John Harris read the Magna Carta and saw that it was good. So good in fact that he decided to make honest use of it. Particularly article 61.
Article 61 is the longest and most powerful of the clauses within Magna Carta of 1215. It proved so unpalatable to subsequent monarchs that when Magna Carta was craftily re-draughted in 1297, article 61 was not to be found.
But one man’s unpalatable article is another man’s invite to freedom. Enter John Harris, Public Defender and committed common law practitioner. Making use of Article 61, his recent visit to Buckingham Palace began his process of filing for redress of grievances. Here is his report and affidavit.

On the 22nd day of March 2008 I personally went to Buckingham Palace to serve an Affidavit on Her Majesty the Queen. My Oath, (which has been signed and sealed by a solicitor) states quite clearly, that I now give Her Majesty 40 days to dismiss the traitors that reside in the Parliament of this country.
I, John James Harris now declare my right under Common Law of England to Withdraw And Withhold all allegiance & obedience to the Person and Crown of Our Sovereign Lady, Elizabeth the Queen, and those who falsely claim to speak &/or to act in Her Name, and by such action, I will remove myself entirely from the authority of those Evil Persons who now seek to abuse & misuse me in the name of Elizabeth, the Queen and in absolute violation of the Common Law of the People to which I belong.
I hereby place on record of all persons that after said 40 days have expired, being the 1st day of May 2008 and the corrections I seek have not been made, by way of the dismissal of the Traitors in the House of Commons, then I John James Harris, will enter into Lawful rebellion under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 and therefore will become a Freeman of England within the Freedom of Common Law.
I will then declare myself free from all chastisement, Laws, taxes accorded to the state and any obligations there unto, by way of second and final Lawful Affidavit signed, sealed and served.

In Pursuit of Justice and Right, And in Full Exercise Of My Undoubted & Lawful Duty to My Sovereign Lady, Elizabeth the Queen -
I, JOHN JAMES HARRIS, now resident at (address supplied to her Majesty) and being the son of John James Harris (also known as Jack Harris) deceased, formerly resident at (address supplied to her Majesty) who was during his lifetime a loyal and true servant of the Crown and who was during his lifetime employed as a Personal Chauffeur to Sir David and Lady Bowes Lyons and Her Majesty the Queen, from time to time -
IT BEING APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that divers evil persons have falsely and unlawfully induced Our Sovereign Lady to believe that they alone are the true representatives of the people placed in Her Majesty’s Care by Almighty God -
AND IT BEING APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that these same evil persons have unlawfully and falsely induced Our Sovereign Lady to give an unlawful effect to legislation that has violated and continues to violate the Common Law: Which legislation further serves to undermine; deny and destroy the Absolute Supremacy of Her Majesty’s Imperial Crown, all to the prejudice of Her Majesty’s People, and in absolute contravention of the right of the people to live in accordance with their own laws and customs (as evidenced by the terms of the Oath that was undertaken by Our Sovereign Lady before Almighty God at the time of her Coronation) -
AND IT BEING FURTHER APPARENT TO ME and to a multitude of others that the entirely lawful authority of Our Sovereign Lady the Queen to Uphold & Defend Her People is now so reduced &/or destroyed by the many processes of Treason that have been and are now being employed against Her Majesty’s Authority from within the ranks of those evil persons who have been and are now entrusted with authority to manage the affairs of Her Majesty’s Parliament & Government of the United Kingdom –
That my Security and Safety under the Rule of those Laws that are my inalienable birthright are now threatened to my personal detriment and danger and to the detriment and danger of my family; my people and my country in their entirety –
AND IT BEING FINALLY APPARENT TO ME that I can achieve no redress to those many grievances that I now have and which result entirely from the Unlawful Conduct of those Evil Persons who now surround the Person and Throne of my Lawful Sovereign, except by means of the lawful process that I now intend –
I NOW PLACE ON THE RECORD of All Persons who now claim to assert a lawful authority over me in the name of Elizabeth the Queen that unless there is correction to the many processes of misgovernment & abuse that have been and are now being imposed on me; with such process of correction being commenced; undertaken; evidenced and given a first and lasting effect within a period of 40 days from this present date –
SUCH PROCESS OF CORRECTION being fully evidenced by Her Majesty’s dismissal of the Assembly of Traitors that is now falsely describing itself as the Representation of the People within the House of Commons AND WITH SUCH DISMISSAL providing the entirety of the People themselves with full opportunity to speak and to act on their own behalf in the election of representatives that are truly loyal to the purposes of Her Majesty’s Throne & People -

