The GMC really stands for gross misconduct cover-up. They do nothing to help those who have have been physically or emotionally wounded by the very so called Doctors who are paid by our taxes to look after us.

When and I have a medical background was forced into the illegal c-section, the same group of Registrar's Eva Pakjrt and Mimi Nair, sliced me open under general anaethestic and wrote that I just conveniently woke up and gave them permission for the c-section.

I argued with UCH maternity for 5 days telling them my waters had broken. My son was born flat-lined. I never saw him for 2 days, and they still wrote I woke up found my son in the special care baby unit 4 flights of stairs down breast-fed him after such major such and lest we not forget I have ongoing mobility issues and then got back into bed.

The GMC are nothing more that militant morons, a lot like the equally incompetent social workers who would rather children were harmed, raped and beatenrather than to actually help them.

These are my comments and nothing I have said is untrue, if anything Eva decided to leave the country the minute Court proceedings were issued, but as my luck would have it I ended up with the misongonist female judge whom hates not only women but any of those who want to stick up for themselves.

Sinn Fein apparently translates into alone we stand.

Well they could be no further from the truth.

United we fall, as there are always idiots ready to trip us up.

United intellect, intelligence and a common sense approach will conquer and destroy.

Our only downfall is that we have suffered so much that it is very hard to keep getting up even when others help and more so to trust them.

I have been screwed over so many times, I now look like a paper doiley.

They haven't got to my brain yet, that's because you need one to find one.

One only has to read the public utterances of politicians and their lackeys to see what has been, and still is, going on.

"The top priority is to turn the EU into a single political state"
Joshka Fischer - German oreign Minister, 1999

"I never understood why public opinion about European ideas should be taken into account."
Raymond Barre - former French Prime Minister.

"Germany is the locomotive of the European train."
Helmut Kohl - German Chancellor.

"The era of true representative democracy is drawing to a close."
Peter Mandelson 1998

"The future will belong to the Germans when we build the house of Europe."
Helmut Kohl, 1995

They are killing your loved ones , each day, if MRSA dont get you meidical errors surely will amd most down to decades of meidical professional arrogance

Medical errors have always made headlines but few people realise the sheer scale of the problem - accurate figures are difficult to come by but both British and American studies suggest that around 1 in 25 patients in hospital is harmed as a direct result of medical error. Most of these, thankfully, will be minor, but around a third of mishaps result in some form of long term disability or death. Translate these fractions into hard figures and the scale of the problem quickly becomes apparent. There are approximately 10 million hospital admissions in the UK every year which means, assuming a universal 4% risk of medical mishap, that as many as 400,000 people could be injured in some way by their doctors or nurses - 56,000 of whom will be killed.

A risk that compares poorly with other activities perceived as dangerous - flying scares a lot of people but the actual risk of dying, at around 1 in 3 million per flight, is slim. Hospitals, on the other hand, don’t scare most people but maybe they should! Data from the States suggest that patients admitted to a typical acute care hospital have a 1 in 200 chance of being killed as the result of a medical or nursing cock up - and there is nothing to suggest that things are any better here, indeed they may well be worse.

Decades of professional arrogance have meant that statistics like these have been kept under wraps. Many of today’s doctors and nurses prefer candour to cover up but are under increasing medico-legal pressure to keep schtumpf- the growing tendency to sue nurses, doctors or midwives, or the hospitals they work for, has meant medical mishaps are once again being swept under the carpet, where they benefit no one.

Most medical mistakes are not the result of negligence. Some doctors and nurses are walking disasters but they are a tiny minority - the vast majority of blunders are caused by good staff who slip up, and the same old themes often run through the scenarios behind the accidents : inexperienced staff taking on too much, lack of sleep, procedures being done in the middle of the night, new or locum staff unfamiliar with protocols, and intolerable pressure on time and resources.

The more we talk about cock ups the more we learn from them, and the less likely they are to happen again. It’s not about blame, it’s about making sure that every step is taken to ensure tragic accidents like Richie’s are not repeated. Doctors, nurses and midwives are already addressing the issue and it’s become one of the Department of Health’s priorities for change in the NHS, but the healthcare professions are an unwieldy group - a bit like a super tanker, with turning circle to match - and, given that we have largely suppressed the problem in the past, I am not sure we can be trusted to address the problem quickly or efficiently enough. I suspect major outside pressures will need to come to bear.

Good question Mick, I feel we have clearly identified the problems, chewed a lot of fat over them to the point of chewing it again. However, whereas we are in danger of becoming a talking shop, in reality, until we all find that essential cohesiveness of a single minded dedicated political party, it could be for the better that we remain that way.

I believe this is our last chance to retain whatever independence Britain has before the Brussels beast gobbles us up and we are safely tucked away as a small corner of the EU proper. Then its only a question of time before Brussels tightens to noose and ties us all with treaty based legislation that will inevitably ensure that any internal resistance form the then administrative district of Britain is quickly and efficiently put down by the newly formed EU military forces,

I now have a better conception of why the Treaty of Rome was thus called so, and those who know their history of these Isles will probably know where I am coming form!

