Yesterday, in an historic moment, the United States Congress stood up for the American people, and defended the general welfare of their nation and the entire world, by rejecting the completely fraudulent and unconstitutional Wall St bailout bill. This was despite the outrageous, and some would say dictatorial, maneuverings of the House leadership under Nancy Pelosi, arguably the most ineffectual and treasonous leader of the US Congress in a generation or more.
The ramifications of this attempt to install a bankers dictatorship and destroy the United States as a sovereign nation are right now shaking the markets, with the largest ever drop in the Dow Jones industrial average occurring yesterday, and the full expectation of a major global wipeout today. Meanwhile, the disintegration of the global banking system is accelerating with the collapse of Wachovia and Washington Mutual over the weekend.
For the time being, it appears that these criminals have taken one step too far, with even the largely cowardly and placid Congress finally making a stand as demanded by millions of voters. But make no mistake: the fight over the fundamental issue of the US Constitution is not over. The gangsters in charge of the Treasury department and Congressional leadership will return today with another attempt to ram this bill through, and will continue to do so until they succeed or an alternative plan is forced onto the table.
Well, I say bring it on: This crash is a long overdue wakeup call to the sleeping masses who have yet to grasp the enormity of the events they are living through. It will only be when the harsh reality of the inhuman evil that designed this economic system hits people with full force that they will get up off their rear ends and fight for the reforms that are needed.
Let us hope that the great sleeping giant that is the American public rise and crush the forces that are out to impose a global fascist police state. In doing so, they will remind the world what made their country great, by leading us all out of this terrible crisis into a new era of peace and prosperity for all.

Let us hope they can keep it up. The Congress are acting very courageously presently and the elite are floundering in their repetition of the fact it will be accepted. If America takes the bailout it will be catastrophic. If Ireland vote yes to the treaty again it will be catostrophic.
We are indeed at a very important crossroads, the good aspect to these times are the amount of people opening their minds to the reality, this can only be good for freedom.

It is my opinion that the straw has now broken the camels back and the global elite have now pushed their luck beyond the limits of the “man in the street”.
The reason we are focusing on events in America, is that the American people are an insurmountable force when aroused, and this latest act of treason would appear to have woken them from their slumber.
As such, this is a revolutionary situation where dramatic changes can be made in very short order as the political environment breaks open into a fertile and malleable state for organizing people around solutions, and new directions, at a pace that was heretofore impossible.
The political leaders of today will soon become irrelevant and cast aside as this great crisis slams the population into a heightened state of awareness of “something is very very wrong”.
We have a LOT of work to do, but no better time to be alive in which to move things in the right direction with the force of popular outrage and public opinion behind us.
As FDR famously said: “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself”.

It is obvious that the American government and indeed, the UK government, are desperately trying to paper over the cracks.
They are using taxpayers money to re-capitalise commercial organisations, i.e. changing from Capitalism to Socialism .
This NOT how the free market works! There WILL be a price to pay for robbing Peter to pay Paul. Would they bail out Marks and Spencer or other commercial organisations if they were in financial trouble? I think not.
There is always the possibility that their actions may be illegal, of course.

Sorry to disappoint, but they didn’t say that !
What CMD said was that “PROVIDED” the EU Constitution (Lisbon Treaty) had NOT been ratified then, once the Tories were in power, he would agree a Referendum.
It is obvious that the Treaty WILL be ratified (by hook or by crook) well before our next general election so, that promise is worthless !
If the Treat is ratified then, once the Tories are in power, CMD has said that he will attempt to “renegotiate” the Treaty ” Has he never heard of Acquis Communitaire ?
This is the clause that says that “any powers given to the EU by national governments can never be taken back. It is called “The Ratchet System”.
But don’t let us worry too much. After all, very shortly, the EU intend bringing in legislation to ban all political parties who disagree with the aims and policies of the EU. The answer, imho, will never be found in any party currently masquerading as ‘democratic’ (I already tried that by becoming a PPC). The answer lies within each one of us become sovereign, independent and totally responsible for our own actions and to understand that whatever our religion/race/colour – together we stand, divided we fall…..there has to be some kind of movement – but not in the current formal/legal structure adopted by ‘political parties’ and the like. You here nothing about this either in the television media, nor on the radio, except for Michael Savage, who I listen to on my commute ride home. Again, most people I talk with think everything is fine, or they are scared and want to stick their head in the sand and hope it all goes away. I’ve prevailed on an “eminent domain” case in the State of Washington, USA: Martin vs. Cowlitz County.
The State of Washington had used eminent domain (which I have traced to PRINCE PHILIP AND HIS WORLD WILDLIFE FUND, 1965, set-up as this hostile takeover was to be slow but sure — as well as the entirety of the “environmental” scam), as a license to steal properties.
Hage vs. US is an eminent domain “landmark case,” as well!
Basically, eminent domain was the land-grab for the “rich” to own the US in the One World Government UN scheme. The Prosecuting Attorney in the small town of Longview, Washington, literally demanded the Court of Appeals hear the case TWICE. The law firm in Seattle, FOSTER-PEPPER (hot shots … not anymore), represent the State Government of Washington and are absolutely a disgrace to the rule of law. Anyway, when the Court of Appeals, Division II found in our favor, the rule of law did indeed protect us and our land, then the Cowlitz County Prosecutor DEMANDED that the SUPREME COURT hear the case!!! What a crock. This was after the proof of the SALMON RECOVERY GRANT (illegal as any could hope to find), was found to have committed financial fraud in every way.
The Washington Supreme Court stomped ‘em into the ground — the decision was such that the Prosecuting Attorney for Cowlitz County, Governor Gregorie, Rob McKenna (AG), all the “State of Washington Government Subjects” cannot pull this Salmon Recovery Board / Environmental BS, anymore by way of illegal land grabs.
This was an ongoing rape of land owners’ rights in the State of Washington for a long, long time and now it has been stopped!
I have also prevailed against Wachovia and I am on a roll against the “others.”
Having run my own small mortgage company, and after losing everything in the 1980s, again dot.com 1990s, I became aware of the corruption at the “root.” Never having enough money or power before I could not do the “right thing.”
The “rich” do not want those who truly honor the rule of law to have the money and power to do the “right thing” with that honor. But, when we can have what it takes to do the right thing, then it is the right thing to do.
Although, the media is not going to tell the story about how the eminent domain via environmentalism is now being exposed – coast to coast, in The US – and stopped by “common” land owners.
Also, the lawsuits have only just begun. I did begin suing the “lenders” via letters of demand for the “note,” “general ledger/s” (asset and liability side of the “lender’s ledger”), after consulting with an attorney who was formerly a lawyer for two of the Central Banks of the FED. That was in 2006-2007. Timing is everything.
The “lawyers” in the US are now awake and really very aware of the corruption. I should know since I worked for most of the law firms in the City of Portland, Oregon, for approximately 20 years before I ran my own mortgage company.
Being an artist in America is a multi-faceted demand.