AND I GIVE NOTICE that I will return to my full allegiance to the Person; Estate & Imperial Crown of Elizabeth the Queen only when Her Majesty the Queen is released from the bondage that now prevents her from the free exercise of her lawful authority and duty to Uphold the Common Law that is my birthright and to ensure for all time to come that the government of my country is conducted in full accordance with the laws and customs of my people.
May God in His Mercy, Defend the Right & May God Save the Queen from those who now hold her in an Unlawful Captivity.

MAGNA CARTA Article 61.
61. Since, moreover, we have conceded all the above things (from reverence) for God, for the reform of our kingdom and the better quieting of the discord that has sprung up between us and our barons, and since we wish these things to flourish unimpaired and unshaken for ever, we constitute and concede to them the following guarantee:- namely, that the barons shall choose any twenty-five barons of the kingdom they wish, who with all their might are to observe, maintain and secure the observance of the peace and rights which we have conceded and confirmed to them by this present charter of ours; in this manner, that if we or our chief Justiciar or our bailiffs or any of our servants in any way do wrong to anyone, or transgress any of the articles of peace or security, and the wrong doing has been demonstrated to four of the aforesaid twenty-five barons, those four barons shall come to us or our chief Justiciar, (if we are out of the kingdom), and laying before us the grievance, shall ask that we will have it redressed without delay. Brilliant, well done John and best of luck. I’ve had it with the corrupt parasites who now govern us. If you’re really determined to take down this government, you should look into the charity organisation that calls itself “Common Purpose” whose sole purpose is to undermine British freedom and democracy.
I would suspect that either MI5 or MI6 (or both), whom are run by these Parliamentary criminals, will have something else to say about this act. Don’t think for a second that by claiming some right of Magna Carta in this day and age that it will guarantee your freedom (or safety).
Magna Carta was a document forged by the force of arms and inked by the blood of battle. It was a warrior’s document – more in kind with the fictional Klingons and all free entities of the universe. Free men from of old (even primitive times) were always free warriors. Those who were not warriors were likely slaves or women. The warrior lords who forged the Magna Carta were not unlike the Lakota warriors who refused to be slaves to their own chiefs.
But your slave master is not your plump queen – no – it is the beast that devours the earth’s biosphere and excretes in its place wasteland. Yes, its ‘civilization’, a type of primate ‘hive’ still in the process of evolution. While it is composed of human material, it is innately inhuman and inhumane. It has always been for the most part a force multiplier for fat tyrants. Indeed it gives birth to them at a constant rate. It allowed an old man, such as Saddam, or the marshmallow Hitler to subjugate and crush down the myriad of young men of their own nation (per Hitler I speak of the great destruction his tactics brought upon Germany). The article looks good but unless I’ve misread it’s not quite as it appears.
The process being invoked (by the statements leading into it) re-places the monarch (Queen) as the ultimate head and absolute governor of the British person invoking the process i.e it places the Crown above elected government. Were it to re-establish the balance between the individual and the elected government, its representatives and the established means of maintaining order throughout the kingdom to the point of elected, conditional, mutual co-operation and benefit then I would, without question, follow John James Harris’s lead.
There are sites popping up all over with lawful methods of reclaiming your freeman status. It all depends on how attached you are to gov’t benefits and knowing how they acquire jurisdiction over you. Learn to use the truth and it WILL set you free. Hint: never use gov’t ID to identify yourself to an agent. That only serves to prove that you’ve agreed to their rules. Statutes are not laws.

