I don’t know about you, but I am furious beyond apoplectic about the way this sick government is treating our ex service people.
We know all about their dishonourable dealings with the Commonwealth nations, from Claire Short insulting the Zimbabwean government back in 1998 which helped pave the way for the road to ruin there, through spouses of Canadian service people unable to get visas - so this is all part of the pattern of rampant hatred that the Fabian communist “left” has for anything and everything to do with Great Britain, it’s traditions, heritage, and status in the world. We are being systematically destroyed and the outrages just get more blatant day by day as this conspiracy to destroy this country and absorb us into the EUSSR comes fully out into the open.
Well, I say they have taken one step too far in their treatment of the Gurkhas. A more faithful, honourable and fierce fighting force of men than these has never served in warfare and this ongoing mistreatment is a national disgrace and MUST NOT be allowed to stand.
I strongly urge all of our readers to join the Gurkha Justice Campaign and send this evil government a message that their days of wilful destruction of our country and reputation are OVER.
It is no surprise how this government treated the Gurkhas.
They treat everyone the same; pensioners, council tax payers, motorists, dental patients, married parents, etc.etc. the ONLY people they treat with kid gloves are Muslims and asylum seekers and that is NOT being racist, merely an observation.
I would include Benefit Claimants, genuine or otherwise, and unmarried mothers.
I am open to correction of course.
Only a general election will dislodge this lot but then, what will we get in return?

I am starting to believe the elite are at the end of the road, everything is in place, just look at Gordon Brown he is useless I think he is deliberately destroying the country so much that by the end of 2009 everything will be in place for the EU takeover once irelands rejection is sorted out.

Some of us spend hours and hours and hours linking, sharing and posting all we can the world over……. Some of us tried to get involved in the political process only to discover it was corrupt from top to bottom.
Some of us just wonder who the heck we can ever trust any more….
Our spiritual energy and subsequently our wealth has been used to imprison us in this charade most of us accept as ‘life’. Some life…..

From my kitchen table, all I can do is my best and hope that the 100th monkey awakens very soon.
I also hope and pray for a miracle when numbers of police, military, legal, corporate and political people will awaken to discover that they are part of the problem, not part of any solution….
Sadly, ‘the meek’ are usually the ones without money. Money buys the power to control others. The trouble is that anyone with money has, sadly, sold their souls for their wealth, power and control over the rest of us.
I have every hope that there will shortly be a mass awakening and that we can come together to change things for the whole of humanity who have been exploited and subjugated by those who deem they are ‘chosen’.
Ultimately, one really has to ask the question: chosen by whom??????

I believe it’s all about honour. Gurkhas are an honourable people & the last thing communists want is more honourable people to have to try to oppress. Immigration is a scam & only about creating divisions. Why is it we never ever see starving people, the worlds most needy, coming over from the refugee camps in Africa?
Clearly it’s about the distruction of this once great country, nothing more!
On Thursday, I will be in Parliament Square, Westminster at 11am before handing in the Gurkha Justice petition.
We’ve had fantastic support from across the country, and the petition we’ll be handing in will be one of the biggest ever collected in the country – in a little over six weeks. Thank you so much for the support.
Our team are sorting the petition ready to hand in, but they tell me any signatures up until Wednesday night will be included. I really hope that, on Thursday, the Government will finally bow to the pressure from our thousands upon thousands of petition signatories from across the country, to the Home Office Select Committee, and to the High Court, all of whom have backed justice for Gurkhas.
If there was ever a time to stand with us, then that time is now.
A really big turnout on the day will really add to the pressure of the petition. It will show how strongly we all feel about righting this wrong. If you can come along to Parliament Square in Westminster by around 10.30am on Thursday 20th November, I would simply love to see you there.
We will be joined by a number of the real stars of the campaign themselves – the ex-Gurkhas who have served our country so loyally. Amongst them will be Honorary Lieutenant Tul Bahadur Pun VC who served with my father, and who has been such a huge inspiration to the campaign.
At around 11am I’ve been asked to say a few words in Parliament Square, and I’ll be joined by other members of the Gurkha Justice Campaign and some special guests are joining us from Parliament. After that, a small delegation will go to Cenotaph and lay a wreath, before going on to Downing Street to hand in the petition.
Finally, we’ll return to Parliament Square to thank ALL those who have come to show their support. That will take some time – on Thursday there will be people that have helped the campaign from across the country. I’m honoured they are coming – the commitment of those from across the country on this campaign has been incredible, and I’m so grateful for their support.
So, I hope to see you on Thursday, and that you can make one final push to encourage EVERYONE you know to add their name to the petition at http://www.gurkhajustice.org.uk before 9pm on Wednesday.

I attended this event last Thursday and the picture now posted above just about sums up the feeling – DISGRACE.
The speeches and sentiments expressed were all very powerful and I just felt a huge sense of shame welling up within me that this country could have sunk so low as to be abusing these fine fighting men.
My thanks and enormous respect go out to Joanna Lumley and her collaborators in this campaign. Let her action be a lesson to us all that an inspired person CAN change history if we chose to STAND UP AND FIGHT INJUSTICE.
As part of my 22 year engagement I seved for three good years with the 2/2 King Edward’s Own Ghurkha Rifles , fighting the insurgents in Malaya and Borneo, and was proud to do so. These brave soldiers deserve, have indeed earnt, our respect and support.

