The Shape Of Things To Come

In the very near future, we will all be able to stop worrying about the UK. We won’t have to worry about the economy, immigration, education or the health service. The sheer determination of the majority to deny reality and immerse themselves in reality TV guarantees the end of the UK as a nation state.

The internationalists, currently centred in, but with no allegiance to, London, have a plan which guarantees that outcome. That plan has existed for many years, at least in general terms. In fact, its not even a private plan, since, among other examples, H.G. Wells put pen to paper to write “The Shape Of Things To Come.

Wells’ was very much an internationalist. His vision of the future is one where the world quite literally goes to hell through global conflict and disease, where the population has been reduced to that which, by coincidence, is presently demanded by Prince Philip, and before him, Wells’ pal Bertrand Russell.

The world is to be run by a handful of super-conspirators, Oligarchs, who will dismantle nation states. Here’s a short clip from the 1930s film version of Wells’ story.

things_to_come_clip_

Echoing Wells’ vision, the EU has been developing a five year strategy for justice, home affairs and security  for 2009-2014. The proposals are set out by the shadowy “Future Group,” set up by the  Council of the European Union, and include a range of  highly controversial measures including new  technologies of surveillance, enhanced cooperation with the United States and harnessing  the “digital tsunami”. In the words of the EU Council presidency, “Every object the individual uses, every  transaction they make and almost everywhere they  go will create a detailed digital record. This  will generate a wealth of information for public  security organisations, and create huge opportunities for more effective and productive public security efforts.”

Statewatch has produced a major new report, The Shape Of Things To Come, named after Wells’ vision, which examines the proposals of the Future Group and their effect on civil liberties. It shows how European governments and EU policymakers are pursuing unfettered powers to access and gather masses of personal data on the everyday life of everyone – on the grounds that we can all be safe and secure from perceived “threats”.

The drive for that Wellsian society is quickening each and every day. Are you still determined to ignore reality? Or are you, at last, ready to join in the fun, and work with us and others to stop this nonsense?

    Dear Editor

Count me in. But then, you already knew that :)

    Regards,
    JM

  2. david_grothier says:

    ME TOO!

    Freedom above all else.

  3. Tom Collins says:

All I want to know is … who will lead the Revolution ?

Russell Brand. Jo Brand, Nick Griffin, Frank Field, Jon Gaunt, Richard Littlejohn,

take your pick… You have to laugh or you’ll jump off Beachy Head.

It’s too late for debate – the time is approaching for action, Where will it start ?

  4. david.grothier says:

Yes Tom it sure is as soon even debate will be smoothered.

Sadly there are few good men to lead, men good enough for me to say, stand bye and I will hold your coat!

How can we as British men stand by and allow lessers in Parliment to continue to abuse us and our older ones,

Please take a look at this, talk about being down trodden in old age.

We talk about protecting our rights but what about the rights of our pensioners?

Take a look at this and ask yourselves id this the way we should be treating those who brought us up and cared for us in our formative years?

    I posted this elsewhere.

Sometimes the indolence of the nation in general to most things other than footie, bingo and page three wants to make me puke!

UK pension ‘near lowest in West’ – report from BBC News web site

Britain’s state pension is one of the lowest among the richest nations, a report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development claims.

In a comparison of pensions in OECD countries, Britain’s state pension ranks 26th out of 30 in the percentage of average post-tax salary it pays out.

A Briton on average pay of £22,000 could expect their pension to be less than 48% of their post-tax earnings.

The average pay-out from other advanced nations is 69% of average post-tax pay.

Luxembourg came top in terms of the proportion of post-tax pay its citizens could expect to receive from their state pension.

    Below average

They get 102% of post-tax pay, meaning they actually receive more on retiring than when in full-time work.

Austria, Hungary, Italy, Spain and Turkey all make generous provision for those on average earnings, paying out over 75% of post-tax pay.

And, although the British state pension does not seem generous for those on average earnings, it works out better – as a proportion of past pay – for those on half of average earnings.

