I have a couple of questions that has been buggin me for a little while now. Although it makes a lot of sense learning more about common law knowing you general rights and having the ability to ask questions when your not entirely sure about a particular process.

I.e being stopped by the police and not being given any identification and told that our 'details need to be recorded on the database' to say that we had been stopped even though there was no real reason specified apart from 'section 1 being blurted out a couple of times'

i havent followed it up much further yet but intent to do so.

But yeah back to the questions, once you have sent in your affidavit and finally realised your potential as a freeman what does one then do to aquire work?
the reason i ask this is because the NI number is taken away.

I've been working in jobs that can be done by monkeys and been paid pittance for it.
What areas of work give the me the ability to be a worker for hire and not for service.
Not sure if that makes sense but if i can be pointed in the right direction.

I have watch RA menard
read on the D. icke forums
Watched a few sections of william shrout

Um i think that all i need to say now, so thanks for the read and hope someone gets back.

Wow! Sounds just like what's going on here in America. Only we do not admit to being servant/slaves. The majority have been brainwashed into believing we are free.

Yes, we're so free that if anyone says anything that the government doesn't like, or God forbid, has a video camera on a bus or train, you get tasered... sometimes tasered to death or just shot to death in cold blood. Our police are no longer peace officers and friends of the community. They have all become storm troopers like something out of Star Wars the movie with dispositions of Darth Vader. All with the blessings of our congress which is the equivalent to your parliament. They are really just parasites feeding off our labor. No one has a divine right to rule.

So many people will suffer this winter, I fear for them
On September 9th, 2008 David_Grothier says:
Please one all, all take this brave person's message to you neighbours and ask them if its right that are being fleeced by greed.

Energy Whistleblower from London Area says:

Sep 8, 01:04

I am the only whistleblower in the Energy Industry regarding Billing, registration, Metering problems and energy price collusion. I gave evidence to OFGEM three times after the Chancellor requested people to come forward ......... Ignored. Gave evidence to Serious Fraud Office....... Ignored. Gave evidence to Parliamentary Select Committee members who are Labour, Tory, Lib Dem SNP etc in Price Collusion in the Industry.. Ignored.

I was outside TUC at Brighton today with placards explaining what has happened in the Industry..... they all walked past ignoring my evidence on purpose..... I even asked Derek Simpson, Gen Sec of Unite Union whose heart has been bleeding for the poor to look but he ignored my evidence on purpose. The TUC do not care about this, it's only a TV face they put on for the camera's.

We don't need a Windfall Tax only the true prices we should be charged. The Energy Companies lied to parliament about Wholesale Prices and I know this is true as I was a Manager in the Industry and somebody who priced on the Trading Books used within the Industry.

Why do you think the companies can fix your price for 2 years ? because they already have the price from generators already locked in on hedge (guaranteed price) for up to 3 years. I am disgusted that colleagues in the Energy Industry say nothing as they know the truth and I am demanding they come forward to help our country hear the truth.

We need to refer the Energy Companies to Competition Commission to open their books to scrutiny then take them to EU and seek compensation for destroying businesses and home energy users finances and making the recession here deeper than anywhere in Europe.

I will be outside Brighton Centre again on Tuesday when the chancellor is there fighting for the Truth to come out, and my own industry and the foreign companies operating here to be held to account and to be punished for lying to Parliament and the country and the devastation they have caused.

Please stop dividing us into poor-rich etc. we should be united rich or poor sick disabled or healthy. We are being ripped off and it is losing us jobs, homes repossessed, increased energy food cost for processing, nothing is exempt from these energy increases and impacts on us all.

Would there have been a recession? ....probably. Would it have been as deep if the energy prices weren't so exorbitant ..NEVER.

Write to your MP demanding an investigation by the Office of Fair Trading and the Competitions Commission or I assure you these prices will not come down and the suffering will continue.

If you are in Brighton from 12 midday onwards on Tuesday 9th September please come and support me outside the Brighton Centre. I fight for us all irrespective of who we are or what we earn.

Don't let politically motivated groups divide us as a country ! I even had a racist idiot outside Brighton Centre today blaming immigrants for the price increase.... whatever problems immigration has brought, price increases for energy is not one of them!

