffer as a result of the economy, the tendency run even faster towards hell increases. The very folks who refuse to open their eyes to the truth today, are the same who will not take the time to open them before chucking a couple of Molotov cocktails at the police tomorrow.
It might seem a little contradictory when I spend so much of my time calling for people to act, that I would then criticise those who do. I suggest that widespread civil unrest of the type seen recently in Greece, is exactly the thing the present regime would like to see – the excuse they need to further promote their police state.
So here are my suggestions for 10 things everyone can do to fight back – peacefully and lawfully. Choose a few, and do them.
10 – Join in online discussions
Take every opportunity to add your opinion to the comments sections on all the major media websites you might visit. Quote from the UK Column or any other alternative media publication you see fit. You’ll probably never know the effect this has.
9 – Volunteer your time, donate some cash
We’re about to publish a “volunteer” page on the UK Column website. Unlike those whose corruption we would expose, we don’t get paid for what we do – quite the opposite. Most of the alternative media/political websites out there are run on a shoestring. We need help with research, articles, fundraising. I don’t imagine others are any different. Get in touch with us or any other group that takes your fancy, and help.
8 – Freedom of Information requests, National Archives
Most answers cannot be found on the Internet. Google is not your friend. Neither is Wikipedia. FOI requests are one way we can get information. Visits to the National Archives, or, dare I say it, your local library, are another. If you need advice to compose your FOI requests, please get in touch.
7 – Letter writing
At first glance, I agree this seems like a complete waste of time – we all know who our “representatives” really work for. Results depend on approach, however. Instead of writing some angry diatribe criticising the latest idiotic war they have imposed upon us, or complaining about the size of their pay rise, do a little research first, and ask some searching questions. Look up the upcoming votes in Parliament and ask how they intend to vote. Look at the declaration of Members interests. Look into any association they may have with think tanks and NGOs. Question everything. Call them to account.
The purpose is to instill a sense of paranoia in each one of our illustrious MPs, MEPs and Lords. There’s nothing an elected (or even unelected) representative hates more than to know he is being watched. You’ll be amazed at how much this kind of action restricts their activities.
Remain polite, keep the tone positive if you can, check your spelling and grammar, and make sure your letters require that they spend plenty of time and energy finding you an answer.
6 – Speak to people!
Take every opportunity you can to pass on what you know. When they become aggressive, or hurl abuse, as they inevitably will, remain calm and polite.
Each time someone throws a question back at you that you have no answer for, thank them for it – it equips you better for the next time.
Print up some leaflets, distribute them and invite people down the pub for a beer and a chat. Once you have a group of 20 or so, give us a shout and we’ll arrange for someone to visit and give you a talk.
5 – Take every opportunity to vote “None Of The Above”
On average, only 40% or so of the voting population comes out to vote during any election. The majority of those that don’t vote choose not to because they don’t consider the three main parties worth voting for.
Pretty soon now, we will have local, national and European elections. If you are one of the silent majority, send the big three a strong message – they do not represent you. It doesn’t matter who you vote for, so long as it’s a minority candidate.
Can you imagine the effect it would have on the BBC if there was an 80% turnout? Can you imagine what would happen if a larger proportion of the voting population voted for alternative parties?
4 – Come to the British Constitution Group Conference
http://www.thebcgroup.org.uk/ – register, attend, take part. It will be different to anything you’ve been to before.
3 – Declare yourself in “Lawful Rebellion”
Read this, and this, and then get your affidavits to the Queen. She is waiting for them.
2 – Let us know!
Keep us updated with your successes, send us replies you get to letters written. Let’s get the word out on what’s going on around the country.

It’s all too easy to fall into the depths of fatalist depression under the weight of media inspired fear and negativity. So take some time out of the day to do something to lift your spirit – listen to Beethoven, read Shakespeare – do whatever floats your boat. If you do nothing else from this list, do this one.