My father served with the 6th Gurka Rifles and confirmed that they were ‘Braver than the Brave’ and it makes me feel ashamed that our cowardly Government lets in the scum of Eastern Europe and any other ‘asylum seeker’ who wants to come here and take everything and give nothing makes me feel sick. Our Gurkas give their lives for this country and we don’t deserve such loyalty, I’m upset and disgusted to be British and our Government should hang their heads in shame at this act of betrayal. Of course while our MPs continue to fiddle their ‘expenses’ and throw money at the Bankers one shouldn’t be too surprised at their lack of humanity towards the finest soldiers in the world, they’ve done it for years!

The 1947 tripartite agreement between Nepal, Britain and India (many more Gurkhas serve in the Indian army than in our own) decreed: “A Gurkha soldier must be recruited as a Nepali citizen, must serve as a Nepali citizen and must be resettled as a Nepali citizen.” You couldn’t get much clearer than that. For all the pathos of the bemedalled old Gurkhas being tearfully embraced by Lumley after the Commons vote, the fact is that these warriors would have understood the deal when they signed up. And a very good deal it was, which explains why year after year almost 20,000 young Nepalese would apply for the 230 new places available in the brigade.

Joanna Lumley and the Gurkha Justice Campaign have issued the following statement regarding the unsavoury lies propagated by The Sun newspaper over a forged leaflet which made headline news yesterday.
The British National Party wishes to place it on record that the issue of the Gurkhas should not be politicised any further, and condemns The Sun unreservedly for resorting to this underhand smear tactic.
The BNP would also ask all supporters to refrain from further politicising the matter.
Full statement from Joanna Lumley and the Gurkha Justice Campaign, as received by the BNP via email this afternoon:
Dear Sirs
In light of the emails and correspondence we have received from members of the British National Party (BNP), regarding the Sun newspaper’s article of 18 May 2009, the Gurkha Justice Campaign and Joanna Lumley want to issue the following statement, which we hope clarifies our position:-
“The Gurkha Justice Campaign understands that the BNP has indicated on its website that the Sun article of 18 May 2009, referring to an alleged BNP election leaflet on Gurkhas, is inaccurate and that the alleged leaflet is a potential forgery.
We also understand that this might be the subject of legal proceedings and potential complaints to the Press Complaints Commission.
Therefore, what the Gurkha Justice Campaign and Joanna Lumley say is necessarily short and to the point, as we do not want to interfere with any redress which the BNP may be seeking from the Sun, nor interfere with the Sun’s need to comment on their article.
The Gurkha Justice Campaign was presented with a copy of a purported BNP leaflet received from the Sun.
In good faith, and based on the information as it was presented to the Gurkha Justice Campaign, by the Sun, Joanna was asked for her opinion on the purported leaflet.
Joanna expressed her fair and honest opinion on the leaflet sent to her (which is materially the same as the one published in the Sun on 18 May 2009).
Joanna’s priority has, and always will be, the welfare of the Gurkhas. The Gurkha cause is very close to her heart, for very personal reasons given her father’s service in the Brigade.
In this case, the purported leaflet displayed a photograph of a dead Gurkha, Lance Corporal Pun, who had personally signed up to support our campaign.
The late L/Cpl Pun’s father, Rifleman Dhan Bahadur Pun, is also supported by the lawyers helping our campaign, and his grieving family were visited by members of our team only a few days ago.
The leaflet Joanna was shown was supposedly used in literature which was overtly political and most overtly anti-Gurkha. The leaflet displayed a dead, brave British Army Gurkha soldier with an “X” crossed through his face. The leaflet is offensive, and we are glad that members of the BNP have contacted our campaign to make absolutely clear that the nature and content of the leaflet was also offensive to them.
The Gurkha Justice Campaign and Joanna wants to make clear that if the leaflet given to our campaign by the Sun is not genuine, then the persons who originally created the leaflet are despicable for their flagrant use of a fallen Gurkha’s photograph for the furtherance of their own political goals. L/Cpl Pun’s family are still grieving. His widow is distraught and his 2 young children await the father who will never return home from Afghanistan. This honourable Gurkha-family, who have given generations of service to the British people (L/Cpl Pun’s grandfather also fought for Britain in World War II), have not even buried their fine son. The Pun family did not ask to become embroiled in any political campaign nor ask to be used for a political agenda.
All right-thinking people would consider that the use of the Gurkhas, let alone the image of a dead Gurkha, in any political strategy or political game as something which is wholly unacceptable.
Our Gurkha Justice Campaign is cross-party. We have supporters from all sections of society, races, nationalities, creeds, ages, gender and political affiliations. Our Campaign does not seek to ally itself with any political party or political group, but seeks only to gain an equal right of settlement for retired Gurkhas in line with the rights already granted to all other Foreign and Commonwealth soldiers in the British Army.
We are disappointed if any person, group, or organisation is using the Gurkhas or the Gurkha Justice Campaign for their own political ends. The lives of the 45,000 Gurkhas who died fighting for this country, defending our democracy, are worth more than any political posturing.
Joanna and the Gurkha Justice Campaign do not intend to comment any further on the alleged political leaflet published in the Sun, as our sole focus remains securing Gurkha rights in light of the clear mandate from Parliament.
However, the Gurkha Justice Campaign is pleased that Gurkha rights command widespread cross-party support and we hope all political parties will immediately set out and publish their explicit positions on the right of settlement for former Gurkhas, in advance of the upcoming election (this includes the British Government’s expected revised position).
The vast majority of ordinary, decent British people from all political backgrounds support the Gurkhas and their right of settlement.
We are glad that this issue has been brought to our attention, and appreciate the massive support and the emails our campaign has received from members of public and from members of all political parties.”