Oh did you know that the Director Of Communications and Media at EDF Energy is Andrew Brown, the Prime Ministers Brother..

Don't know whether you want to join Annette Smith in Brighton.

I think this email is worth passing on - even if you're fairly affluent surely we can't do nothing!
dave

There are those who will not be satisfied until there is nothing left, and the fault is with us the people!

Its we the people who have allowed ourselfves to be so badly served while we simply can not be bothered to take and interest.

These are the forces both John and Brian, and those that support them face.

I fully and unreservedly support both against all, and any evil forces that are purposely destroying Britain from within.

I wholeheartedly agree with the dedication and principles of both John and Brain.

Although, that said I believe---AND I AM FULLY COMMITTED TO BY BELIEFS THAT A MORE FORCEFUL CASE WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE TO BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT A RETURN TO A DECENT FORM LEGAL GOVERNMENT–ONE OF PRINCIPLE.

We are in this country are in dire straights when our own judges support the treachery of an unelected British PM.. However to me this simply demonstrates the problems of getting the queenie to respond to John’s affidavits and to Brian’s subsequent brilliant telephone to Buck House.

Europe, its Common Purpose polices, or our own internal corruption will eventually strangle this nation–-of course only if we let it.

But please take a look at this -

Court case against PM thrown out

Stuart Bower. A FORMER policeman from Upper Beeding had his court case against the Prime Minister thrown out this week.

Stuart Bower, 57, had brought a legal challenge against Gordon Brown for signing the Treaty of Lisbon without a referendum.

Representing Bower, James Fenton said Gordon Brown had made a manifesto commitment to hold a referendum.

Cecilia Ivimy appearing for Mr Brown argued that a manifesto commitment was not legally binding.

She also produced case law to support her claim that the courts could not order the Government to pass an Act of Parliament.

An Act of Parliament would have to be passed for there to be a referendum, she said.

Judge Paul Gamba accepted Miss Ivimy's application for the case to be thrown out.

He ordered Mr Bower, of Towers Road, to pay a legal cost bill of £2,150.

A video of Stuart Bower speaking before the court case is available on here.

A little off topic for here, but its going to hit us all hard, so better prepared then to be caught with the old pants down-------

I feel that we may get some relief at the pumps if government acts quickly in response to falling oil prices---thank goodness!----- Why thank goodness?

Well there is more misery for many this winter and if the long range waether forecasters have called it right, this winter could well be a hard one.

If so please be dilligent with your senior citizen, sick and vulnerable neighbours because relentlessly the mismangement of New "Liebour" has ensured that---Gas bills will rocket 30% within weeks

It has been revealled that British Gas is expected to hit customers with a record price rise of more than 30% within weeks - and other energy groups are set to follow.

Soaring losses at Centrica, dictates that they act now and lump it on you rather that go for the gradual increase in prices they had intnded

This means people that although you are hard pressed right now, gas prices alone are expected to average about £800 a year and that the average British household will face fuel bills of about £1,300 a year, including electricity.

The indications are that gas price rises will take place by the end of August.

Even though there are grave fears that a record six million households will be plunged into fuel poverty - this indolent government refuses to act to cut fuel taxes and bring prices down in order help many thousands of hard pressed people, a lot of whom are pensioners.

Frankly, I dont think that Daisey Brown has any crediable options left but to bring pump taxes down, either that or he must go, whether voluntarily, or with a boot in the backside.

Food for thought

Was Orwell a prophet?.... here are a few items from 1984 which now exist in modern life.

