A jury to convict
This evidence is conclusive; a typically corrupt judge would dismiss it with the usual dishonest phrase “lack of evidence.†A jury, however, would convict. Mr Burgess had foreseen that Thames Valley Police would refuse to do its duty, and is proceeding with the steps available inside the system to force them to obey the law.

I wish my little nation called Wales could rekindle its spirit of old as another a little Island Nation although this one is bold and with a hard won constitution has had the guts to tie the hands of their so called elected representatives and put the European Union power mongers back in their holes with a resounding NO vote against the Lisbon Treaty.
The Lisbon Treaty was being touted as just another simple change to the rules of the EU that binds the member countries in the EU and hence it was desired and hoped that the changes by virtue of this Lisbon Treaty, would be in place by the end of the year. But be warned people it more that just that. The Irish God bless ’em saw through it as we all should
Ireland was the only member nation of the 27 that allowed the people to have a say through a citizens referendum. How interesting it was that Ireland was the only member state that said, NO! The rest were all parliamentary acceptances of the proposal and to hell with what their citizens thought.
Whilst the powers to be touted greatness for all in the EU by accepting this Lisbon Treaty and spun that the changes were really only simple, but necessary alterations, those simple alterations went so far as to remove the power of VETO for specific situations such member states would be obliged to vote upon.
They lied to the people, while those people’s representatives acquiesced for whatever reason, to accept the new rule’s incorporation, reasons you all, each and every one of you, can individually decide were, for yourselves.
This was a new EU constitution in disguise, salted with slick sleight-of-hand fine print, but this time the ambiguity of the fine print was a step too far. It use to be that when the people spoke through the ballot box that was it, full stop and the people’s wishes were respected, and all moved on under the mandate, of waited patiently for the next election, or in this case referendum.
Here today the danger signals of Herr Europe are flatlet staring us all in the face…in the form of open hostility to the free voting Irish NO–-this must be an ominous sign for us all and from here, I for one would be pushing for an all Member States referendum in future on all major EU issues.
There is no doubt that Herr Europe is out to belittle and diminish people power.
Remember folks that when the Irish were given their constitutionally bound opportunity to speak, they didn’t just speak for themselves, they spoke for the hundreds of millions of disenfranchised citizens throughout the European Union who have been brainwashed and denied the an opportunity of a referendum in their own member state.

Ive got a lot of respect for Albert. He’s a very well spoken man and knows his onions. But on learning today that Stuart Wheeler has lost his court battle for a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty, then I fear the corrupt powers that be will do nothing. I’ve just left a comment on The Daily Mail site but I bet my pension it won’t get added to the other comments. I’ll try and find out if The Express has got a story about it.
I think that some here need to be very careful in their underestimation of the personal powers of the Queen.

In doing so I requested that you kindly ensured my complaint would get the appropriate section of the Ministry of justice I regret, (only for the sake of the Justice Ministry which has foolishly now exposed itself for what it really is), I have had not had acknowledgement from you, let alone a reply, and therefore the failure of duty to comply with Statute legislation by the IPPC, under a very ineffectual, corrupt Nick Hardwick has gone unchallenged even by the Justice Ministry, What a good start it has got off to in such a short existence as the custodian of the UK judicial process.