A person on half average earnings would get a state pension of 78.4% of their post-tax pay.

The report’s findings apply only to state pensions and do not cover private pensions.

There’s a risk of pensioner poverty in those countries where public provisions are very low
    Monica Queisser, OECD

The report also said Britain’s state pension system came near the top of the table for complexity.

However, on the plus side, the OECD report said it was cheap and helped redistribute wealth.

Its report, Pensions at a Glance, is the first in a series that will be published every two years.

    Poverty risk

Monica Queisser, one of the report’s authors, told the BBC there was a greater emphasis on private pension provision in the UK than in many other countries.

“In Britain it’s always been the idea that there should just be a basic pension and that people should do quite a bit on their own, either through their employers or personally for their retirement income,” she said.

However, she warned: “There’s a risk of pensioner poverty in those countries where public provisions are very low.”

  5. Tom Collins says:

With respect, I believe that David Grothier has overlooked the raid carried out by Gordon Brown on the pension funds in this country.
I’m sorry, but pensioners retiring in 20 years time will be the poverty stricken of Europe (assuming that we are still in the EU, if it still exists ! )

It has been designed that the proletariat will rely almost entirely on the State once the EU take complete control, which will be very soon.

The ratchet is turning quicker now that the Lisbon Treaty (Constitution) is being squeezed through.

The phrase, “leading the lamb to the slaughter” springs to mind.

  6. david.grothier says:

    Good Morning Tom.

Far from I was one of the few voices of protest directly to Brown for raiding our pension chest and also for literally giving our gold reserves away.

I wrote copiously to the TUC and many other unions at the time claiming this outrageous act would cause misery to millions, and it has.

I also requested earlier action against Maxwell, for his treachery against his workers’ future-

Please don’t think I am the angry man simply because of this moment—-it has taken a load of government crap, the maladministration of the nation of ours and many bitter experiences to bring me to this stage,

And now its time to speak out and trust we will all gain strength, and gather support and act while we can in the name of sanity——–as its always us that get hurt not them, their pensions are fully protected.

Don’t you think too Tom that its time to say enough is enough.

  7. Peter says:

I think I am about to put the Cat amongst the Pigeons. I claim no expertise on this subject, so anyone, please correct me if I am wrong on some points.

Gordon Brown, no matter how bad he may be, did not “Raid the Pension FUNDS” and cause the collapse of the Private Pensions, this I feel is a media distortion. What I thought he did was, Tax the dividend on Investment Shares earned by the Pension Providers, i.e. the Assurance Companies who offer pensions. As I understand it, they did not, originally, have to pay this at sauce, unlike us normal mortals who have it deducted when we receive our dividends. I also believe the Tories had contemplated doing the same thing when they were in power, but thought better of it. Also please remember the miss-selling problems we had over the private pensions.

The main causes in this whole debacle I believe where:

The collapse in the dot com boom. This in many ways was predictable and was the fault of Pension Investment Managers for being drawn into investing in companies with no substance.

The 9/11 attacks, which send the shares market crashing even further.

Prior to these events the Stock Market had been doing OK and Mr Browns Tax which was introduced in 1997 (I think) had not caused any major problems. Check out the FT share index graphs for the years 1997 to 2001.

Also some Employers had been taking contribution breaks because they felt the funds were swimming in money and deemed further contributions unnecessary. Doubtless being diverted to help increase there fat bonuses…am I being cynical?

There is also a view, that Companies who offered final salary pensions schemes had been wanting out of that responsibility for some time, and the two events mentioned above gave them the excuse to claim that they could no longer afford them….am I being cynical again?.

I await any flack, which may be well deserved. :o )

  8. Tom Collins says:

I think that Peter is being far too kind to GordonBrown – methinks he may be perhaps, empathetic ? Only a suggestion.
Gordon Brown, will, without doubt, go down as one of the worst Chancellors and certainly join the band of failures as prime minister.
He really has no redeeming features and certainly no constructive or realistic policies whatsoever. He just does as he’s told by the EU, and presumably, America.
He DID raid the pension funds and whilst this may not let the relevant funds etc. off the hook, his socialist greed, views and blind ideology has helped to put us where we are, and, more importantly, where we are all going.
Worse is yet to come and this is from a usually positive person !!
As I believe Viscount Asquith once said, “WAIT AND SEE”.