1984 : Newspeak
Now : Politically Correct speech
1984 : The red sash of the Junior Anti-Sex League
Now : The red ribbon of the Anti-Aids celibacy league
1984 : Telescreens in every room
Now : Televisions in every room
1984 : Telescreens in all public and private places, so the populace could be watched to prevent thoughtcrime.
Now : Surveillance cameras in most buildings (operated by businesses), and in some public streets (operated by police) to prevent crime. Although most of these cameras are operated by private businesses instead of our intrusive government, the end result is the same.
1984 : Helicopters silently watch over the masses to keep people from committing thoughtcrime, by planting the fear of "always being watched"
Now : Helicopters silently watch over our highways to keep people from breaking traffic laws, by planting the fear of "always being watched"
1984 : Lotteries with very few (if any) winners. Held just to collect income for state, and to give hope to the masses
Now : Lotteries with very few (if any) winners. Held just to collect income for state, and to give hope to the masses.
Lotteries are basically a tax on stupidity. Anybody with any understanding of maths at all knows that it is a complete waste of money. Since only 45% of the money collected from sales is sent back out as prizes, odds are that you are going to lose more than half of the money you into it - and most people will not see any return on their investment what-so-ever.
Every time I see some minimum-wage-earning mother-of-four throwing her her hard earned five dollar bill down on the counter for a pack of cigarettes and a "chance to win millions", my cold heart melts. Lotteries and cigarette taxes are nothing more than a way to squeeze every last cent posible out of the lower and middle class, and the politicans that are responsible for these "poverty taxes" should be dragged out into the street and shot.
When the state sold the idea to state run gambling to the public, they told us that the money would go to education. ("How can you be against the kids!") But, they failed to tell us that the existing funding would be pulled away to fund other projects, resulting in little if any gain for education.
And as I mentioned earlier, only 45% of lottery revenues are returned directly to the people in the form of prizes. And, if you happen to be the person that defies the odds and somehow manages to win that 45%, the federal government is going to come in and swipe 30% of your winnings, which leaves only 30% of the original take left for the winner - the other 70% being taken by the state.
And, as if that wasn't enough money to make the state happy, prizes are paid off over a 20 year period. So, the prize winner earning are diminshed even further by inflation. But really, when you look at it, the government is actually keeping ALL of the money...
If a person wins $1,000,000, their yearly payments would be %50,000 a year. However, the interest on %1,000,000 at the prime rate (approx 8%) is is about %80,000 a year!... $30,000 more than is being paid off to the winner!
No matter how you look at it, the only real winner is the state.

1984 : Ministry of Peace
Now : Department of Defence
1984 : Useless statistics, incorrect economic predictions, and slanted opinions polls are presented on the telescreen as "legitimate news", to give people the impression that "things are getting better", and that all people agree with the popular way of thinking.
Now : Useless statistics, incorrect economic predictions, and slanted opinions polls are presented on the Evening news as "legitimate news", to give people the impression that "things are getting better", and that all people agree with the popular way of thinking.

1984 : History is being rewritten, to conform with modern beliefs. All references to oldthink were being removed or rewritten.
Now : History is being rewritten, to conform with modern beliefs. The most obvious example of this - The removal of "racist", Violent, or Sexist material from popular cartoons. "Heckle & Jeckle" cartoons have been permanently shelved, since they are said to portray "negroes". "Tom & Jerry" cartoons that contained the "mamma" character have also disappeared. You no longer see Daffy's head actually being blown off by Elmer. I recently saw an old superman cartoon in which the sexist line, "Isn't that too dangerous for a woman" (refering to Lois) was removed.

Food for thought

Was Orwell a prophet?…. here are a few items from 1984 which now exist in modern life.

1984 : Helicopters silently watch over the masses to keep people from committing thoughtcrime, by planting the fear of “always being watched”
Now : Helicopters silently watch over our highways to keep people from breaking traffic laws, by planting the fear of “always being watched”
Since only 45% of the money collected from sales is sent back out as prizes, odds are that you are going to lose more than half of the money you into it – and most people will not see any return on their investment what-so-ever.
Every time I see some minimum-wage-earning mother-of-four throwing her her hard earned five dollar bill down on the counter for a pack of cigarettes and a “chance to win millions”, my cold heart melts. Lotteries and cigarette taxes are nothing more than a way to squeeze every last cent posible out of the lower and middle class, and the politicans that are responsible for these “poverty taxes” should be dragged out into the street and shot.
When the state sold the idea to state run gambling to the public, they told us that the money would go to education. (“How can you be against the kids!”) But, they failed to tell us that the existing funding would be pulled away to fund other projects, resulting in little if any gain for education.
And as I mentioned earlier, only 45% of lottery revenues are returned directly to the people in the form of prizes. And, if you happen to be the person that defies the odds and somehow manages to win that 45%, the federal government is going to come in and swipe 30% of your winnings, which leaves only 30% of the original take left for the winner – the other 70% being taken by the state.
And, as if that wasn’t enough money to make the state happy, prizes are paid off over a 20 year period. So, the prize winner earning are diminshed even further by inflation. But really, when you look at it, the government is actually keeping ALL of the money…
If a person wins $1,000,000, their yearly payments would be %50,000 a year. However, the interest on %1,000,000 at the prime rate (approx 8%) is is about %80,000 a year!… $30,000 more than is being paid off to the winner!
No matter how you look at it, the only real winner is the state.