In the war in Heaven, wich no one seems to talk about, possibly due to the fact that not many of us can remember being there, was a falling out between those who wanted to follow Christ and those who wanted Lucifers Plan.
Let me explain in simple terms as I do not wish to offend anyone or bore you to tears and its quite simple.
Two plans were put forward in our pre-existance, before we came to this Earth to get a body and an education. Look at it as going to school. We live our lives, do the best we can, raise a family if we are lucky, then die.
What we learn here, we can take with us, to the next step and we can also have our children for Eternity too.
Back to the two plans one presented by Jesus Christ and the other by Lucifer. Lucifer means Angel of light, by the way. Lucifer is a very angry and devious, highly inteligent spirit. Our Saviour put forward his plan to redeme mankind from this Earth, his plan was to lead us by example so we would chose to follow Him. Conversely Lucifer, put his plan forward, his intention to forse us to follow him. Note the word force.
Man has been given free agency to chose. Free agency is the important point. Keep that in mind.
We were there when these two plans were put forward and we voted 2/1 to follow Christs plan. Free Agency. 1/3rd of our Brothers and Sisters were lost that day, because incorporated in Christs plan was the opertunity to come to Earth and have a body or not. We now know which plan we all chose. We are here on Earth.
What happened then to the lost 1/3 who didnt come to Earth?? Well they are very angry because they made the wrong choice Lucifer conned them and they have missed out. So they are jelous of us. We can pro-create and they cannot.
Lucifer, now Satan said he would control world leaders cause wars and mass destruction and create money and that man /woman would sell their souls to get money. He was right about alot of people. We can see it everwhere in the world.

I have just written to all Euro MP’s asking them to take action against corporate child abuse in the U.K Family Courts and I have given them all two weeks to reply, otherwise I will assume they condone child abuse. I have also told them that I have not recieved an answer to my letter to them last year in December. I have informed them that if they do not call for the immediate opening of Family Courts that they are corrupt and I will name and shame them all. Lets see what happens now. I will more than likely be arrested.

The best thing I think you can do is to get to know your MP. The best way to get to know someone is to do the old fashioned thing and actually take the trouble to meet them personally.
MPs love to get involved with all sorts of stuff, and especially things that make them look good, such as charity events and opening things. Don’t care too much about what the event is, all you need to do is be a bit crafty and get to a situation where you are face to face with your MP, and that it is you who are leading the discussion and not the other way around.
However, before doing so, it is necessary to have something to say to them, and this could be in the form of a suggestion or a request that they may wish to represent you on some issue. Maybe a little research would help you a great deal here. Find out what your MP’s interests are, and try and engage their enthusiasm. An issue that is not too party political can work well, because they will find support from more than one party, and that is normally a pre-requisite for getting a bill passed.
For example, I have recently been thinking that this recession business would most effectively get solved if we were to look at ways to support British manufacturing, as opposed to increasing the nanny state even further. Even a Labour MP might find this idea appealing. The trick is to frame it in a positive way, show what could be done, and suggest solutions. With better solutions the nutjobs in Westminster and the quangos will be out of a job. Don’t leave it to their idiocy to solve the nations problems. A good idea is something your MP will find useful, and it will make them look smarter and propel them further up the greasy pole. So, as they say, ‘everyone’s a winner’.
The answer is physical economy as prescribed by the larouche youth movement and Lyndon LaRouche himself, the only scientific movement and personality today that’s worth noticing and following through. Any other so called ‘options’ are useless. Sweeping new powers allowing personal information about every citizen to be handed over to government agencies faced condemnation yesterday amid warnings that Britain is experiencing the greatest threats to civil rights for decades.
Shami Chakrabarti, the director of the pressure group Liberty, warned that the laws, published yesterday, were among a string of measures that amounted to a “terrifying” assault on traditional freedoms.
Proposals in the Coroners and Justice Bill include measures to authorise ministers to move huge amounts of data between government departments and other agencies and public bodies. Bodies that hold personal information include local councils, the DVLA, benefits offices and HM Revenue and Customs.
The Bill will allow ministers to use data-sharing orders to overturn strict rules that require information to be used only for the purpose it was taken. But it places no limit on the information that could eventually be shared between public bodies, potentially allowing vast amounts of personal data to be shared by officials across Whitehall, agencies or other public bodies.
Safeguards in the Bill will ensure that the proposed orders are considered by the Information Commissioner and require them to be formally approved by Parliament.
Ministers insisted there would be a series of safeguards to ensure that data was secure and not misused. But in an interview with The Independent Ms Chakrabarti warned the measure was one of a string of threats to civil liberties that range from attacks on the Human Rights Act, the advent of ID cards, and proposals to retain data on internet and email use. She declared: “The combination amounts to the most authoritarian time in my lifetime. In Britain, we are seeing happening things I would never have dreamt of seeing.”
Ms Chakrabarti also condemned plans in the Bill to restrict the use of juries in inquests and hold hearings in secret. She added: “It’s the second week of January and we have already seen plans for new gang Asbos and secret coroners as well as very broad data- sharing measures. What will next week bring?”
David Howarth, the Liberal Democrat justice spokesman, condemned the Government for “burying more building blocks of its surveillance state in a bill to reform the coroner service.”
Nick Herbert, the shadow Justice Secretary, added: “This government has shown a cavalier attitude to the security of personal data. There must be proper safeguards for any measures which will enable ministers, with minimal parliamentary scrutiny, to allow sensitive information to be exchanged without barriers when it may have been collected for an unrelated purpose.”
Speaking as she prepared to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the foundation of the National Council for Civil Liberties this year, Ms Chakrabarti vowed to resist a series of proposals she said would seriously damage personal privacy in Britain. But she predicted that the “worm was turning” with more people concerned about the importance of civil liberties.
Ms Chakrabarti warned about the “intrusion on privacy” created by the growth of the national DNA database, and attacked plans for national ID cards, due to be rolled out to the first British citizens this year, arguing that the developments had the potential to create a huge all-purpose database holding personal details of ever aspect of people’s lives.
She said: “If the tide is not turned on communications data, data-sharing, ID cards and the DNA database, if that tide does not turn and if worse still it accelerates we are looking at a very different Britain in a very short time. We are looking at a Britain where there is no such thing as personal privacy at all.”
She warned: “There is a creeping contempt for individual liberty and dignity. There is no sense of history.”
Yesterday Jack Straw, the Justice Secretary, insisted ministers would have to pass a series of hurdles before data-sharing was authorised, including public consultation, a report by the independent Information Commissioner, and the approval of an order in Parliament.
He said: “I think all members of the public, as I am, are in two places on this. Data relating to you and your family should be protected and that is an absolute imperative. But you don’t want personally to give the same information again and again if it can be safely held and safely transferred.”
Erosion of civil liberties: A call to arms
Senior figures in British public life are launching a “call to arms” to highlight the erosion of historic civil liberties.
These campaigners, who include the former director of public prosecutions Sir Ken MacDonald, the former attorney general Lord Goldsmith, as well as the musician Brian Eno and the author Philip Pullman, are backing a series of events to coincide with a major civil rights convention in London next month, at which they will speak. Organisers expect 1,000 people to attend the Convention on Modern Liberty, at which other speakers will include Nick Clegg, the Liberal Democrat leader, Dominic Grieve, the shadow Home Secretary, David Davis, the campaigning Tory MP, and Lord Bingham, the former law lord.
Organisers of the event, at the Institute of Education, including the TUC and the rights group Liberty, said Britain could become “a new kind of police state”. And yesterday, the journalist Henry Porter, one of the organisers, said: “This is a call to arms,” and he warned of “the constant moves to a database state and threats to an individual”. He added: “This is thoroughly dangerous.” Baroness Helena Kennedy, the human rights lawyer, said: “We are seeing ways in which our system of law and the protections we have as citizens are slowly but surely being undermined. Liberty is being eroded for all of us.”