As far as David is concerned again I ask, who will lead the Revolution ?

    • albert burgess says:

I think the Queen should lead us in this fight though She might get the Princess Royal to fight on Her and our behalf, Her Majesty is as much under the cosh as the rest of us read the letter to David Abbot from the ministry of justice where the ministry are quite explicit the Queen has no political or executive roll in government, and sovereignty rests entirely with parliament who the people elect. For parliament read the commons for the commons read the government. Which means slightly over 300 MP’s determine what happens to the country and us all 60,000 000 of us and if we dont like it we can all go to hell.Albert

  9. Peter says:

Tom..I do not doubt the faults of Brown and you are right , worse is still yet to come. As far as I can see all our present Governments will go down as the worst in history. Don’t let the lef/right, Labour /Conservative thing fool you (I’m sure it does not) because as you indicate they all take there orders from a higher authority. With regard to Browns so called raid on the pension funds I am are going to have to beg to differ. But maybe…just maybe…the Tories will reverse the situation when they get into power next time. But I will not be holding my breath.

  10. david.grothier says:

There can be no doubt that Mr Brown wiped billions of pounds off the value of pension funds when he scrapped the tax credit measure in 1997.

Since then his fiscal policies went form awful to disastrous—and yet as I have stated before I puked, literally to watch the idiot nodding dinkies at the annul mansion house bash, praising Daisy Brown.

Hell people it was see easy to see the man Brown was a clown from day one, like most if the new labour charrabang.

At least my letters of protest are on file. And believe me protest I did as there was not one quality person in the whole shambles ragbag called New Laborious–––-but they go voted back in.

However few like an “I told you so.

I DON’T WANT TO BE TELLING THE SAME IN A YEAR’S TIME SO FOR GOD´S GET RID OF THIS IDIOT AND HIS DUMBOS NOW.

However battered we have allowed our democracy to become we still have what’s left if it, and with our democracy we still have the opportunity right now in our hands to all down tools and go into a state of passive civil disobedience and we can do it if we have the will to do so.
If the people of our nation really understood how bad things are going to get in the coming year, they may act now out of reason.
Unfortunately let this coming year pass, and I fear our people throughout the nation will act in anger out of necessity and then sadly a bloody violence will surely be on the plate, and no sensible person wants to see that happening when we have the solution in our hands now.

As for leaders for the inevitable revolution, I am sure there will be many wannabe contenders, but few of substance.

I draw heavily from the lessons of ancient Rome, ( in other words we have seen it all-before). strong effective leaders herald in times of peace and stability ie the Pax Romana, idiots do not.

For a leader, we would be most reverently grateful if Brian Garrish would step into the limelight as a contender for the next person to occupy No10.

I would gladly support this person for the job.

  11. doesn’t this web site has other languages support??

    • albert burgess says:

Why should it ? This is a British problem which only the British should have any say in. If you do not speak English as your first language please be good enough to sit quitely whilst the British sort out how we get our country back under our control. When we have done that as we surely will you may enjoy the air of Britain as a free man/ woman. With our blessing.

  12. david.grothier says:

lolololololol your average Brit does not even understand what is going on, we will get around to you in due course when the work is funished here,

However if you are in the UK learn ENGLISH.

  13. What a marvellous clip! Ralph Richardson’s precise delivery of ‘This is an independent Sovereign State!’ H G Wells also wrote ‘The Open Conspiracy. These people just never stop telling us what they are doing and it is still all just dismissed as ‘Theory’ and granted a lot less crdibility than Darwin’s not-entirely-flawless one.

  14. crdibility? OK, well if one wants any credibility, I acknowledge that getting the spelling right is a good first step.