1984 : Ministry of Peace
Now : Department of Defence
1984 : Useless statistics, incorrect economic predictions, and slanted opinions polls are presented on the telescreen as “legitimate news”, to give people the impression that “things are getting better”, and that all people agree with the popular way of thinking.

1984 : History is being rewritten, to conform with modern beliefs. All references to oldthink were being removed or rewritten.
I am so sad as its another valiant effort. However I am afraid that laugh at you they will no matter what as it they8 the queen and co) who contol our precious Common Law and Constituational heritage.

10 out of 10 for trying though, and I trust the press appearance will be helpful---but I doubt it.
MIFFED !!!

Yes, ....... I must admit to being a bit miffed ! - I sent in my first Affidavit, with the result that Her Majesty did not dissolve this traitorous parliament. I then sent my second Affidavit, after 40 days - still no letter from "that woman (bonici)" - so I published the declaration in the legal notices of the local paper - aha! The reporter found the story very interesting - and they are running the story in next weeks edition - - maybe then I will get a response from parliament. (or a visit from the eugestapo!!).

The main thing is - hopefully, the running of the story will attract more people to the website, - and from there, those people may wake up a bit, and spread the word.

Hi there folks, things are look decidedly worse for old Blighty these days.

I doubt if anyone here, with a few exceptions really knows the extent of evil corruption that is eating the heart of this once great nation or the forces behind it. I put a lot of faith in Brian Garrish and John Harris’s genuineness in what they are doing. Both opened my eyes significantly to many things. But many things I already knew about the distasteful state of our nation.

However both I feel have not grasped exactly what and whom they are up against.

Not much point in postulating overt that at this stage. In any event I believe that Brian John and myself would bitterly disagree on solution to the problems we face–-me being as practical as I am and with no reliance on the concept that the answer is found in truth

It really is quite simple because for that to work you would have to have a level playing field with all players committed to truth, wisdom and the Rule of Law founded upon common law. Now John Harris and Brian Garrish maybe, but I don’t think that those they oppose would be for one millisecond if the chips were stacked against them. Stout good and true as Brian and John are they would soon come to a very sticky end if the gooing got really tough as many hve before them who have tackle issues of high controversy.

We are all fighting in our own way for the rights of others, and the sovereignty of this nation. I, thanks to John Harries, am using the Magna Carta to expose corruption in the police and legal system via direct complaints to one police force about another, and the conduct of a number of judiciary personal and departments who have been content to abuse out Constitution. I may not get far , but I have ensured copies of my complains are circulated widely and to nations who have use our Magna Carta as a constitutional bases for their common law and human rights.

As said my approach is practical of nature, with no reliance upon spooks, mystique, spirits Druids, masons, Templars or strange funny reptile like creatures that hide in the dark. The reason being is that the problems we face are man made and therefore will be man protected when threatened.

And I fear a backlash for the establishment will be a severe one as Common Purpose is too deepley entrenched as are the abuses that Liz is happy to preside over–-we are just the pawns, the wealth crating pawns in their big board game, about which we know practically nothing.

Now this does not bother me, not in the least, there is not much more that Britain could do to me in any event, try as those that have done they never, beaten me nor broken my spirit, only made me stronger and more determined to get the justice every free born man is entitled to and therefore I keep coming forward. I have been threaten and attacked by the police, but it was always me that walked away. If they were to kill me they would only have my body and not my spirit as that belongs elsewhere, so they cannot even intimidate me–-and that’s what rattles them about me.

I don’t need friends or supports., never have I am able and capable to continue myself.

Now I find I ned to ask both John and Brian one simply starigh forward question–-where do you both go if you fail in what you are doing–-a simply answer on a stamp will suffice as its not that difficult a question.