I do think we could do more to show resentment of the status quo.
For example. Norwich Union. They have outsourced our phone jobs to India and also employed Indians in the UK in computer jobs after making English workers redundant. Nothing was done to stop this or show how angry we are.
I stopped my car,travel and house insurance from NU(now calling itself Aviva)and wrote and told them why ie re the above. They did not bother to answer me.
However had we marched outside their HQ in NOrwich and broken a few windows and howled for the chairman’s blood they might have taken notice.

Doctor found guilty of manslaughter
The long fought case of Patricia Leighton’s family took more than ten years to bring to justice, but what justice has been obtained. Even though the jury found Pryia Ramnath the doctor responsible for the manslaughter of their mother, guilty she has got away with a very trivial sentence. This case was mentioned yesterday but received very little attention in the media. Justice Rafferty sentenced the doctor to six months imprisonment with two years suspension. If the public cannot be protected by proper sentencing that fit the crimes then it is about time we started withholding our taxes or using other methods to get this over to the Government. Most sane people believe criminals should get appropriate sentencing for murder and abuse, yet this is not happening. No doubt this doctor will be back working soon.

If you stop paying fines on motor offences, some serious, others trivial you are abusing the law just like them. That’s what they want.
If we refuse paying council taxes on mass because “they” are abusing the system this seems more justified. Although not legal we have to suffer some discomfort if we are going to get anywhere and in solidarity.
We have plenty of reasons to withhold council fees, Police corruption, lenient sentencing for crime especially for their own people, other Shipmen abuse in the NHS, and abuse in care homes for the elderly and children, which are always dismissed These are some of the serious issues and there are many more.

I suggest you do some research on subjects such as “what is a strawman” person or human being etc..
This was quoted about you, Rob is not drawing a line, he is arguing to eradicate entirely the rule of law, just get rid of it and create a lawless society – all you have to do is carry around a “lawful excuse” card.
You say you know the law, but it doesn’t exist for you, sounds very much like the beliefs of certain illuminati philosophers.