Just read you Blogg Mr Flynn, what you advocate is illegal.

It does not matter if you get your wages paid off shore, you are still liable for your income taxes in the UK.

Of course if you are talking about more than just your average workers salaries then of course tax havens are a good thing, but only for the super rich as the cost of setting them up and maintaining them would be, on an annual basis, far more than most rank and file people in the UK earn.

Much easlier to change the present system of government and take it from there with a new deal for the people.

MMMhhhhhh. I see!

Well lets look at agriculture. We do indeed have a policy, its called the Common Agricultural Policy, CAP, run much the same as Common Purpose, inefficiently slug like and not in the better interests of the people!

But, but folks, its there because we the people are too thick to even discuss it in the pub, even though it affects everyone of us even more than does taxes!–-I will leave that for you to chew on as in general today all Britain does in any event-----is to implement Brussels’ Directives.

I believe that there is only one answer to Westminster and Whitehall and that is to take the thirty two million working Taxpayers you talk about, and have them all go into a state of civil disobedience, not pay their taxes, and to take turns standing outside Westminster and Whitehall until the whole of this obscene system of government, that were are forced to endure, grinds to a halt and slinks away like the thieves in the night they truly are.

And why not these tax payers you talk about are the wealth producing rank and file workers of this nation–why should they pay their taxes when the super-rich are using loopholes to avoid paying £2billion a year in income tax!

With only one in six of those earning more than £10million a year is paying tax on their earnings, with the majority using loopholes in tax laws unavailable to the ordinary chap to dodge the burden.

I don’t like any ideas that would further divide this nation.

Devolution would never be on my agenda! Next you would want independence for Norfolk–-where would it stop? Britain must stand as a united island nation.

Besides your idea is close to that of the Lib Dem plan that would see people paying 3.75p per pound in a local income tax. In return, there would be no council tax. Like you the Lib Dems say their policies, have been thoroughly and meticulously costed, they claim by the independent Institute for Fiscal Studies.

However infeasible and unwanted and idea it appears to me, that’s of little consequence as the Scottish Government's plan for a local income tax has been scuppered after an expert said it would break European and UK law.

Apparently, Professor Chris Himsworth stated that the European treaty ratified by Westminster has killed off any idea of replacing the council tax with a fixed local income tax.

Anyway this is a time for “BALLS” and not playing pettyfingers with ideas, which even if they would work, which obviously they could now not, would take years to implement and cost, probably as much as the idiotic libation to inefficiency and indolent hell The Welsh Ass––-embly!

Funny old life when it takes the courage of an old lady–– Mrs Elizabeth Beckett’s legitimate Constitutional stance against an illegal tax system and treasonous government to show us the way forward.

Some citizensheeeeeeeeeep we all are!

As things stand there is not very much anyone can do, to bring Westminster to heel. Some years ago, the 1980s, John McGregor, Minister for Agriculture wrote and told me that Britain no longer had an agricultural policy, all he had to do was implement the directives as they arrived from Brussels. That says it all.
There is only one answer to Westminster and Whitehall and that is to use the technology and the internet and quite legally, change the way all Taxpayers agree to work and be paid.
Today there are some thirty one, or thirty two million working Taxpayers. Between seven and ten million will be Local and Central Government employees. What I propose is that a system of Taxation should be put in place, based on the Parish, Town and County Council. But the law being what it is, only the Payers of Taxation could legally set to and construct what is on offer. Just imagine, a Tax threshold of £500 a week and a Tax Rate starting at 20% and reducing. Hows that for starters?? Let me know what you think. And just in case, I have secured the funding to build the initial structure and start the ball rolling. A very large International Bank is prepared to become involved. I made the first approach to them in 2005, after becoming friendly with their Chairman. And this year, 2008, I spoke at a District Council meeting with this suggestion and all members stood and clapped at the idea that Norfolk should take control of its own Economy
and financial well-being. I again asked the Bank if funding would be available, this was in April this year, and the answer was Yes.

FULL RESPOSIBILTY FOR THE FOLLOW POST IS SOLELY MINE------- David Grothier----no one else carries my burdens!

The General Medical Council Must be the biggest fraud on the public.

The GMC claims to be Regulating doctors Ensuring good medical practice. It does not: More often or not the GMC will tie members of the public who seek their help up in knots of gobbledegook confusion rather than discipline a negligent doctor who they will cover up for where they can.

This has been a most disgusting situation where an organisation of doctors literally gangs up on grief stricken members of the public and inflicts more insult upon the suffering, like salt to wounds..

However thanks to people like Derrick and Joan Bye, Will Powell, myself and many others–the GMC is coming under a Judicial Review.

My sources tell me the GMC are furious, as a pre review costs hearing has limited the costs of this particular Judicial Review for either party involved in the Judicial Review to just 5000 pound.