Once all the hullabaloo has died down and nothing has happened in way of support for you both–-what next? The problems you are fighting, exposing or both, will still be there and growing stronger by the day–-what will be your direction if you don’t gain support or a following in a call for action against what you have both exposed.

I have spent many hours chatting to John over his misconception of the power of Liz–no need to say more. I have taken the liberty of copying three posts off John’s web site and reproduced then here, I trust you will all READ THEM AS THEY ARE ON TRACK.

I asked to have all my posts removed from John’s web site, as I am a practical person and I found that I could never get a straight reply to honest questions asked there. Its not directly John’s fault but he does have some really weird supporter there, who are seemly trapped in the MATRIX TRILOGY OF MAKE BELIEVE FILMS AS SOME ADULTS ARE TRAPPED INTO BELIEVING STARWARS is reality. So I trust you can all appreciate why I felt I was best off out of it.

However since then I have been banned from contributing to the Home Page features and that is why I cannot comment directly there upon the three very good posting, which in fact are excellent and reproduced here with full acknowledgement to the authors thereof.

The Power of ER MAJ
On July 20th, 2008 DaftAida says:
Have you no idea of the powers of ER MAJ? It is she who supports the EU if she did not, it would not be an issue. It is she who holds power but not executive power; thus all military, banking, legislation, foreign policy is by her design and consent and cannot be otherwise. By craftily evading executive power, she also evades accountability for the actions of her appointed officers on her behalf. She is above the law as are her agents.

ER MAJ presides over The City of London which abides by laws not of the land, although all banking and legislation issues forth from the principality of The City of London. She is a powerful member of The Black Nobility, and presides over the Committee of 300. Information on this bloodline is well researched and documented for those who take the trouble to ask the really important, fundamental questions. Like who is this women and where does she come from?

She presides over her own personal militia and mercenary groups as well as all military affairs. She has the power to disolve parliament,to decree Martial Law (coming soon) to make laws and remove them. Nothing happens without her knowledge and approval.Nothing.

She is deeply committed to the New World Order and is therefore a staunch advocate of The EU. Her relative, David Cameron is her approved next PM. Prince William will be most likely crowned either 2012 on his 30th or 2015 as Willliam V on his 33rd birthday which marks the 300th anniversary of James Stuart's conquest by William of Orange; thus uniting the two bloodlines on the throne of power. William bears all the hallmarks of the one spoken of in Their Crown publication The KJV Bible as the Anti-Christ. So woe betide us! He has already been caught on photograph displaying the classic Satanic salute and his brother has been caught in Nazi regalia just like Grandpapa. Just a laddish joke, of course.

You really don't know what kind of world we really live in, do you? You accuse people of treason for criticising the most evil criminals in our midst who will unleash terrible harm because we are ignorant. Calling people traitors because they have had the painful awakening into truth is only supporting those who will surely enslave and kill you and your greatgrandchildren if they permit any to be born.

Please also consider that the whole idea of 'nationalism' was to amass people into sacrificing their lives, lands and freedom for Royal wars of conquest for something called 'their country' - a bit of flag.Since when have the people of this land owned the land or made the laws? For the truth about warfare, see John Perkins Confessions of an Economic Hitman. It has nothing to do with sovereignty and everything to do with power and money to a rapacious, gluttonous degree knowing no bounds.

Someone on this site called for a 'public enquiry' well the joke is that such enquiries are known as Royal Commissions and that is why all public enquiries like Diana's murder, are a complete farce.Like appointing the wolves to investigate the slaughter of the sheep. Must'v been the sheep dog, Guv. Funny enough, Wills was pictured holding a lamb like the 'good shepherd' he has been groomed to be.

To understand ER MAJ you would need to understand Egyptian Dynastic Rule under the brutality and 'majesty' of the Pharaohs. ER MAJ is Illuminati/Elite and thus an Arch Criminal of the zenith degree. May you learn the truth, John - perhaps in your pursuit of justice, you will.

To thine own self be true and surely you cannot be deceived by any other.

Your Comment
On July 27th, 2008 Sandie Seward says:
Daft Aida, you're not so daft are you? What you have written here makes a whole lot of sense....to me, at least. I have been thinking along similar lines, I did not want to, as I have no problem with the Queen at all. The "hangers-on", now they are a different matter entirely.