This is an attempt to state it simply, because if you understand the problem, then you’re going to see the solution clearly as well. If it doesn’t make sense the first time you read it, try reading it again. Eventually, the whole picture will sink in…
A quick history of money
1) Once, gold and silver were considered the only ”real” money, but it was heavy and risky to carry around…
2) So people paid goldsmiths to store the money, and got paper receipts for it…
3) After a while, people used the receipts like money, and left the gold in the bank most of the time. So the bankers got clever and came up with a scam…
4) The banks printed off receipts for more gold than they actually had, and ”loaned” those receipts out to charge interest on it. They had to keep the truth about how much gold they really had a secret and hope that not too many people would ask. This let them make a lot of money charging interest, because they could charge interest on MONEY THEY DIDN’T HAVE.
An analogy can be made using property and titles. Here’s the scam in another way:
Step 1: Acquire a vacation home,
Step 2: Sell the title to the home to one person,
Step 3: Sell the title to the home to a DIFFERENT person,
Step 4: Hope they both don’t show up on the same weekend!
Fractional reserve banking lets a bank say to a depositor that all his money is safe and sound at the bank, while at the same time they get to loan most of it out to someone else to charge interest on it. So there are two people with a legitimate claim to the same pile of money. So whose is it, really? And where is it?
It gets stranger: when a borrower gets their money, it will end up deposited into a bank as well. This money then becomes backing for another loan, and that loan gets deposited, becoming backing for yet another. If you do the math, you will see that far more money is on deposit in all the banks than existed in the first place! Where does all this money come from? The answer: It is simply CREATED. Since money is not gold, but only paper, banks can ask the Federal Reserve system to just make more!
The story of the vacation home is a good analogy of how banking works today, except for one important thing: there is no home. Without gold, silver, or some other commodity backing it, we have all been trading titles to property that doesn’t exist! Paper backs paper, and all they represent are promises to pay. This is the reality of money, and is quite different from how most of us expect it to be.
What’s the result?
1) Loaning money while claiming it is still on deposit increases the money supply, essentially creating more money (otherwise deposits would vanish). In essence, for the bank to have your cake and loan it too, it must create more cake. This increase in money supply is the cause of inflation.
2) Almost every dollar that exists is owed to a bank somewhere, because at some time in history, it was created when it was loaned out.
3) The amount of money owed to banks is more than all the money in existence! So we cannot possibly get out of debt under this system. The bulk of this debt is in the form interest, which is an arbitrary amount of money banks demand in return, but never gave.
4) There is no money, in the real sense. Just checks, data stored on computers, and promises. It is all created by typing on a keyboard, and signing signatures. The only tangible assets in regard to money anymore is the collateral we pledge when we ask for a loan. The money they loan you comes from nowhere, but the assets you lose in foreclosure are real!
5) Because the US government borrows from the Federal Reserve, bankers have the power to influence our society and government by controlling finance. They decide to create (or not create) money depending on who’s asking, and for what. They choose what projects get funded, and let other needs wither on the vine by starving them of working capital. This subtle yet immense power is more than enough to undermine democracy, and guide the course of a nation’s history.
So what’s the solution?
Simple. The public must demand that money must not be created by loaning it into existence. It must be something that is openly and publicly controllable, issuable, accountable, and interest-free. Otherwise, a class of parasites will rise to power in society by cleverly disguising the fact that the money they are creating, spending, and controlling us with is MONEY THAT ISN’T EVEN REAL.

