As I write this, in a real sucker punch, the FTSE is up 10% so far today. Hooray, the world is saved!

What could be behind this insane, hysterical reaction?
One reason is that late yesterday, the FSA called a halt to short selling of financial stocks in the UK. As a result, many (t)raders have had to get themselves out of short positions. That musta hurt!
The second, much bigger, reason is that the US Treasury Secretary, Hank Paulson, in collusion with the US Congress, is about to commit an act of blatant treason.
Instead of doing the right thing, which would have been to place the system in administratrion (bankruptcy reorganisation), he has decided to make the United States itself bankrupt.
The bankers are laughing up their sleeves.
What Paulson has announced is this: he will establish a Federal agency to buy up what will amount to trillions of dollars of bad debt. The debt will become the liability of the US taxpayer. The bankers will get off scot free. The US will also insure investors in US money-market funds, which have seen significant withdrawals in recent days.
The idea is that, in a reflection of the Resolution Trust Corporation, the debt will be warehoused so that it can get the chance “for much of it to recover a portion of its value.”
But make no mistake, as far as the financial system is concerned, this will achieve nothing, other than delay the inevitable once again.
The real benefit for Paulson’s controllers, is that long held goal of the financial elites – the end of the United States, and that pesky Constitution.
What about us, here in the UK? For us, there’s the small matter of the spectre of hyperinflation which will make Weimar Germany pale into insignificance.

In relation to Gordon Browns speech I have to say was a most sinister of speeches. When you apply the grasp of ‘Elite’ speak to his rhetoric he was announcing the proposed Global Banking Regulatory body, which is basicaly the IMF-Inner City means to destroy the smaller banks and companies to be scooped up by the Inner City banking cartel; He is in the US today to propose.
On my site Lifeinthemix2.co.uk Good Info page; I have placed Brown’s proposed Logo for this global regulatory body which they promptly removed from their website during April this year after we published it on the net.
The main thrust of his speech was preparation for the New World Order whithout letting the cat out of the bag, I say this becuse the press ain’t reporting it and they removed my post from the London Telegraph, today. This is what I heard :

Also just before his speech, Ken Livingstone on the Politics show talked about the new global financial order, so we can see the underlying premace of the whole Labour conference was geared in the direction of this propsed new global regulation of finance. It is the 1920’s ‘Turkey Shoot’ all over again but on a global level.
He spoke of the children which made my skin crawl. Elimination of child poverty, what he was really saying is; “We shall eradicate ‘THE’ children in poverty, not child poverty.
One has to better understand how Juliani cleaned up the gang ridden New York of the 1970’s to understand his true message.
He spoke of free nurseries for those aged three- four, this as Aaron Russo makes clear in the video interview, is to indoctrinate the children from a younger age, which means indoctrination as set out by Common Purpose. I will continue to direct firemen, chip shop owners, opticians, gas/electricity meter readers and shop owners/assistants etc to the brown video as his open admission of the planned ‘restructuring’ could AND SHOULD form the basis of his arrest, trial and incarceration for treason imho – and apparently, Treason is still a capital offence!!

All good and some great comments. As a sociologist in the US (born and raised), may I offer the analogy of a crackhead to the behavior of the power elite in the USA. Don’t know how many of you have had an addict in the family, but I have and have worked with some and so will tell you that US is a crackhead, a junkie addicted to oil, conspicious consumption, and the bliss of its own ignorance about any truth. As with any addict, there have been ups and downs, times of extreme stoner’s high (i.e. 1990’s) and hitting the wall when pushers beat US up for unpaid crack money (i.e. 9/11 and market crash early 2000’s). Now a crackhead will do anything for a hit, no matter how quick and short-lived and will DEFY any formerly established morals, values, and traditions set by his family, friends, or co-workers (that would be the American people and other allies around the world). The economic bailout then is like the crack monster pawning Grandma’s beloved wedding ring; no matter how it will hurt in the short-term, there will be a quick high (i.e. AIG’s tropical retreat and spa). But just like a crackhead, there is a gamble, take part of the pawn money and gamble it, feeling that you’ll get enough to pay the pawnbroker back and replace the ring (taxpayers’ money and trust) without its absence being noticed. Crackheads (power elite) think this will work, in their cocaine haze of madness (described above), it seems rational. When you all in other countries see US folk on TV, it is these deluded people who are interviewed and shown to represent all of us. There are many, many, intelligent people here in the US who know the truth, practice the truth, walk the truth, shout the truth, but like the crackhead’s righteous, prophetic cousin, we are ignored, shunned, and bullied by law enforcement. But my friends, I don’t have to tell you the rest of the story, you all know what happens to the crackheads don’t you? We over here, ain’t got no rehab. . .
Isn’t this a case of the UNITED States joining the African UNION and being joined by the European UNION etc. etc. to make the New World Order ?