If, what you say is true, and I see no good reason for it not to be, then, John is wasting his time over trying to get ERMAJ onside.

This also, needs some thinking about. Regards, Sandie.

Dear DaftAida, You are
On July 25th, 2008 Veronica (not verified) says:
Dear DaftAida,

You are absolutely right.

Dear John Harris,

I told you this a year ago.

You say "our law holds the course of action needed in any eventuality".

The vast majority of these laws determine a "subject's position, in relation to the monarch".

(And what's more they tend to rely on "25 barons")

The Queen is BEHIND all of this, John. She is the monarch who has sold us all down the river. To expect ER MAJ to sort it out is about as futile as using a teapot made out of chocolate.

Only *massive* non-cooperation will have any effect.

We have to get rid of this treacherous Queen (and all her heirs), as well as this treacherous government.

And only "We, the people ..." can do that.

Dear DaftAida,

You are absolutely right.

Dear John Harris,

I told you this a year ago.

You say “our law holds the course of action needed in any eventuality”.

The vast majority of these laws determine a “subject’s position, in relation to the monarch”.

(And what’s more they tend to rely on “25 barons”)

The Queen is BEHIND all of this, John. She is the monarch who has sold us all down the river. To expect ER MAJ to sort it out is about as futile as using a teapot made out of chocolate.

Only *massive* non-cooperation will have any effect.

We have to get rid of this treacherous Queen (and all her heirs), as well as this treacherous government.

And only “We, the people …” can do that.

Pssssstttt wanna make an English County dissapear?

http://duchyofcornwall.eu/

Study this website from the Duchy of Cornwall Human Rights Association, perhaps you will be able to see exactly the constitutional loops the establishment and Duchy authority have jumped through to turn Cornwall, an extraterritorial crown possession legally separate from England, into a supposed English county.

This site explains how a British territorial possession became someone’s private estate.

It makes great and fairly easy reading and should be studied by all those interested in the UK constitution. For more details of the Duchy scam you can listen to the person behind the Duchy of Cornwall Human Rights Association, John Angarrack, in interview on BBC radio Cornwall talking about his new book here: http://www.myspace.com/thecornwellian

"Is this country a democracy in your opinion?"

No, I think Kakocracy covers it best.

"What i think it is is a representative oligarchy where 600+ elected men and women make all the decisions of this country of 60+ million people."

We put an X in a box next to the name of a stranger, someone we have never known, or will ever know in most cases, and inexplicably trust that stranger to be our 'representative' in Parliament and make all the right decisions for us.

Why do we even assume they're going to represent our best interests at all?

Would we give a stranger our house keys because the stranger has a nice smile and says nice things? No, but we provide politicians, a class of proven liars, with a mandate to run our lives into the ground again and again. Never learning the lesson that the key to freedom is personal responsibility.

I don't vote anymore, by the way, but I have done so in the past to my deep regret.

When Labour won their landslide victory in 1997 I received a letter from the newly elected 'New Labour' MP in my constituency. The letter (or notice) stated the MP was my new representative in Parliament. I sent a letter back immediately, by recorded delivery, to refute the notice by denying my consent to be represented on the grounds I did not vote for her or any other candidate in the general election.

Everybody on the electoral roll gets these letters after an election, but most people throw them in the bin. What they do not realise is that the letter is putting all the people in that constituency on notice that the MP is taking charge and will be their representative in Parliament. Now, consent can be achieved through silence and inaction, so if everybody throws the letter (notice) in the bin they have unwittingly given consent to be represented by that MP in Parliament simply by doing nothing. Even if they didn't vote. There's no point in complaining either because everyone was put on notice for the prerequisite time period and failed to respond.

I also got a letter from Gordon Brown when he pronounced himself prime minister. He put the British people on notice that he was the new prime minister. Everybody threw the letter in the bin and consented to Brown being prime minister even though he is now universally despised just a year later.

We are stymied by the legalese these people deploy literally as a weapon against us. Is it any wonder most of the ones at the top are members of the Bar.

The question people have to ask themselves is: "Why do I keep voting for someone who is a complete stranger to me and, based on past performance, is highly likely to turn out to be a self-serving blatant liar who's going to vote in more pain for me and my family?"