  15. Tom Collins says:

So Gordon Brown effectively nation alised Northern Rock.

HOWEVER, He first had to obtain permission from the EU ! So, who are our Masters ?

Brown is nothing more than an over-promoted junior civil servant who wouldn’t last 5 minutes in a commercial organisation. If he did they’d go bankrupt. It always amazes me how people even vote for such clowns, who are also, potentially, very dangerous people.

They say you get the government you deserve. Well, we must be very wicked, or stupid, to have deserved this lot !

  16. david_grothier says:

Sure got that one right Tom.

    Manchester made me PUKE.

  17. Life says:

    Hi All.
The sad truth is most people in Blighty are stupid, it has always been so.
Wicked , absolutley. Any nation that will allow its leaders to invade another country and sit back and do nothing is wicked.
Is this not how we saw Germany when they attacked their neighbours? Is this not why we attacked Iraq after he invaded Kuwait? Then one wonders why the world distrusts.

These two symptoms unfortunatley are not just a British trait, it is the trait of the human, weak in spirit lacking any courage. believing they are right based on religious affiliation and all others are wrong.
man has a hole in his soul, he has allowed himself to be battered into submission, man waits to be told always then wonders why he is not free. On the odd occasion man acts he spends the rest of his life feeling guilty about what he has done. Man always needs to be liked by his piers and so will exist within the boundaries of those close to him and those he affiliates with in faith, regardless of the reality of the outcome.

Even with those of us who are acting against the evil, remain in isolation because everybody distrusts everyone else. For six years I have tried to contact David Icke and for six years he ignores, then has the audacity to claim he is doing it all on his own. There is no hope for man unless people begin to see beyond conditioning, beyond fear, and join together to create an energy that can change the path we tread…
But what the hell…Onward we go in isolation…..Easy pickings when the time is right for the elite…

  18. david_grothier says:

I learned a long time ago that its best not to be liked, and I encourage people to keep their distance from me.(besides not wanting to catch thier infections)

Life teaches harsh lesson and when people proclaim that you are well liked—wait for the price tag.

  19. casinoscum says:

Ahh, an opening for us stupid people.
If we all quit our everyday jobs, sign on and get ready to suffer (if a street of homes all chucked in one tin to a communal pot, you could survive) but eventually grind the system to a halt, be one way to slow the NWO down?

  20. Timmid Ted says:

We’re doomed I tell you doomed! Anyone with a cunning plan?

    • albert burgess says:

      Yes
I have a number of such cunning plans let us statr with this one.
We get a number of like minded people to join the main stream parties in selected constituances, they out number the local committee of activists and get a vote of no confidence in their MP, AND DESELECT HIM/HER as the candidate. Say we did this in Browns constituancy he would still sit as an MP but could not be prime minister because he does not represent the party in government.

If we select our ministers and front bench spokesmen who’s views we dont like we could change the policy of the House of Commons if we got rid of the entire labour front bench the labour party would not have such a crushing majority.

People like Brown would stay as independants because they could not get a job in the real world and would need the money so there would be no by elections.

Every other party would have to sit up and take notice or it could happen to them, but would a commons made up of independant MP;s be a bad thing after all they would have no party whips. Albert

  21. johnmorton says:

Yes, you must pray to God for protection every day, and be prepared to put your life at risk for your country and world peace.

  22. Tom Collins says:

George Orwell was right but he was some 25 years to soon.

If we are led by cretins with a twisted ideology, the we must really deserve all they hand out.

How these people can face themselves in the mirror each morning is, frankly, beyond me.

They either think they’re right, in which case we probably are doomed, or they know they’re wrong but hang on regardless, not believing their luck. When does their luck run out ?

  23. Stan Parr says:

    14th Dec.08

A bit late, but only just read all this.

For 8 years, since retiring, I too have found myself “involved in politics”! I have no web site, but run a daily sort of Newsletter across England. (Not Scotland or Wales – they have their own Parliaments and I now consider them as independent and “abroad”!)