However, I have found the Justice Ministry to be uneducated, and lacking in commitment, innovation and motivation to serve this nation and justice. In fact just another “all front, no action showcase,” another con on the people of this nation. I have demonstrated to the Justice Ministry, via yourself and others, clearly proveable incidents of Perjury and Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice.
I have given the Justice Ministry proof of corruption and further criminal activities in Dyfed Powys Police Force, also the IPPC and CPS, and there is more to come.The Justice Ministry must obviously be highly nervous of this situation and afraid to move forward on the evidence I have given you, as what I have provided is the element of proof that will conclusively demonstrate the extent of the evil reach of corruption with in the UK justice administrative system. The harsh reality now being is that this nation, Great Britain, is in fact not a respecter of Democracy, or the British Constitution, but for from it.
Britain is clearly is a nation that is set on bringing about the downfall of whatever British democracy is left or whatever reasons there may be behind such a treasonous action.
Possibly the backdoor signing of the EU Trusty by the treasonous treachery of this joke of a thing called Brown claiming a right to be in our illustrious No10 without even being elected by the nation to be there. Brown may hold the key to the answer of the question of the unconstitutional sign of the Treaty of Lisbon.
Given this despotic and blatant abuse of office by the Justice Ministry who are openly refusing to follow the law that there are “supposedly” there to ensure is upheld, and in consideration of Clause 45.of the Magna Carta 1215 viz.
We will not make men justices, constables, sheriffs, or bailiffs unless they are such as know the law of the realm, and are minded to observe it rightly.
I find that I, as a UK citizen am no longer prepared to accept such a corrupt administration as being legal and acting in the better interest of justice, democracy and the people of the great nation of ours, Britain.
I have a number of steps open to me under the law of the land. But firstly I must, out of duty to our nation, denounce the Justice Ministry as being illegal under the British Constitution, as referred to above.
To being corrupt, and to failing to provide the required Duty of Care owed to the people of this nation, and for an abuse of public trust and office.
After due, and the most careful, consideration of my position, I now formally advised the Justice Ministry that I have now fully entered myself into a state of Legal Rebellion.
Formal declaration being sent to Buckingham Palace as per conversation with Mrs. Sonia Bonici, on Thursday last August 7 2008.
BEFORE I CONTINUE IT NOW MATTERS NOT WHAT ACTION YOU MAY TAKE, OR NOT TAKE, AS THIS DECLARATION WILL BE PLACED IN THE INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC DOMAIN AT THE SAME TIME AS IT IS RECEIVED BY YOURSELVES.

Defined meaning of Lawful;
Being within the law; allowed by law: lawful methods of dissent. (The lawful refusal to conform to the authority that is unjust)
Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our Constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly. Contrary to common belief our Sovereign and her government are only there to govern us, and not to rule us and this must be done within the constraint of our Common Law and the freedoms asserted to us by such Law, nothing can become law in this country if it falls outside of this simple constraint.Article 61 shows quite clearly who really holds the power in this country, that being quite simply us the people; we have Sovereignty not any Parliament and nor can this be taken from us by any Parliament who claim to have taken the people’s Sovereignty. As defined above any act passed by a Parliament to remove the power the people possess, or to remove the power from the point of constraint we invested the power in, is invalid as it falls outside of the constraint laid down by Common/Constitutional Law.
Being in a state of Lawful Rebellion against the crown affords to me the full protection of the Common Law of this land to hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguards, defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61 Of the Magna Carta.
I sincerely regret that this situation has come about, but I see no other way to combat such abuses by the administration of our country. Such abuses are a clear indiction that Britain is on a course of a disastrous totally unsustainable future which is destined to cause misery and suffered to many 1000s on innocent citizens.

One of the biggest problems facing us all with these concerns, is that of getting the message out to the rank and file, and getting it out in an easy to understand manner.
Our message then in its simplicity will be readily grasped and understood, so that our hard pressed bothers and sisters can understand what the hell is happen to them……..behind their backs.
Many are telling me that they know things have changed, and not for the good, but so many I regret to have discovered––––don’t realise why.
Mention Common Purpose and they look at you daft. So many don’t even know that we have signed up to the EU Treaty–-yet they know what footie teams will be playing in two months time!
How can this be? Is the bread and circuses philosophy still alive and well?

OK I know I can get shouted down on this, as there many union members who feel they have been sold out, especially by the TUC, and who could fail to agree with out brother’s sentiments.
If I had been a top union official I would have called the country out over what Brown and Equitable Life, and others did to workers’ pensions, but that’s another story.
However, I am not talking about communicating with the UNION officials, where it is highly possible that our message would get badly corrupted.
What I am talking about is direct communication with the ordinary people, the rank and file, which of course is where the true power lays.
I wager that everyone reading here will have some contact, family, social business, or just a passing acquaintance with a union member.
Therefore I am convinced that if we all took the time with just one union member and ensured that our message was received and understood( over and out), and that, that member was convinced enough to ensure that he passed the message on to another union member, and the other person passed it on. I am sure that once it dawned on people what their fate may be, the message would snowball on, right where we want it to be, at grass roots level–the wealth producing power base of the of this nation
OK you may say–-to give unions more power is a dangerous thing! And of course, you would be right based on union history since the last war.