I don’t think anyone is advocating a lawless society. But a statute is not a law. We need to return to common law as the basis for society, rather than what are, effectively, commercial agreements given force of law by a corrupt and criminal government and judicial system.
There is no need whatsoever for this legislative crusade that the present government is bent on, almost to the point of making using the toilet a “criminal” offence.
I think it is interesting that it was common law that the police resorted to in an effort to bring charges against the four criminals in the House of Lords. Their failure to make it stick demonstrates how ignorant they are of common law and how it applies to the Lords. No-one is above the law!
So this is what the UK Column believes is it, the freeman of the land, principles of Robert Menard, which means no laws.

The UK Column is here to highlight corruption in Government, and its various appendages, and to act to stop it. We are working to save this nation and its (our) Sovereignty … not turn it into an Anarchy.
However, Britain has a Constitution. And under that Constitution, we, as subjects of the Monarch, have certain rights. One of those rights is to petition the Monarch when we feel Parliament is out of control. Another of those rights is Lawful Rebellion. These are tools at our disposal which should be used.
The law of the land is Common Law. Everything we need for a lawful society is there within Common Law.
You seem to be unhappy with the idea of not paying traffic fines. Why? What are traffic fines for? Do you believe they serve a useful purpose? I don’t. I believe they are a form of embezzlement.
But look, traffic fines are not the issue. The issue is a government gone mad, with an elite of financiers who have far too much influence over that government, and a financial system which has collapsed beyond saving.
If there is any group within this country that is actively working for a lawless society, the financial organ grinders and their government monkeys are it. Their intention, their clear policy, is a collapse of Sterling, a collapse of law and order, and civil unrest on the streets. This has to be fought – lawfully and peacefully.
The Constitution, as I say, gives us some tools. We just have to use them. Anyone who sees them as simply a way of avoiding this or that fine, or not paying tax, is completely missing the point.
Those reading this who have been injured or lost relatives through drink driving or speeding violations and the editor along with other posters believe its a form of Government embezzlement must wonder why they are wasting time on this site or with the UK Column.
You have not refuted or discussed other posts from people who defend not paying for traffic violations and recommendations to view Robert Menards site. So we can assume that you must quietly agree.
You instead choose to put forward you government embezzlement ideas on traffic crimes to those of us who believe they are valid for many reasons.

I have never looked at Robert Menard’s site, so I can’t comment about him or what he says. Please don’t put two and two together and get five.
I have made it clear where I stand on the issue of traffic fines – they are not important to the work we are doing here. I absolutely dispute their effectiveness in deterring drink or dangerous driving, and I would argue that if someone causes death by dangerous driving, or death by drink driving, they should be in prison for the common law crime of murder, not receiving a petty fine and a years ban. I hope my position is now crystal clear.
If, as it appears, you have lost someone to a traffic “accident,” then I am truly sorry for that. But the issues I am fighting, if they are not stopped, will result in the deaths of many more thousands than are caused by traffic accidents, through poverty, poor health care etc.

Looking at the state of the Nation and where we are going, i really do think we need a large umbrella or coalition organisation so that anyone and everyone can get involved.
A simple name, a small set of principles, a website / forum and a few publicity items would give us all the means to get out there and promote what is right.
Couldn’t UK Column operate as the catalyst for this?
Membership could be a simple online registration, with supporters then setting up local associations / groups etc and then these in turn sending in donations to help fund UKC.

You might want to look at this chap, as far as I can tell he is the only bloke out there telling the truth. Folk like David Icke took his research and span it off into lizards etc which undermines the truth for many folk. There is no question in my mind that Icke is a counter intelligence operation.

David Icke is a difficult one, there is some useful info on his site, but who like you say is going to believe him when he talks about shift shapers reptilians and other weird stuff. In many ways he is doing more harm than good, he can’t really believe it can he. Every now and then he appears on the TV, does it help or is it really putting the issues back a pace. Think of how many more books and videos he can sell with added extra fantasy.
He (David Icke) is a fraud, it ain’t rocket science (séance?).

I don’t think David Icke is a fraud, I do think he sincerely believes all he sais is true and he has been a great teacher for me and has led me to some incredible information supplied by other truth seekers who are selfessly revealing the facts behind our police (revenue collectors) state . I feel extremely positive about the eventual outcome as there are so many aware people out there . It’s up to us to tell anyone who will listen about all of the amazing information being brought to us by the likes of John Harris (TPUC) Brian Gerrish (Common Purpose Exposed) etc;