This is one more example of a string of precursors to what is inevitable – that this all can only end in pain and blood. If you push madmen to the brink – to losing their hold on the madness and control they own and have owned for centuries – you face the business end of the madman’s gun. It is at that time, when you’re are being mugged at gunpoint again, when you as an individual and as a society have to make the decision to submit and give up your wallet with a thunk on the head, or grab the gun and shove it straight up his bankhole. Either way you face a mortality. One way is quick and could provide freedom and vigilance, the other is guaranteed slow pain and hell. Either way has a high probability of death.
Take the fight to your enemy. The hold they have over you is because of a campaign of fear they lavish upon your soul. But it is your soul, isn’t it?
I believe John Harris’ adventure, though well intentioned, to be quixotic as the Magna Carta was ultra vires at inception. Prior to the signing of the Magna Carta the king of England had gifted the entirety of his realm and his chattels (that includes the human livestock) to the catholic pope – so the pope would lift the kingdom-wide interdiction (in place because the king sought to elect his own arch-bishop ). Now this argument could be a fiction, heh! it is a victor’s history, but it is bloody good fiction then.Why from UK libraries you can find copies of your kings ceding document and from the vatican library images of the pope’s acceptance document -in which he grants your vassal king stewardship of Britain and defines the taxes to be paid IN PERPETUITY. Well, that is unless Britain has overthrown the Vatican state by force of arms and so despoiled all its’ possesions( articles of war)-perhaps I missed that? Some argue the Swiss own that position-hence the swiss ‘guard’ is really an army of occupation. So perhaps John would be better advised to adress his appeal to the swiss crown?
Addendum to previous- Once advised of the Runnymede happenings, the Pope immediately repudiated the Magna Carta by return messenger.(and excommunicated the rebellious barons) Think of the Magna Carta as wallpapering for the charnel house -a calming affect on the sheeple.
This so-called Declaration of Independence is the stuff of nonsense. If you wanted to do something practical, re-declare the Republic of 1649. Abolish the monarchy and the house of lords. Universal and equal suffrage in the election of representatives. That would be a program.

• There will be a Peace Treaty signed in the ME which would be for 7 yrs (360 x 7= 2520 days see Daniel 9:27 ) in the not too distant future. The one Condi Rice, Bush and Olmert are trying to push.
• Right after that, there would be a Russian invasion of the ME, where the Arab forces would come down with Russia and only 1/6th would go limping back. It would be a supernatural defeat for the Russian coalition forces.
• Even before the Peace Treaty there would be a confrontation with Palestinians and the surrounding countries- see Obadiah where Esau/Edom refers to the present day Palestinians. Israel will come out of it victoriously. Whether we like it or not the Lord has chosen Israel and 1/3rd of Jews as His Chosen people.
• The Bible clearly also states that “woman on seven hills” (Rome ) will rule for 3 1/2 yr and then the Antichrist would take over for the next half of the 7 yrs. This seven years is called the Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7).
• After 3/2 yrs “He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a MARK (Microchip/verichip) on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the MARK, which is the name of the beast or the number of his Name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man’s number. His number is 666″ Revelation 13:16-18
The Temple would be built in Jerusalem, where in the middle of 7 yrs the Antichrist would set up his image/IDOL and would force everyone to bow down to it.

This Government is full of incompetence led by an unelected PM whom I predicted will not last the year out and his party will teeter on the edge of the abyss.
Ironically, the problems which seal his fate are the ones he created in his last post.

Everything of any significance that has ever happened, is happening, or will happen, happens within an economy. Even your hopes and dreams are functions of your economic situation, eg, if a man dreams of having a roof over his head, we must suppose that in reality he doesn’t have a roof over his head, and that the reason for this lack is rooted in his economic ‘reality’. If you wish to understand your own economic reality, the worst thing you could do is listen to economists and other so-called ‘experts’ spouting arcane and esoteric jargon on TV and in newspapers. The ONLY way you will understand the economy and your FREEDOM, or LACK of it, is, as previous posters have pointed out, to understand exactly WHAT money IS and WHERE it comes from. Anybody who tries to discourage you from doing this is basically suggesting you should continue to allow the foxes to guard the henhouse.
So what happened on the 1st May? Can we all do the same thing now?

Very interesting and progressive. But what next, does it all stop here with you as a declared freeman? Without streams of citizen marching to rush by your side in full and total support, I am afraid your actions, however admirable, will forever remain, in the eyes of those in power—those of just another crank.