However, today I think things have changed, mainly from the past terrible experience of the folly of union mismanagement and irresponsibility, ie as in Red Robbo’s infamous – errmmmm We’ll Close’Em– We’ll Close’Em( with no thought for the economic social disaster that happen when BL eventually closed)– but also in the realisation that the workers really don’t have much of a chance in the say of things when hit with things like the effects of the Credit Crunch and spin off impacts.
Also when they see the “high and mighty,†bankers and high financial fliers, whose’s stupidity caused the mess in the first place, as vulnerable as they are–-“it kinda levels the playing field.â€
Notwithstanding that, today we are all more enlightened as to what is happening with our rights thanks to people like John Harris and Brian Garish, whom I would positively push forward to play an integral and leading role in a newly charged powerful workers movement.
I further feel that without rank and file support–-“we aint going anywhere folksâ€â€“-so please with respect and dignity–-get on your bikes and get out there ––-talk to any union members or ordinary working class person and earn the best of their support-

You are part of a great big con in any event now despite our officious Trading Standards Departments (that only seem to be active chasing car clockers), have you noticed that your shopping bags are getting lighter recently? Well, unfortunately, they are because your grocery shopping is getting smaller.
As the cost of producing and manufacturing goods in the UK increases, more and more big brands are employing the tactic of decreasing the size of their products, whilst keeping the prices the same.
So who are these brands that are seemingly pulling the wool over shoppers’ eyes? Pringles, Pampers, Dairylea and Strongbow have all cut pack sizes without cutting prices.
Cadbury’s have also employed the tactic, reducing the size of its ‘family share’ Dairy Milk bar from 250g to 230g, while leaving the average price at £1.38.
In 2007 Birds Eye also cut the size of its packs of peas and yet the price still went up. ‘A poor UK harvest’ was the company’s explanation, according to the Mail Online.
I am extremely concerned over goods shrinking in size without shrinking in price, as its nothing but a fraud and cheats unsuspecting shoppers who are already under financial pressure from rising household and motoring costs.
What this is in reality is short changing customers and that is a fraud, yet your local consumer protection/ for whom you pay your council taxes to protect you do nothing–what new?) is hardly to challenge the big brand boys and are therefore this is yet another example of saying stuff the public.
These indolent crooked bastards! Who the hell do they think they are. It obvious they have no responsibilities and neither does your local council who are supposed to regulate–– Weights and Measures. If they wont protect you…then its logical that you must look after yourselves–its everyone’s duty to do so in any event. If you find this happening in your local super market then fight back and what I suggest is to accidentally knock a few newly under weighted items off the selves and run over Items with your trolly thereby making them unsaleable.
If you all do this BOTH THE MANUFACTURES AND THE SUPERMARKETS AND OTHER RETAILS–– will soon get the message and you will get the proper value for money.

They do this by breeding mass oppression, this is where the child abusing NSPCC and Social Services get in on the action, we can’t destroy the souls of the parents, so, we’ll just torture their kids and if that does not work, we just won’t educate them.
That way they can’t read the Acts of Parliament for themselves and see how much they are getting screwed over or the fact that they are paying them for screwing them.
Parliament sure knows how to run a good brothel. Well it is the oldest profession in the world. Who would have thought Gordon Brown would have been the Madam and not Mandy Mandelson. You just won’t get an STD as a quick exit ticket out in the process.
Then Parliament elevate themselves with look what we did now we brought out another Act that only protects the very morons who drafted it and not the ever so stupid civilian whom is happy to pay up to a million for bricks and mortar.
Are the bricks made of Platinum and mortar of molten Gold? I’m confused, aren’t they are just common rocks crushed baked and sandwiched together, by cheap labour.
Civil Servants are not civil nor are they servants, servant’s never got more than a pittance and leaky roof over their head, these are the most richest servants I have ever come across.
What they are in reality are nothing more that civil highway men. You can get robbed every day at your leisure by just going through the congestion zone in London or at a toll booth near you.
I suggest that we few whom can see the reality of this carving up of the UK take group legal action using common law against the Member States and argue the EU would have to accept as Member States the law of the land of whom is taking action be bound by our common law.
Additionally, I suggest we use the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child and the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Human as our back-up that should at least stop the Member States from using EU law as their defence.
I do not believe it is the people’s fault that they are that stupid and refuse to hear the truth, but it is that they that scared that something good might actually happen and they won’t be able to handle it.
Think about, if you could buy your home in the 70’s for 5k and in 00’s you need a million on the same land do they really think that the increase of rubbish, rats, mice and council tax had something to do with it?
Maybe it is the rodents that are the alchemists after all.