I wonder if people will even stop to consider why their life is so shit the next time they are about to put an X in a box.

I have often stated that in a democracy the people get what the people want. However as I admit to being in a constant lesarning curve I have to ask---Is this country a democracy in your opinion?

Personally i dont think it is. What i think it is is a representative oligarchy where 600+ elected men and women make all the decisions of this country of 60+ million people.

"Sure but we elect them in and can elect them out" the defenders of British "democracy" will say. Well yes we do elect them in and can elect them out every so often but once in office they are practically untouchable for the four years or so until the next election and once they have implemented their policies (Which are more often than not the opposite of what they promised in their election campaign and which usually have universal opposition) it's too late to undo it if they are voted out of office.

These people have all the power and more often than not dont represent the views of the majority of British people as they are usually voted in on a "lesser of two evils" option (Hence why we are still in the EU and have high levels of illegal immigration despite mass opposition) and cant be forced to do anything by the ordinary man on the street who is just trying to get by in life on a crap wage.

Now this is where my solution to this fundamental flaw of representative "democracy" comes in, citizen's initiatives.

Citizen's initiatives are petitions on certain issues which need to be signed by a certain amount of people (Say at least 10% of the country's population) and then handed to the legislative or executive body of your country where they are then forced by constitutional law to hold a referendum on this issue (Say whether or not Britain should leave the EU) and whatever the result of the referendum is the government must obey the people's decision (No holding more referendums, unless of course another 10% of the people sign a petition to do so though sensible constitutional limits (Such as not holding any more referendums on an issue already voted on if an absolute majority voted a certain way) will stop this practice from becoming a farce used to counter every other referendum).

Switzerland have citizen's initiatives and there have been many referendums in Switzerland's history on a variety of subjects because of this useful tool of the people.

Issues voted on in referendums forced on the government by citizen's initiatives in Switzerland include whether or not Switzerland should have an army (The Swiss people voted to keep the army and thus the army was kept), whether or not Switzerland should join the United Nations (The Swiss people voted to join the UN and Switzerland thus joined the UN) and whether or not Switzerland should join the EU (The Swiss people voted not to join the EU and Switzerland thus hasn't joined the EU).

Now could you imagine this in Britain!

We could have defeated attempts at implementing council tax, fortnightly bin collections, not revealing MP's expenses, ID cards, 42 day detention without charge, etc, etc the list is endless!

This is true democracy and is something we should all (Whether left or right) be fighting for.

It's a small bit of direct democracy in a representative democratic system which forces those 600+ idiots to do our bidding if we so choose.

Are our days number now? Treacherous, treasonous and totally illegal yet no one for the great British Citizensheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep opposses Daisy Brown

UK NEWS SOLD OUT TO EUROPE: BROWN MAKES QUEEN SIGN AWAY OUR SOVEREIGNTY
Story from: Daily Express

By Macer Hall Political Editor

GORDON Brown was last night accused of betraying Britain with a “grubby”surrender to Brussels.

Under a cloak of secrecy, the Government finally ratified the Lisbon Treaty earlier this week and committed the country to a new deluge of European meddling.

In a sign of the Prime Minister’s personal embarrassment over the betrayal, the historic step was only made public yesterday – 24 hours after the covert ceremony had taken place.

The instrument of ratification was signed by the Queen, who had no choice. Because Mr Brown had signed the treaty, she was constitutionally forced to follow suit.

The document was then flown in a diplomatic bag to Rome and delivered to the Italian Foreign Ministry at noon on Wednesday.

Mr Brown was last night facing widespread revolt and even the threat of further legal action after forcing the treaty into law without the promised referendum.

Tory Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague said: “Gordon Brown has no democratic or moral authority to sign Britain up to what is a renamed EU constitution. This move is a total breach of trust with the British people and a flagrant breach of his solemn election promise. It is a sign of how arrogant and out of touch this Government has become that it is totally uninterested in what the British people want on Europe.

“It also means that the Government is joining in the ugly bullying of the Irish people, who have clearly rejected this treaty in a referendum. Trying to push ahead with the treaty shows an utter lack of respect for the Irish voters’ democratic decision.