I don’t think people are getting what brave John Harris has actually done here. He has effectively declared himself a sovereign entity and withdrawn support of and participation in the ’system’. It is what we are all going to have to do in order to save ourselves. No one is coming to rescue us. It’s important to realise that we are surrounded by traitors who have effectively taken control of the infrastructure of this country. Without the complete withdrawal of support and participation in the present structure we will be living in a totalitarian dictatorship the likes of which we have never seen or even Orwell could have foreseen. I’m not going to play this down.
If Ireland does not reject the ‘Lisbon Treaty’ this totalitarian state will emerge in January 2009. Look around… most of the ‘laws’ and infrastructure are already in place.
I’d like to think people will follow John’s lead and that his ideas take on a snowball effect but, I doubt it because people are still looking outside themselves for a politician to rescue them. It’s not going to happen. We have been betrayed in this country by swine who have pretended all along to represent the wishes of the people while conspiring to take freedom away from the people for good. They are traitors and by paying taxes and supporting their propaganda through the TV Licence fee we are all complicit in their treachery.
I doubt very much those in power view John as a ‘crank’. I’ll bet they’re praying his ideas don’t catch on and spread.
John Harris is an inspiration and is, in fact, a hero.

I have no doubt what John Harris has done is a good thing, Equally I have no doubt that there wont be thousands rushing to join him. However a general needs and army for without an army a general is only a private in a more fancy uniform.
I would urge all to fully support John, as at least he realises the dangers that surround us.
Commom Law and the Banks–here is a thought for you all.
Many years ago I watched with a stunned horror as the bank, I believe it was Barclays, but could be wrong and if so stand corrected, pulled too the plug on the Creamery in St. Clairs. West Wales. The creamery being a major employer in a predominantly agricultural zone, was obvious a disaster for many when it closed.
Ironically it was closed auctioned off cheaply. and at some stage later reopened, taking back most of those that lost their jobs. 8(there is conspiracy theory tail attached to this scenario, but lets agree to leave it on the back burner–-for now).
Even before this I never did like banks, greedy grasping and ugly as they are, Nice smart High branches to disguise what in reality are the lower forms of usurious money lenders. Never could figure our why a bank manager was such a prominent member of the local society when a pawn brokers was not. Tool some thinking about did that one. However much I ponder on this and other peculiarities of how society functions I found that banks indeed were afforded a most privileged position for example if you want a personal reference–your bank manager would do very nicely thank you, while not you local Shylock second row money lender. Then it began to dawn on me.
I have long tried to think up a way of removing the power that the banks hold over our society, in many cases rendering society into a perpetual state of financial bondage. It is on record that over four years ago I warned Brown over the dangers of letting banks run wild with greedy in making all kinds of silly loans–loans which drove up house prices based solely on the amount the banks would lend, without a though for true value––the rest sadly, is now a history that we are still living through and suffering from.
You see folks, all major banks have worked hard down through the years in corrupted all political party’s parliaments and of courts the courts in order to achieve their seemingly invincible position. Through the parliaments, banks have set in place legislation which form the blue print and provide the means to realize their goal.
However, such legislation can only be enforced through the courts where, if justice were to prevail, bad laws would be vetoed and rejected in fair trials or tribunals. That is why the banks have to have dominance over the courts. They do this by firstly controlling the judges and secondly eliminating juries, thereby removing any possibility that the judges may “do right” or that the people may exercise their will.
Pondering over issues that bother me for years, as I do, only to get more and more frustrated. Constantly asking my deeper sub conscience mind to fling up the answer, sometimes works when trying to put a name to a an old film stars face etc,( being an old movie buff, and these days preferring the Golden Age of the movies, to that of the world of reality). Then one day three unsolicited loan offers came in the mail. As I idly passed an eye over them, it just hit that there is indeed a way to deplete the power of the banks and to do so by proclaiming a simple truth which the bank seem all too happy to want to ignore as they feel that not only are they above the law but totally invincible as well–-I THINK THIS IS NOT SO.
Its all to do with their practice of issuing loan contracts, for as the majority of loans are variable by nature. An essential element in UK law for a contract to be valid is of course certainty. The basis of this hypotheses is right there in the meaning of the word, “variable”, as found in the Oxford English Dictionary. “Variable” means “uncertain” and “certain” means “not variable”. For contracts to be valid under the UK common law, there must be “certainty of terms” as an essential element. Therefore, all loan contracts in which the banks have incorporated variable interest rates are invalid. Those loans are illegal and the banks are common law criminals.
The judges know this and are concealing this serious offence, but this revelation now exposes the incompetence, corruption and treachery in the judiciary.