It’s a funny old life as recently, before the news of the Judicial Review had an occasion to reprimand Shaun Moggan and investigation manager of the GMC for his curt ignorant evasiveness in response to a legitimate request. You can find him here should anyone need confirmation, 020 7189 5129. Smoggan@gmc-uk.org

What a rude arrogant person who is there to deal sympathetically with injured member of the public and not to treat them like something you scrap off you shoes.

I was so concerned with this man`s attitude that I copied emails to the police.

However the reason for this post is in view of the Judicial Review, if there are any of you out there who feel aggrieved by the GMC please drop me an email daviddegrothier1@yahoo.com

Or seek assistance here, remember please that this site has nothing to do with the GMC. And are here to help you, like we all are here to Defend your Rights.

Good morning all whats happening here----People running around making treason charges to the police('bout time someone the average Mr plod think).

Common Purpose eating the guts out positive thinking and the heart out of anything that remains of innovation.

Affidavits served on queenie, oppressive price ever rising prices and continually tumbling house prices (SPELLING MISERY FOR 100000s). A hell of a winter awaits most, and a lot will not survive it, and will be found frozen to death as they don’t have enough pension money to Heat and Eat.-–

Driving to work these days means that some will not only pollution the biosphere but their lung as well. Hospitals that are now killing almost as many as they are treating. Education standards are continually falling, deliberately unsurely the dumbo proletariat will be for ever obediently ties to their goat like stakes ever subservient to the elitists clan.

Useless governments persistent in not adhering to the principle (or are simply incapable) of the deliverance of a quality public service, eventually under Daisy Brown, finding it a lot easier, and much more personally beneficial, to sell out to the beast of Brussels.

No wonder people in the UK don’t smile any more, as to add to their misery they don’t even know if they will return home from a walk of the dog, with stabbings on the rise at a DEATHLY RATE.–and out police totally powerless to do anything constructive to curb crime–-except perhaps continually talk about the increasing problems.

And guess that I could go on and on, and bloody well on about the ills that are now firmly upon us.

Any wonder people are leaving Britain in droves.

But wait my friends, people of this once proud and great nation, this government and it namby-pamby predecessors have ensured that there are tonnes more of metaphoric Sh&t to fall on you, yes tonnes of the dirty, smelly greasy stuff all hanging over your heads and with the increased misery that it will be heaping upon most od the formerly relatively peaceful areas of Britain.

This is no racist chant, as I am not a racist, but a simple realist, who appreciates that life is a tough daily struggle for us all, and you can be poor and oppressed, no matter what your creed of colour is––-

Therefore belay any idea of an idiotoc really silly PC correct backlash to my genuine concerns which affect all black white coffee, uncle Tom Cobbley and all!

When radicals of a foreign culture start to gain the upper hand over UK law––––––––––––––-well people …please with the greatest of respect, read the following at least ten times, and do so while sitting down.

Can Britain Survive Multiculturalism?
CBN July 24 2008, YouTube July 28 2008
When former drug dealer and now born again Christian Paul Ray wrote in his blog that the Muslim drug gangs in his hometown of Luton were "savages," he was arrested on suspicion of a hate crime.
"It's ok for the Muslims to do what they're doing, and no one arrests them, but then if we start saying and disagreeing with what's actually happening, then we're breaching community cohesion and we get arrested for it," he explained.
Ray fled Britain after this interview, because of threats against his life from Muslim gangs.
Whole sections of Britain are now considered dangerous "no-go zones" for non-Muslims.
Sally McNamara is at the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation.
"When you have a government which is so hampered by political correctness, that they're unwilling to assert national values of tolerance, of rule of law, of human rights, of women's rights... then you're creating mixed messages where you're saying the extremists can flourish," she said.
"One of the worst things that is happening in England is that people are being ignored," Stephen Gash said.
Gash helps lead a grassroots group called SIOE, Stop the Islamization of Europe, which has a chapter in Britain
"They're discriminating against the majority people in Europe now in favor of the Islamists and Muslims." he added. "The way we're going, we're going to be taken back to the stone age. That's what's going to happen to this country."
But at least one study shows that most British Muslims don't want sharia law. A lot of British Muslims came here to escape it. Yet it might be foisted on them anyway by political leaders.
It's clear that multiculturalism and political correctness have backfired badly. The hardcore Islamists have not been assimilated, but the nation's confidence in democracy and Christian civilization has been sapped, and its will to resist the cultural aggressiveness of radical Islam has been weakened.

The enemy is truly within as Rowland correctly states. It seems that the UK Column is one of the few NEWSPAPERS that is earnestly and honestly trying to inform the British people about the precarious situation that we are in at present as a Sovereign Nation State. If we 'topple' fully into the EU Soviet, then all but the 'FEW' need to prepare themselves for the following: Soup Kitchens (last seen during the second World War), Food Queues (Soviet style), mass unemployment, ill health etc. The outlook is very bleak unless the British Public awaken and cast-off their apathy and try to understand the Treason that is being perpatrated against us at all levels in government.

Well done Rowland, Albert Burgess and all the others with spine enough to tackle this issue.