In line with many of your contributors, I too find the mood of the nation is changing – very slowly – as dissatisfaction with with most things, grows.

For some years I have openly said that I can only see revolution ahead, unless something changes dramatically and quickly. It hasn’t! There is now far more talk of revolution about..

How, or where, it will start is anybody’s guess, but every day brings an even more alarming piece of news and I think “why do we keep tolerating this appalling treatment, bad management and corrupt government”?

Global it may be, this so-called Credit Crunch – but I reckon Brown is mainly responsible for our dire state! He is NOT the one to get us out of it.

All three main parties are singing from the same hymn sheet – the BNP and UKIP will be outlawed by Brussels in 2010 (so I gather) – so we are rapidly running out of peaceful options.

Also, maybe one of your “learned members” can explain to me why the Queen signed Her own nation away to foreign rule?

She did this by both signing all Treaties and authorising Her Prime Ministers to proceed – starting with traitor Heath!

To put it very mildly – I am a bit disappointed with Queenie – but then She IS of German descent and blood’s thicker than water!

I agree with David Grothier – I don’t see anybody on the horizon likely to lead us out of this, in the near future. Will it be a civil war – starting up against the immigrants, or against the government and the Civil (there’s a misnomer for you!) Servants?

Our military forces are now stretched to the limit, run down to dangerous levels (all part of the Grand Plan!) and scattered around the globe, well away from our hoemland, where they could help us! Now we learn the EU has a navy! Not only that, they can order OUR ships into battle!

The world is going mad – and we are mad for tolerating it all!

We should start by bringing back what remains of our navy and restore our 200 mile Fishing Limit around the whole country. One warning shot across the bows – the next sinks them! Get the message, guys? Go fish elsewhere!

The best thing about England – is 22 miles of water off the South Coast! Use it!

  24. Peter1945 says:

Mmmm……sink a Russian trawler, and we might end up with No Navy, me thinks.

  25. Biloxi says:

Global revolution is a planned intention.

It is interesting to consider the pituitary gland in the human brain as a power that can imagine any idea, thought into the mind, of intention and therefore produce a result?

So, when these classless predators want fewer humans it means the power of the whole brain is becoming too free?

We get sold a plan/agenda that is over population when in reality it is fear of the power that too many pituitary glands can harness and create a world in which the criminally insane who call themselves “elite” can no longer enslave the imagination of humanity by pretending to be more special.

Globally revolt, but how – when our minds cannot seem to understand how to be free from the insanity of believing those in charge of planet earth are qualified to rule us.

  26. Stan Parr says:

    14th Dec.08

    9.30pm GMT

Not QUITE sure what you are talking about here, Biloxi – sorry.

It’s not “global revolt” – it’s global control – by the main five operators…namely Bilderbergers, Fabians, Illuminati, Opus Dei (the Catholic Church) and the Freemasons.

All the “main people” in power to day, be it in governments, banking or industry, belong to one of these five associations. They meet in private, without reporters or notes and basically……stitch us up! They decide what they are going to do with the world!

There’s an old saying – “if you can’t beat them – join them”! These are the main players today and “they have decided” to divide the world into five divisions.

The Americas, the African Continent, the Asias, Central Europe (or the EU!) and the Australian southern hemisphere.

Think about it and note their game plan is “coming together nicely”!

You won’t beat them – so why not join them?

Incidentally Peter – I don’t think the Russian trawler fleet is involved in fishing our waters, it’s all “the EU lot”! The Russians would not be so arrogant! Or do you know different?

  27. Veronica says:

Amazing! Right at the start Mike points out the underlying problem, and it isn’t until it gets to Stan Parr that the underlying problem is referenced once more!

In the meantime we go all round the houses, discussing Gordon Brown (as if he was in some way important).

Unless you know your real enemy, you are destined to forever tilt at windmills. And completely waste your time.

