“In a speech in London.” That’s how the BBC characterised Gordon Brown’s Mansion House Speech last night. Contrary to the BBC’s misrepresentation, this is not just another speech. It is at this event that Brown traditionally delivers his call to arms for the New World Order.
In last year’s speech, just prior to the financial collapse, he said, “… and I believe what will also be said of this age, the first decade of the 21st Century, that out of what will be seen as the greatest restructuring of the global economy, perhaps one even greater than at the time of the industrial revolution, a new world order was created …”
This year, apparently, following the election of Barak Obama, the time is now right to create a “truly global society” – a term he used several times during the speech. We should now “seize the moment” offered by the greatest restructuring of the global economy to forge a “new multilateralism.”
“Uniquely in this global age, it is now in our power to come together so that 2008 is remembered not just for the failure of a financial crash that engulfed the world but for the resilience and optimism with which we faced the storm, endured it and prevailed. And remembered too for how in doing so we discovered and refashioned the global power of nations working together.
“And having shown the power of coordinated global action to recapitalise our banks and cut interest rates for homeowners and businesses, this weekend in Washington we will seek to go further, launching the process of rebuilding the international financial system.
“So while I see a world that is facing financial crisis and still diminished by conflict and injustice I also see the chance to forge a new multilateralism that is both hard headed and progressive. And if we learn from our experience of turning unity of purpose into unity of action, we can together seize this moment of change in our world to create a truly global society.”
He went on … “As America stands at its own dawn of hope, so let that hope be fulfilled through a pact with the wider world to lead and shape the twenty first century as the century of a truly global society. And I believe the whole of Europe can work closely with America to meet the great challenges which will test our resolution and illuminate our convictions.”
Interesting that he uses the word “illuminate” here …
He also set out the five great challenges the New World Order world now faces:
- the need to reassert faith in democracy and win the battle of ideas against terrorism and extremism
- the need to strengthen the global economy
- tackling “climate change”
- resolving conflict – the need for a new “stabilisation and reconstruction agency” ready, through civilian as well as military assistance, to “rebuild” conflict-ridden and fragile states
- meeting the Millennium Development Goals
He concluded with an appeal to world leaders, “My message is that we must be internationalist, not protectionist; interventionist not neutral; progressive not reactive; and forward looking, not frozen by events. We can seize the moment and in doing so build a truly global society.”

Re: Gordon Brown and the phrase ‘Common Purpose’ – we are in the land of synchronicity here because yesterday (and I only read the relevant comments this morning) I was reading H G Wells’ January 1940 political tract ‘The New World Order’ (ridiculous I haven’t read it before – it’s so basic to all his) and I highlighted this line:
‘The present writer cherishes the idea that the realisation of a COMMON PURPOSE [my capitals] and a common cultural inheritance may spread throughout all the English-speaking communities, and there can be no harm in efforts to give this concrete expression’ (just like wot Gordon dus.)
Gordo seems to use this tract as a blueprint, using entire phrases that could have been rip’d from it untimely.
But also, the book does provide a stroke in favour of Aldous Huxley – Wells plainly doesn’t like him , envisaging the sort of man arguing about this incredibly arrogant writer’s ideal (Wells continually refers to the sort of person who wants One World Government as ‘the Sane Man’) as ‘likely to fall back at this stage upon that Bible of the impotent genteel, Huxley’s Brave New World . . You brush that disagreeable fantasy aside.’

Yes, I know there is a lot of rubbish about these days but at the same time there is a lot of in-depth serious research being done, and the quality of it can be very high. I suppose I was just trying to point in the general direction of where I think things are being done. People these days seem to have cottoned on to the fact the globalised banking business is corrupt, but much less apparent is the social side of it.
It’s obvious really, because if you can control the mind then you have complete control, and the military are very well aware of this, especially the British, who have had a lot of experience in military matters. So you have some odd goings on where the military can use psychology against an enemy, and they have had special units where this has been researched at great expense, as have the Germans and also the Russians. I mean, take a look at what goes on in the Middle East and the operations used to extract all their oil, the British have had their hands in this for a very long time, and I don’t think there is so much in the way of extreme fundamentalist religious cults being practiced just by chance. It’s like a secret weapon that has been used time and time again in other countries, and communism itself is a form of psychological brainwashing.
However it has not just been used against the enemy, or what we are told constitutes the enemy, these bankers are such that they want to mould the workforce to the jobs and they are constantly attacking one’s sense of individuality to achieve this. A lot of it is using shock to psychologically injure the mind so that it can be reprogrammed with what they want people to believe. In addition, they are very keen on using behaviorism so they artificially create environments to alter people’s perception. More money is spent in this sort of thing than on military hardware, it is essential for the success of these banker’s plans.
Observe the green movement and how it looks so much like a cult these days. This is just the latest incarnation of their social theories. They will have taken the bits that work from their previous movements and rehacked them. Each time it becomes more and more effective, and coupled with the dumbing down in education they are not far from a state of complete control.
Huxley was, I suppose, one of the pioneers. LSD is a drug that the military experimented on with their own people. I think it is a dangerous drug myself and can lead to permanent brain damage. Huxley extolled its virtues and wrote The Doors of Perception a little while before it was released in huge amounts onto the population at large. Timothy Leary was another who then stepped in to push it even harder and only three years after the book was published. This is typical of their methods, first use a small study group, and then push it mainstream. I think you will find most of this information readily available from a variety of reliable sources, but it’s a case of knowing where to look for the needle in the haystack. So I hope this helps.

It’s the story of the forthcoming world government, with loads of facts,figures and exposures. It seems that the “2 R’s” are the money behind it all, and the drivers.

I have never read the book myself, am never going to – but it was one of those paperbacks that middle class dopeheads were always reading.
And you are right, there is NO question of the appalling damage LSD does to the delicate mechanism of the mind.

This is something that has occurred to me to – along with that vein of Russian Christian prophecy that suggests this and the declarations of the visionary Rudolf Steiner. As explained in Sevak Gulbekian’s book ‘In the belly of the beast:

One should always be wary of prophecy – however this makes a deal more sense to me than most prophetic speculation.

Yes, you are correct about Rudolph Steiner – and yes, it is true, too … any “belief system” is what it is, just that, a system to believe in which gives the “mind” an “attachment” (i.e., “prophecy”).
Steiner was a brilliant visionary. Visionaries and seers are those who we have all noted in our historical moments, from time-to-time, and this is a shame that we do not look more to those who have the “sight.”

Raising interest rates and dismantling protective tariffs and subsidies worsen rather than help the trade and payments balance, aggravate rather than reduce domestic budget deficits, and raise prices.