“As long as the Irish decision is not reversed, the EU treaty will not be in force at the next general election. A new Conservative Government would then take back the instrument of ratification and put the treaty to a referendum, recommending a ‘No’ vote.

“That is the honourable and democratic thing to do.”

He pointed out that Mr Brown signed the treaty last year in a bizarre solo ceremony separate from the EU’s 26 other national leaders.

Mr Hague added: “Whether it’s Brown turning up late to sign the treaty or slipping out the news that they’ve finally handed over the crucial document, Labour has never had the guts to come out and put a case for the repackaged EU constitution.”

Tory backbencher Douglas Carswell, a leading Euro-sceptic, said: “The way this treaty was signed was underhand and grubby and a betrayal of the UK. It shows this treaty has no proper legitimacy. And I think it also shows how useless our Parliament is.

“While MPs were debating their expenses and deciding whose snout should go in which trough, another serious erosion of British sovereignty was taking place.”

Lorraine Mullally, of the Euro-sceptic think-tank Open Europe, said: “The Government has been dishonest and cowardly about this right from the beginning.

“First Gordon Brown signed it in Brussels in secret and now they’ve ratified it on the sly. They are ashamed of it because they know people don’t want it. Gordon Brown has behaved in a cowardly way because he is scared of the voters.”

Andy Smith, of the Campaign For An Independent Britain, said: “The whole history of this treaty is one of trickery and deceit. They reckon they can slip it through.”

A Foreign Office spokesman last night claimed the timing of the British ratification was dictated by the administrative process of drawing up the documents and getting the required signatures.

“Ratification is a matter for each individual EU nation. There is no question at all of Ireland being bullied,” the spokesman added.

British Democracy at work--but what the hell its only tax payer's money!

Livingstone refuses to appear before audit panel

Livingstone, former London mayor, has refused to appear before the audit panel probing misspending allegations

Former London mayor Ken Livingstone has refused to appear before the Forensic Audit Panel chaired by former Sunday Telegraph editor-Patience Wheatcroft which is investigating allegations of misspending during his tenure.

The former mayor replied to the invitation that, although he was happy to work with any ‘genuinely independent body’, he considered Wheatcroft's audit panel neither objective nor independent, The Evening Standard reports.

Livingstone also said in his reply that there was a conflict of interest with the panel's fifth member Andrew Gordon, a partner at accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, which has been awarded work by the panel.

In the panel's interim report, released last month, Wheatcroft said there had been a culture where spending was encouraged and political interference common. Her full report is expected to be released today.

Die that mean you have become ostriches?

Life can be a lot easier when you chose to withdraw and bury your heads in the sand.

I would rather leave your methods, thank you, as it ispainfully obvious that the road Britain is on right now has a dead end in Brussels.

When it stops there you, Mr Harris and the like, wont have the opportunity to protest, as you do, as there will be no monarchy or British Constitution to withdraw your support from.

I honestly believe that the ugly face of Brussels, if it gets its way, will make dear old Adolf look like and angel of mercy!

We have already seen the unthinkable opposition to the Irish NO vote, from Brussels.

Therefore, if we have the EU constitution fully ratified, then what next? A reopening of the Camps for the re-education of all those who remove their support for Brussels?

I am affraid that you, and your like minded friends need to face up to the urgent realities of the situation, as with each passing day your right to withold you support for the this system is erroded just that little bit more.

One day you may well wake up and find there is no longer a Britain, just another small EU administrative district---what will you do then?

"I welcome all ideas for change for the better, but they have to be of sound foundation, and even if you could change the system doing it your way it would take for too many generations to pass to even make a dent, let alone an inroad for change."

Mate, I don't care whether you welcome my ideas or not, or whether you think they're of 'sound foundation' or not. I'm sharing information - people take it or leave it. You go right ahead and do what you think will work for you. I shan't knock you for it.

I'll try and make this as clear as I can - again. As I have said in a number of earlier posts, I'm not out to try and change the system. I have withdrawn my support of and participation in the system which oppresses me (non-payment of taxes, fines, TV licence, etc). A completely different thing to trying to 'change the system'.

John Harris is not trying to 'overthrow', as you state in your post above, he has withdrawn his consent to be governed which, again, is a completely different thing.

Hey, take it or leave it, mate. If you've got a better way - go for it.