Mike said it. Stan said it: Your enemy is the Global Elite. The Vatican, and so on. Actually its a whole network of Fascists that includes the CIA, MI5/6, Mafia etc.

What can we do about it? Well, here’s on small suggestion that anyone can do:

    http://links.veronicachapman.com/LegalFiction5.htm

And you don’t even have to leave your armchair!

(You can start reading at http://links.veronicachapman.com/LegalFiction.htm
    if you wish)

  28. Peter1945 says:

    Stan Parr

You are probably correct….the point I was tring to make is, one has to be careful who one shoots at, as they may be very capable of shooting back at you. Gunboat deplomacy only works (and then not always) with the small guys.

  29. Stan Parr says:

    Mon 15th Dec.08 – 10.45pm

No, true, you can’t go out and shoot at random, but usually, (from memory) you smile and carry a big stick!

It is a case of “I won’t fish in your water, if you won’t fish in mine – deal?” Sink a couple of trespassers and the message would soon go round the world that “England means business”! It’s the ONLY way to deal with bullies – remember school days?

Don’t we all have “recognised Coastal Waters” any more? I really don’t know. If not , we should try and reintroduce them – after we get our ships back, of course.

Thank you Veronica – I will check out the web site tomorrow. (When the boss is busy with housework!). People who are “not of a political bent” don’t always take kindly to being a “Computer Widow”!

It seems the Financial Times now also thinks it’s Global Management – so my humble calculations might be horrifically correct.

Not a lot we can do about that – except roll over. Or have a revolution, but there’s not really any appetite for that yet – it has not yet taken hold properly and turned the screw until we don’t care any more – then that will be the start of more bad times!

I see German Railways (DB) are “negotiating to buy our share of Eurostar”! More of our Seed Corn down the pan!

Why not save a lot of time and trouble and simply hand Germany the keys to Dover? In just my lifetime, they have gone from being totally bust (wheelbarrows full of D. Mark notes for a loaf of bread, to being soundly beaten in war. Only to rise like Phoenix, above and well beyond anything we could hope to achieve in this country – to the point where they are now buying up anything and everything – including OUR Royal Mail postal services! Their own Deutsch Bundesposte is government protected and they allow anybody to touch it – like we should! We are total wimps!

We have friends in Berlin and other parts of Germany and I can only admire the way they “just get on with it” – and they know right from wrong! (Most of the time!) No litter, polite, everything seems to work, no yobs on the clean, smooth streets – a committed sense of “purpose”, fairness and justice. However, when they DO get it wrong – they get it REALLY wrong!

Who knows where it will all end?

I think we may be witnessing the beginning of a new world order – and it will last for many years.

  30. Stan Parr says:

PS: That should of course be “Germany do NOT allow anybody to touch their postal service”! – sorry! (Senior moment!)

  31. John Morton says:

Yes, the Fabian elite have more or less succeeded in destroying this once great nation.

The Germans will get theirs next, don’t worry.

Once the UK falls, this crowd won’t stop until they tear down civilization everywhere.

  32. Biloxi says:

PALESTINE. Think PALESTINIANS — they have not given up and it has been more than 60 years of struggle for THEM, the ‘OTHERS.’

    NOT.

Others, that is. One and the same. What has been done to Palestine in our names’ is now being done to all of we the human tribe to understand: ALL THAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

How could it not be so? Does nature not abhor a vacuum? In other words, energy is energy and we are cultivating the energy of SIXTY PLUS YEARS of genocide, which unfortunately most (due to MEDIA selling the BRAND/s, our “Fourth Estate”), have actually benefited from.

Exceptions: those who have been mass murdered and this count is an abomination!

Why do we ignore Palestine at our own peril?

SHOUT OUT THE CANNIBALISTIC CLASSLESS PREDATORS, OUT OUT SPAM DOT (I mean DAMN SPOT)!

CRY FOR PALESTINE AND WE WEEP FOR OUR CURRENT STATE OF NWO, because PALESTINE WAS AND IS THE FIRST ROLE MODEL FOR THIS TIME~
